I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a bed. Wes was great. He helped me quickly, but not hurried, find out what exactly I wanted and needed. Delivery was also set up within days. It was all around perfect, and a great experience.

Well not much to say except they sold two mattresses to myself and a friend within days of each other. He loved his so much I got one and I may get my mother one as well. We got the Blue 500 memory foam with the beat adjustable base they have (has a massage option). I haven’t slept this well in years. The only problem I had was I called in to buy mine and the person who helped my friend wasn’t in and so I got someone named Lori. She took my information to have someone call back the next day and I didn’t receive a call. I called the next day and she did. It take my phone number (which is kind of important and I repeated it twice) and she didn’t take down the bed I wanted to find out pricing on. There person who helped me Brian, DID help me and was a very gracious supportive sales person. I hope he gets the commission.

Maddie at the Cool Springs store was the best. We were looking for an adjustable bed frame and mattresses. She started with the base and explained each level of comfort then we moved on to the mattresses that work with those frames. She was so patient and knowledgeable. Great experience and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bed to visit Maddie.
