Great customer service. Soon as i walked in i was greeted but not harassed I hate a pushy sales guy. They were very informative and asked me if I needed anything when I said I was just looking they told me to let me know if I have any questions and that was the end of it. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend them. I ended up buying a sectional couch and a brand new stainless steel fridge not only did I get a great deal but I only have to wait two days to get it delivered to my front door.

Very helpful in our search for a washer and dryer. Most places do not have front load in stock right now. We were able to get one right away! Very easy process and friendly staff. Definitely will be back.

Ive been a customer since 2012. Ive bought a rug (straight out of pocket), a chaise lounger, a dining room table, washer and dryer (straight out of pocket) and my husband rented to own a couch and chair (which I paid for btw) but they magically have lost my information and then expected me to put my disabled spouse on the lease and bring him in there or drive another 12 mile round trip to have him fill out an app on a couch that would have been paid off January 1st. So congrats on losing my business permanently and losing over 500 bucks.Btw anyone looking to rent here, save the trouble and go to big lots.

Wish I could give them no stars. “Heather” from American Rental is so rude and will send you smart mouthed text messages if you’re late at all with any payments. She will text you, harass you, call you out of name and get your payment date wrong. Liked everyone else, but I had to block Heather’s phone number.

Had to put a 1 star because it doesn’t give me the option to do no stars. When they are picking up furniture they are johnny on the spot. But when they are scheduled to move someone they conveniently didn’t schedule it properly and it doesn’t get done so the customer is screwed. Completely unprofessional. Not to mention rude.
