I bought a mattress from her at the Cool Springs location and found it to be too soft so she handled the return effortlessly and arranged to have a new mattress delivered, and life is good. Im 57, have spent many years coaching sales people and am a salesman myself so Ive seen the best and the not so good in sales people. I can honestly say I would travel farther to a store where she worked because I know that she would take the time to really listen to my needs, offer a few choices and help me make a decision that works for me. I will never buy anything from Mattress Firm again. Thought that if I didnt like the mattress, I would be able to return it. Well, yes, I was able to return the mattress but not the Adjustable Base! The receipt also states that adjustable bases are not returnable. Great. So I decided to try a King but decided that it was simply too big for my room and that I preferred my Purple mattress, which is a queen. What was even worse, the sales associate told me that, while I couldnt return the base, I could exchange it for a Queen. Great! That would be perfect! So Im happy thinking that Im going to be able to return the mattress and get an adjustable base on a Queen size that I can use when my Purple mattress! Well, after thinking everything is going to work out, a couple hours later, the sales associate calls to tell me that I cant exchange the base after all, but that he has returned the mattress and theyll be pick it up next week. So basically, now Im stuck with this way too big almost $2k adjustable base in my bedroom. Ive got no where to put my little Queen size Purple mattress. Im being charged an $850 restocking fee, just to top everything off. I spent over $6k in that store, thinking that if I wasnt happy, a big chain store like that would make everything right. I spent around $6600, Im returning the mattress and I cant use the base because I only have a Queen size mattress and its way too big for my small room. Im getting less than half of what I spent back, around $3k. Im stuck with this base in my room thats way too big and heavy for me to move so basically I no longer have a bed and Ive lost about $3500. Yes, I should probably just say fine and keep the new mattress. But Im just not going to do that. What a bunch of crooks! At least, Ive learned my lesson. Being assured that if you dont like something, youve got 120 days to return it only to find out that you can only return half the purchase. Ive lost my money and my bedroom because of this store. Julie is so knowledgeable about mattresses and getting a good nights sleep! Being recently married, I realized we needed a bigger bed. I definitely knew we wanted a hybrid mattress and thought I knew which one. After laying on several different mattresses, we had made a different choice. We purchased a new big boy bed for our three year old. We bought two protect-a-bed covers in case he had any accidents. As the sales folks informed us that if there was any leaks through the covers, Protect-a-bed will take care of it.Long story short, the protector sheets failed. Even when we followed all the washing guidelines to the letter. The Protect-a-bed company was below sub-par when we tried to work with them. Finally got them to adhere to their guarantee and covered the cost of replacing the bed. Unfortunately, the bed model was no longer made and the new model was more expensive.The Mattress Firm REALLY worked with us to make things right without ANY hassle. I would buy a bed through them again in a heart beat because they know what makes a company is taking care of their customers.I gave them a Good rating on the quality because of the mattress covers they sell. Their beds are fantastic. Their employees know their stuff and are very friendly. I truly think their primary goal is to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase. Not just at the time of the purchase, but even down the road. Kudos to this store employees and their manager(s).

We stopped in the 3058 Mallory location earlier this week to purchase a mattress set for our spare bedroom and a set for our granddaughter. We were greeted at the by Dylan who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had previously checked on line and realized that Mattress Firm had the best prices in the area. i was not expecting to be able to deal with such a no pressure, experienced young man but you can believe I am telling everyone I know that if they need a mattress they need to come to Franklins Mallory Road store and ask for Dylan. btw being disabled, I am in a motorized chair and it was nice that the aisles were wide enough for me to negotiate without a problem.

I cant express how disappointed I was with the companys service. Im not going into detail because Im busy and your company has already wasted too much of my time. I had to travel to 4 different stores around Nashville to get 3 items (Mattress, Box Spring, and Sheet Protector). DONT BE SURPRISED IF YOU GET SOLD SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL AROUND TOWN PICKUP YOUR PURCHASE. Granted, the Sales rep was friendly and Ill give the company credit on that point.However, once I unpackaged, the box spring had a hole. Delivery for replacement was a nightmare and company failed to accurately communicate with delivery men. Delivery men tried to deliver product 3 hours before schedule, gave me a lecture about not helping him out because he had nothing to do for 4 hours. Every single person I talked to continuously failed to recognize a problem, kept blaming everything on the delivery men, and never once offered to rectify the issue until I lost my temper. Still then it was placing all the burden on me to fix the issue and sacrifice my valuable work time. Your company is not organized and your product was not acceptable upon purchase.

Luis went the extra mile to help us get the mattress we wanted. He was very responsive. Would recommend his store to anyone.
