Scottie had the patience of a saint and did not pressure the sale. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the customer getting the mattress that works best for them. I was like Goldilocks trying to find my “just right” bed and Scottie gently guided me to my final decision.

Had easily the best shopping experience at Bedzzz Express of Cool Springs today all because of Jeff! He was absolutely wonderful - kind, patient, attentive, honest, helpful...you name it! Several years ago I purchased an expensive mattress at a different store and it hasnt held up well so I was quite jaded going in...but I left with exactly what I wanted and happier than ever! Jeff listened to my needs, and I feel very confident with my purchase. So impressed with this place. I would recommend it to absolutely anyone and everyone! We had a great experience shopping at Bedzzz Express this weekend. We went in not really knowing exactly what we wanted, and were able to learn about the ins and outs of a few different types of beds, their longevity, warranties, and the reassurance of a 90 trial period in case we dont love it. Havent had it delivered yet (just a 1 week turnaround time), but looking forward to it!

Great experience start to finish. Barrett was very helpful, not pushy and had great insights and ideas. He answered all of our questions, and ensured we were happy with our choices. The prices were the best in town and delivery was scheduled quickly and the delivery/install team was efficient and friendly. We love this place! We had the most helpful salesman, Jeff. We had been shopping for mattresses for most of the day and Im glad we stopped by. The beds we tried were the best quality we had found. They have such a great variety. We found the adjustable base we had been looking for, too. I didnt know they sold pillows, sheets and mattress protectors so we didnt have to go anywhere else. They even deliver! We found everything we were looking for and more.

Jeff was great. I love our new mattress and wish I’d purchased it years ago. It was a very easy process, low pressure and their price was lower than any others I found online for the same mattress. It was delivered the next day and they arrived as scheduled. I would absolutely recommend this business.

The people at this company are amazing. They took the time to get to know my needs then showed me a number of different options. I never felt as though I was being sold on a mattress. I thought I was just browsing but Scotty B allowed me to feel good about my purchase almost made it seem too easy. He wasn’t like most bed salesman that are overly pushy. I got a better deal Than anywhere else plus extras that made it a no brainer. I’m looking forward to my LuxAdapt Tempurpedic bed!You have to stop in here to compare to the other bed stores. This company has been awesome to work with on getting our mattresses. We have now bought two from them and will definitely be back for the other bedrooms!

Purchased a mattress from here, it was out of stock and took an extra week for delivery (2 weeks total). The whole reason for purchasing a mattress locally was they should have it in stock ready to deliver! The $1500 retail priced mattress felt ok for a moment while demoing in the store, but at home was very uncomfortable. Turns out this place only takes exchanges, not returns or refunds (even though I offered to cover a restock fee). While waiting for this 2 week delivery I received a second mattress from online (that offers fast free delivery and free 1 year trial with returns) .Do not recommend purchasing a mattress locally from this store when they dont have items in stock and have outdated return policies when you get much better quality mattresses online for free delivery and free 1-year return. This local-store model is outdated. Now I am stuck with this low-quality uncomfortable mattress. Wont be buying mattresses from local stores ever again.

Went in today with my mother to purchase her a new mattress. Was greeted by Scotty and he proceeded to inform, guide and help us along the way to feel educated and comfortable about her purchase. We feel we got great value and product. This was our first stop of what we thought was going to be an all day process. We were brought to this amazing store by Nectar beds. Upon entering Scott greater us pleasantly and in a non sales way. We told him we liked two beds Nectar, and the Luxe Tempur-Pedic bed. He brought us over to the two we like and talked about what positions we sleep in, and if we had any pain. We decided to go with Tempur-Pedic as if you could really feel the cooling effect and memory foam. Scott worked with our financing methods and helped us with a great deal and customer service. If you’re looking for someone to be honest with you and take their time chose Scott and Bedzzz Express!
