I love this store. Has everything you need to decorate your home

This is a great store for home decorations and other miscellaneous items. Located right off of Highway 96 and South Royal Oaks where the old Kmart was. They have a wide variety of seasonal items as well. The store is typically well organized and the staff are always friendly. If youre looking to spruce up your home, this is a good place to start.

Always a Ton of stuff to browse through. Lots of seasonal choices, good stock of clearance. Their displays give great ideas to what your room could be set up like with their items. I will say though I was looking for a tack/corkboard and couldnt find one.

There is no way anyone can enter this store and not make it a several hour affair. Great products with affordable prices. You will continue browsing regardless what you went there for. Be forewarned! :)

I spend a lot of money with my business with At Home, usually the customr service is satisfactory, however today it was terrible! I waited in line to check out for nearly 30 minutes. I actually went and asked other associates working on inventory to help cashier, as their was 1 person for 10 customers in line waiting. They ignored me and did nothing! Myself and others asked the only Cashier to call for backup as she was oblivious to the long line, it took 15 minutes for someone to show up after her call for help. Trying to understand if At Homes policy is to take care of inventory over customers? It was pretty pathetic. When I complained I got a I understand response; not an apology or a commitment to do better.

This place has some great hidden gems. We found some fantastic chairs to go with our new hard wood table. The store is clean and friendly, and full of all kinds of great stuff.

Excellent selection, mostly all right prices as well. Would really recommend.

Drive one hour for online pickup and they have the wrong item in store. Not the color that i ordered ! All they could say oh we are sorry ! #unhappy customer

I needed help locating a pair of lampshades that were on clearance. I had found them on the website and knew there were only a limited number left in the store.The clearance lampshades were mixed in with the regular priced shades and many were on the top shelves. After looking for a few minutes, I asked an associate if he could help me look. He spent at least 10 minutes helping me, but couldnt find them.Ultimately, my husband located them on the back of a top shelf, with other shades stacked on top of them.The associate got a ladder and handed them down to us.This is the best place to find lampshades, I just wish they were better organized.

I feel right at home sitting on the lawn furniture with the other guys waiting hours for our wives to look at pillows and lamps.

You must enter this store expecting so-so quality products at fairly low prices. With that mindset, you can find fun, decorative, useful items. Much of their furniture seems flimsy, so I focus on decorations, linens and occasionally housewares.

Hello we went to pick up curbside order and an elderly manager named Trina deciderd it would be funny to make my asthmatic sister drive down and completely disregard social distancing to tell her that her pick up actually wasn’t available. Disgusting behavior but unfortunately the norm at this store. Pathetic workers who thrive on being evil so they can feel good about themselves. Pathetic.

This was my 1st trip to the At Home store. Love this store! They had everything I was looking for, and way more! The largest supply of lamp shades Ive seen anywhere. Prices were great! Will definitely go back.

Good news... Finally found bar stools that we liked. Bad news... Found a rug. No price. Other similar rugs were $8.99. charged $20 for this one.

LOVE this store....always have unique items.

While the store has great items and a huge variety, the customer service is beyond lacking. If you need to find anything in the store good luck finding assistance. If you have a problem, good luck finding a manager. If you are in a hurry checking out, be prepared to wait a while. They never have enough staff checking folks out or anywhere. While I love the merchandise, the other issues make for a poor customer experience. Employee turnover is crazy bad so not sure what is going on there but believe me, the customers notice. Step up your game and you will get more stars. 1 star rating is due to customer service issues only. I would give it a 5 star for everything else.

We were in the store for 3 hrs and just barely saw a few departments. They have gorgeous things at reasonable prices. Cant wait to go back!!! We received some great discounts. We found exactly what we were looking for.

Quite a large variety of home furnishings for mostly reasonable prices. Furniture prices vary so much as does quality you do have to shop carefully but generally, the prices here match the quality. Certainly have a large mix of styles and colors. Something for everyone. Far better pricing than the competitor across the street.

The Christmas trees here are pretty.

What good does it do to have a store with a great selection if you have ZERO customer service? Can NEVER find an associate to help. They use very deceptive sneaky sales tactics by stocking full priced products mixed in on the same shelves as clearance items. If you dont pay close attention, they will charge full price on all those items in your cart that you thought were on sale.

(dishes and cups, dining chairs, patio furnishings, planter pots, bedding, table linens, seasonal decor, frames and more.The items look good but the quality seems subpar. I keep expecting sales to lower the price to match the quality but I never see one.The staff is not to be found. They do not carry an inventory of the store items so don’t expect to find specific items easily. Let this sink in. A store the size of Lowe’s, no inventory tracking. An employee on the phone with me literally had to walk to the section and isle looking for my item by putting eyeballs on it to see if they had it in stock.The store is always kept clean and neat. And if you can find the staff, they are helpful.

This store has just about everything I can think of to decorate your home. Prices are great! And their sales are awesome! Great mix and match shopping, lamps and shades, tables and chairs. Love this store!

Its a nice home decor store with a huge selection depending on what youre looking for. The barstools and chairs never seen to change while they usually have a rotating stock of furniture items (tables, consoles, end tables). They also have a large rotating stock of seasonal items. The one thing you cant find here are employees. There seems to be a chronic lack of employees here so youre pretty much on your own until check out, when you might see one or two at the end of a usually long line.

I love this store looked online it said they had one Christmas tree in stock the one that I really wanted and I was able to get the tree of my dreams with the helpful staff will be back

I needed pillows. At Home has over a thousand! Prices are really good..found mine @ $9.99 each. Cant beat it.

We struggled to find things that werent themed around the holidays.

Needed more check out clerks. Couldnt find area rugs larger than 5 X 7 of any selection. My wife loves the store.

I frequent At Home, but it is definitely hit or miss. They put their holiday stuff out in the middle of summer when I was looking for summer things, so I wasn’t able to make that purchase. The quality of many of the items, particularly linens, is not up to par with what I’m looking for, yet the prices seem high for them. Still, I always manage to find some cute decor item and never leave empty-handed!

My favorite store to shop for home décor! This place has everything you could possibly want for your home, inside and outside. The have lawn furniture and outdoor décor plus they also have everything for inside, from knick knacks to lamps, pillows and rugs to larger items like dressers and tables. It is worth a look if you havent stopped before. This place is a gem! You didnt even know you needed it or were looking for it until you find it here!

I really like this place. They have quality items for the home. We dont have have one in Murfreesboro but I will make the drive to Franklin because the home decor items.I purchased some cushions for a pallet couch. I will post a picture of the couch cushions.
