I had a wonderful experience working with James at the Franklin location. He was very responsive and knows his stuff inside and out. He was also upfront and honest about extended lead-times in this crazy market and always kept us in the loop.

I will not be dealing with Fergueson unless James mc andrews is the manager His knowledge and service is through the roof It’s funny that his boss who is the regional manager is now the Franklin manager

We have been working with Ferguson for several years. They are always prompt with orders, delivery and service. Ferguson was our supplier for the building of our new house. Our build was completed during COVID pandemic. Our sales rep was on top of helping us select our appliances, plumbing and light fixtures.We experienced some difficulties with some of our appliances. Our sales representative immediately arranged for a service call once we let him know of our appliance problems. When one of the appliances turned out to be a “lemon” our sales rep and the showroom manager worked to get us a replacement. We are extremely happy with the service and assistance.

I had purchased light fixtures from a store no longer in business. When my electrician was attempting to install we discovered a critical missing part needed to complete. I called several lighting stores and most never returned my call as I had not purchased through them. I was fortunate to have called Ferguson and spoke with James McAndrews who was wonderful and willing to help me and my part is now on its way. Thank you Ferguson and James!

Mike Wheeler in the Franklin showroom was a huge help when the manufacturer of my kitchen faucet was not helpful at all. I bought the faucet three years ago and when it malfunctioned beyond fixing I reached out to him. Mike was able to make it all right again and Ferguson went beyond their duty and even overnighted a new product. Great customer service!

The showroom people are taking customers by appointment. We didnt know that. They were able to take us by checking on available staff. We were able to meet with Kathy, see the kitchen faucets available, discuss, and purchase. The task was accomplished. Thank you Ferguson!

I recently came in to have my bathroom redone and I had Ashley help me. She made this process so easy and she was so professional. She took the time to sit with me while I looked through all the options and kept changing my mind and never once did she seem as though she was rushing me out. I was so satisfied with the final outcome of all the options she laid out for me. Thank you so much to Ashley for helping me build my dream bathroom!

Well, we visited on a Saturday. I was really impressed with the showroom and the receptionist was extremely helpful. However, we waited at least 20 minutes for a sales person to help us. We returned to the receptionist to ask again for help because we actually knew exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, we overheard her asking a certain sales person to help us but he gave her much grief because we didn’t ask for him by name or have an appointment. She proceeded to ask him to just help us but he gave her an attitude. At this point, I was dealing with my young son and the sales person obviously did not need my business so we left. We bought our items from FW Webb.

This is a great store to purchase hard to find plumbing parts & supplies...It is not like the big home stores, but caters more toward the commercial plumber, but will handle walk-ins...

Never order anything from this store. Terrible customer service. My order number TC289120 showed up with a missing shelf. Upon calling up customer service on day 5 they claimed all parts were shipped out then realized their error. Promised to ship out the missing part on day 7 but it never came. Finally had to come down to the store day 8 and was told it will be overnighted with no sense of an apology or anything.An absolutely horrendous company with regards to supply chain planning, customer service. Best order all part online or another bath store

I had a terrible experience with them.There is no customer service at all.I found all the sales associates arevery rude and they don’t want to help you. They never followed up with tmy order. I had to call 4 times to get a answer from them. When you go therenobody gets up from their desks to see if you need any help? They don’t even say hi to you.I just couldn’t believe a beautiful showroom has a terrible sales peopleShame !!!!

Better selection than the big box stores.

I ordered a unit in November 2018 for an apartment I manage. I call every few weeks, and every few weeks, the rep (Dick Marcellino) says they just checked with the manufacturer and it got pushed out again. It is January, 2019 and I have a tenant who has been using electric heaters for 3 months now!

Needed a part for my hot water heater that no where in New England had except for Ferguson Chris in parts hooked me up! Awesome customer service!
