Excellent service here at this store. Shopped Paint Department and the help and service was so much better than the other area Home Depot.

Their customer service guy, Mark, is condescending, lazy and just plain rude. Thank God for their attentive and observant manager. I hope they can continue to weed out their duds and hire more gems. Good customer service is something I do and will continue to pay/travel more for. They almost lost a customer that spends thousands a year on home building projects.

As an avid DIY-er, Home Depot has always been one of my favorite places to go. But I have to brag on my Franklin store. The customer service is always excellent. Today I met Ms. Renee. She asked if I needed help finding something. I told her what my problem was (leaky spigots). She gave me very detailed, step by step instructions, took me exactly to the $2.92 part I needed... saved me a couple hundred bucks by doing it myself! As a single mama, thats a huge deal! She is extremely knowledgable, as are most of the folks Ive dealt with there... Im so impressed, and grateful!

Went to Home Depot looking for 1.5 inch PVC pipe. Its such a large store but the isles were marked as to what was on them. I get to the plumbing section and the section was close due to employees stocking the top shelves. The nice lady stopped what she was doing let me in, and directed me to the area where I would find what I needed. 3 two foot pieces of inch and a half pvc. Easy as pie. Ill go there again.

Clean and friendly, guy in plumbing. Was very very helpful in making connections to convert a rubber kid pool filter and pump to a stock tank. It works perfectly.

Had a problem with a manager at the Home Depot in Spring Hill. I had an unopened box with my purchase receipt, but the manager in Spring Hill hassled me 40+ minutes over returning a cordless drill; blaming the hassle on Home Depot computer system and their external vendors return tracking system. I wasnt wanting a refund. I wanted to exchange for a better, more expensive, more powerful, cordless drill and me paying the increase in price difference. Took my return purchase to Franklin Home Depot and the manager at the Franklin Home Depot was more than helpful in resolving the problem, getting me the cordless drill I wanted, and me paying the price increase.Spring Hill thinks this is over, but my next step is to file a BBB complaint against Spring Hill Home Depot.

While looking at tool sets i saw one that was already open and decided to see how the tools looked so i can purchase a pair and overheard two workers that sounded like they were saying I was looking like was going to steal parts from it, instead of talking loudly to where I can overhear them, how about you go up to the customer and let them know there’s an issue. Never felt angry going out a Home Depot until now.

Though they have still not updated mask signage that quotes a now-revoked local mandate, I am proud of the store leadership and can tell the current GM is running his teams very well. I went to purchase a new power drill yesterday and did not wear a mask. I had resolved to shop elsewhere should an employee confront me about not having one, but was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff when I needed help picking from DeWALT’s options. While many stores are berating customers who do not wear masks (even before finding out if they have legitimate exemptions or not), the employees at this specific Home Depot no doubt reflects on the level-headed leadership of the GM and his thorough communication to his teams on how to deal with customers who don’t wear masks.Thank you Franklin Home Depot to your entire team, but especially to the current leadership. Will certainly be prioritizing your store in the future!

Typical big corporation. Get the money, forget the customer service. Waited for help loading as several employees walked by me. None making eye contact. Pitiful.

If you want to shop in a safe store, friendly customer service, and knowledgeable staff, then this is the spot for you. While prices are pretty much the same as their competitors their staff more than makes up for it.

Its a home depot. Had the normal stuff. Nice and big and full of home repair products.

I’ve been to this Home Depot a dozen times in the past month and the staff have been wonderful. The appliance department staff spent over an hour helping us find what products were right for us and answering all of our questions.

An absolute nightmare. DO NOT PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE FROM THIS STORE. We bought a brand new washer and dryer, scheduling delivery to our new home weeks in advance. After 3 reschedules, they finally showed up with a unit that had a massive dent in the side, with the technician saying “we noticed beforehand and they told me to just deliver it anyways”. Customer service offered zero practical solutions or reconciliation. Shop elsewhere!

Good selection of plants. Well organized. Today found people to help me in the garden department. They were very helpful. Answered my questions. Went to get what I could not find. Loaded my car. Friendly. In the past I have had trouble finding help in the other departments. No bulbs yet. A few,other things were sold out in the indoor yard department.

What can I say, theyve basically taken my kids college fund. Im here at like 7 days a week.

Carpet purchase:Ordered the carpet and was told it would be a fast delivery. (5-7) days. The delivery was held up for unknown reasons and we began having to manually track down the delivery date. I personally had to call the freight line to know when it would be delivered.The installation day came and after receiving numerous confirmations and securing our dog at a family members house and canceling Labor Day plans, the installation crew never showed.I called the installation company and was placed on hold and then told me I would have to wait 5 more days.This is all happening as my family and I are living out of boxes waiting for the carpet to be installed so the painters can finish.Nightmare experience.

Inventory issues, went to 3 different locations all stating they had what I needed. Drove over 100 miles, still have not found what I was looking for. An umbrella base. Nothing complicated. They have them, they just cant find them. Ill just use a concrete block. Go to Lowes next time.

They have a greeter at the door to make sure guests are masked, and hand sanitizing stations around the store. Also the greeter really went out of her way to try to help us, and was so kind. Above and beyond!

Needed a last minute carpet patch job before I sold my house. Matt in the carpet department really went above and beyond with helping. He helped color match with samples, and was overall extremely helpful and kind. Everyone else I interacted with while there was also very helpful and courteous!

Excellent customer service tonight. We purchased our live Christmas tree here. Good selection. Good signage. Helpful staff. The landscape/garden crew had a team of young men equipped with tools to trim the branches, cut off an inch or two off the bottom, wrap the tree for transport, and assist us in strapping the tree to our SUV. We arrived safely at home with the tree still attached to the roof of our vehicle. Now the fun part — decorating!!

The customer service here is just too amazing. Renee in plumbing was just about ready to come build my pipes for me! She saved me hundreds of dollars and taught us everything we needed to know to fix a large leak.

I wish there had been more of a selection in the garden area. But the staff was nice and efficient.

Love Home Depot great customer service and most knowledgeable employees when you are on a budget

I decided to make my own bed frame, and went to this Home Depot to get the wood for it. The guy who was cutting the wood for me asked, Im not kidding, if I had a man that was going to build this for me. Then he asked if I was the only one sleeping in the bed, and THEN he asked if the bed would be moving back and forth a lot. 3 stars because the wood was the right size and I know this because myself and another GIRL built it in 2 hours. I dont remember his name, and I wouldnt snitch even if I did, but maybe the higher ups should have a class on how to talk or not talk to your customers.

Got help/waited on pretty darn quick.Could have been good help though, as sometimes Im in the same store & it takes much longer.Could have been I was an early customer too.Was pleased with this visit.

We love this Home Depot! The staff is so nice and very knowledgeable. Today we needed help in two different areas for some renovations and both staff members that helped us were not only eager to help us, but provided some of the best service we’ve received. We have a great experience every time we come here.

Great selection and knowledgeable and helpful staff. the last time we went to, it was pouring rain and we had two separate associates help us carry all of our stuff out without even asking them for help. Its pretty rare to get that level of customer service these days, and it was greatly appreciated.

Ive always been able to get what I need when I visit this location. The plants & flowers, are well taken care of here. It seems like they stay very busy at this location while always managing little to no wait time to check out. In fact, I am certain I could get in, find what I needed, and checkout in less time than if I visited one of the handful of smaller, hometown hardware stores. Always a pleasure to do business with.

The level of incompetence in this store (Franklin TN - 224 S Royal Oaks Blvd) is simply stunning. I go there about once a year, and then only if I cant find what I need somewhere else. Each time I have been reminded why I avoid this store.Today I needed a small plumbing part. The aisle was of course closed. There was an employee standing on a forklift...doing absolutely NOTHING. I waited and waited. He was just staring off into space....unaware of his surroundings. I finally gave up, and now vow to never return to this store. This isnt the first time this has happened, but its the last time for me.As I left, the two teenage boys in their orange aprons were still pushing & shoving each other around the self-checkout aisle. Obviously they had nothing else to do. There couldnt have been more than a half dozen customers in the entire store the SATURDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Ill be stunned if this store lasts more than a few more months.

The store itself is good (selection, layout, etc). But the customer service is first-rate and professional. Very rare to have to wait for a cashier, employees are friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Brittany and manager James for going the extra mile to resolve a difficult problem for me with a recent purchase. This store remains my first choice for DIY materials, tools, and yard care stuff.

Had the pool salt I needed and more. Always go in there to buy something and end up with two or three things i didnt know i needed. Masks being worn by everyone.

I wish I could give this particular Home Depot location more than five stars. Our home is located one mile from this place and when we purchased it I began renovating. No kidding, I am probably at this store once a week on average. In other words, been there hundreds of times! I have never, not once, had anything but a pleasant experience. Some of the reviews on here with one or two stars makes me wonder if they reviewed the wrong store, because this is so opposite of what I have consistently experienced. The staff is helpful, and I see the same people working here for years which to me is a good sign. Products are laid out well, the aisles are large enough, rarely is a product sold out, check out is quick, its just all good here! I am so thankful to have this place so close to home, I even sometimes walk there.

Getting someone to help you in this store is like pulling teeth. They finally pushed me over my limit on this last visit. I feel bad for anyone who is trying to do a diy job and actually needs help finding what they need.I needed help finding something that wasn’t on the shelf but the app said there were 57 of them in stock. 4 employees were banging around on a door and I was waiting patiently for acknowledgement. One walked past me and mumbled something to me and I thought that this would be my big break. Unfortunately it wasn’t. I had to escort myself out of there.But it’s like this at all HDs isn’t it? Someone needs to open a Chick Fil A version of a home improvement store. Imagine that.

I feel like I live here, I am an avid DIYer and so I am at this Home Depot at least twice a month. The staff are awesome, super friendly. There is a lady who greets you at the door, she is the best, always super helpful and friendly. The store is relatively well laid out, and there is always staff to help you when you loose your way.
