I went in looking for a dip tube for my water heater. The guy at the counter was totally unwilling to help me. I get it they prefer contractors who do plumbing for a living, but most businesses will at least try to help someone.

Had an issue with PVC piping under my kitchen sink (new, deeper sink). The staff was very helpful and figured out a part that would work. Saved me a plumbers visit for something that was an easy fix (with the correct part). Price was very reasonable too!

These guys are the best ! Cant tell you how much I saved over stores like HD or Lowes. The had everything we needed for our remodel and then some :) always helpful and willing to explain what I did or didnt need per codes. Not only locally owned they really do know their business. Grateful for their help to get this dang remodel done AND to code lol.

Im a home owner/DIYer who called in with an issue related to my shower handle. An issue Ive never dealt with before. They took the time to explain what to do over the phone and invited me to come in with photos of the issue if I had any more questions. I went down there photos and questions in hand. They offered me a few solutions, one that would have required me to purchase nothing from them and likely would have solved the problem. I chose an alternate solution and purchased all pieces then and there. Excellent service and friendly advice. I will return there next time I have a plumbing need.
