Excellent service. Purchased a new washer machine. Set expectations very well. Will definitely be back.Update :the communication between the delivery crew and myself was seamless. Crew of 2;father and son team. Courteous and extremely good manners. The whole experience, from purchasing from the Cool Springs location in Franklin, TN, to the delivery was perfect. We are now forever customers of this business. We had an unfortunately terrible experience with another company near downtown Franklin that stumbled and made excuses for damaged and lack of the same product. I wont go into detail. The technical service and customer service at this place is abominable. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher Electronic Express botched the installation. Eventually, it was resolved by Bosch service people. I am still hassling with Electronic Express to have the installation charge of circa $200 refunded. Avoid buying from this outfit.

The easiest process I have been through when it comes to service. Not only did we purchase the item wanted (on a Saturday), but they were able to deliver and install it on Monday. Best buy or Home Depot was not even close. The installers were professional, fast and effective. Although they may not be your first obvious choice for an appliance, you need to move them up. They are better than any of the big players.

I had an amazing experience here! Long story short: I wanted to buy a TV to handle the new tech of my Xbox Series X. I bought a TV with the help of one of their associates. About a week and a half later, I realize that I bought a TV with regular ol HDMI 2.0 inputs instead of 2.1. Im now outside of my return window AND I had already thrown away the box. I call anyway, because Im stressing about this. I spoke with a manager named Jennifer, and she said that shed see what she could do. After a brief hold, she told me I could bring it in and exchange it. Man oh man I was relieved. I GUARANTEE you that Best Buy would never do that. Im never going to Best Buy again. EE all the way!!

I was in the store to purchase a new refrigerator. When the delivery man came to my house, I noticed that the refrigerator had three dents it. I asked the delivery guy was is this a new unit. He said it to me that he had talked with the people at the retail store and they were aware that this was not a new unit. Unbeknownst to me.

We were able to browse around the store with a very polite “if you need any help we are here” and we didn’t feel jumped on or rushed. We figured out what we wanted, had the assistance of confirming the dimensions would work and all the features gone over and the next best part was a combo of the price and the availability of the refrigerator. This was this past Sunday.... and yesterday (Wednesday) our GORGEOUS new refrigerator was carefully delivered, installed and the old moved to our garage. Absolutely one of the best all around big purchase experiences we have had in along time. They obviously value the customer at Electronic Express. WOOOO HOOOO!!! And we are so thrilled with our purchase!

Jennifer was super helpful with showing me a variety of wireless ear bud brands. Her patience, knowledge, and demeanor was excellent. She also pointed me in the direction of a wireless charger for my Note 8 which I have never really thought about. After hearing about her own personal experience and use of the same one I was convinced to buy the wireless instead. Not only was she excellent with electronics but she also helped me pick out a wedge pillow for my personal needs. I highly recommend visiting this store and Jennifer for all your electronic needs.

If you don’t mind buying refurbished items then I guess it’s ok to you. But read what that exactly means. They should advertise it correctly. It was wiped off with a towel and repacked as like-new. My MacBook Air had little to no battery health left. Usually when you refurbish something you put a new battery in it. Should have been delivered today 5/27. I had to hunt the drivers down only to be told they only had the dryer on the truck. They were to call me back today and set-up for 5/28/20. Just hung up on the manager of Cool Springs store. He has no idea when the delivery will happen. Will call me back? Well see. I reviewed the Springhill store a few days ago; the Franklin store was just as helpful, well stocked and well laid out.We were running errands in Franklin the day after visiting the Springhill store so my husband and I stopped in so I could show him what i spied on the Springhill store. He was impressed with the prices, so we purchased a TV and sound bar; they didnt have the tablet I had seen in Springhill, so they called and the salesman, Glenn had put one away for mejust in case I stopped by.I was glad, because I had been unable to find it anywhere.I cant say enough about Electronic Express. I lived the store, but its the employees that will guarantee my return. Glenn was tremendous help in Springhill; Jackie and Ryan (Franklin store) were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Jackie answered all our questions about the tv ... and Ryan took care of making sure we could get the tablet at the other store.

So received word last night that or office was closing and needed to work remotely. drove out to Cool Springs because Best Buy advertised they opened at 9. I got to BB and the manager was standing at the entrance saying that they would not open until 10. So i had an hour to kill. I randomly called Electronic Express and talked with Christian. He was awesome. He said technically they didnt open until 10 but to come on over and he would take care of me. Myself and another girl trying to get in BB went over. We were both in and out in about 15 minutes with exactly what we needed. Christian and his team were knowledgeable and caring. I did not feel like I was being pressured to buy anything. They are my new favorite store. I used to be a best buy girl all the way. No more. Electronic Express went above and beyond and I am so grateful! Keep doing what your doing Christian and team. Jennifer was my sales associate, and Ryan was the store manager on duty.Jennifer was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She spent a great amount of time understanding what our needs were, and she provided intelligent guidance as we considered product options. She worked very hard to ensure that we would be happy with our purchase far beyond the point of sale. Ryan, the manager, was equally impressive. He also took the time to assist with our considerations. Ultimately, he figured out how to save us a substantial amount of money. Last but not least, Ryan actually took the time to help safely load products into our vehicle. I would echo what others have said on delivery and customer service. We have waited 4 months for assistance with appliances that we purchased and can’t get anyone to call back. Even when I go to the store and speak to people in person they refuse to call back. Very frustrating to spend so much money there and to be ignored for so long. I called the store in Franklin and was totally impressed with the Sales Manager Ryan. Wonderful customer service skills and completely answered all of my questions. I talked to the Store Manager who is also very nice. I feel like my time and money were well spent at the Franklin store.1 STAR for the Murfreesboro store- I called the store in Murfreesboro to purchase a fridge and microwave. I made contact with John H. the Sales Manager over appliances via phone then emails. I was told EE will honor almost all competitors prices so I did some research and found a great price on the fridge. I went in to the store to finalize the sale. I was waiting in appliances when John H. approached me from the mall entrance, put down his drink then went on a rant about how he has a particular fridge at the warehouse for $1599!!! Blah, blah, blah! When he took a breath I finally introduced myself. I had a price that was $378 less than EE (with warranty)from Discount Bandit but John H. said its not a site they will honor. I asked about cutting the warranty price instead. John H. said they cant do that. I asked if he was really going to let a sale walk out of the store and he did! I wasnt impressed with John H. on the phone because I thought he was bit rude but Im trying to keep the tax dollars in county and do business close to home.

He patiently diagnosed an issue I was having with an old external hard drive, which essentially contained every important file we had, he selected the best new hardware for our needs, and walked me through everything involved in making the transfer without anything being left to chance. His knowledge and customer service skills are second to none. Thanks Christian! I recently purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator from Hamid, the appliance sales associate, who was very knowledgeable, personable and was not pushy at all. We then worked with Jennifer, the TV sales associate, who was equally awesome and helped direct us in the purchase of two TVs. They offer free delivery and have an excellent return policy. Cannot recommend in good conscience Electronic Express for any appliance delivery/install. We purchased an entry level Bosch dishwasher right before Memorial Day 20. The price with delivery was competitive and EE claimed they could get it delivered/installed in three days. On the appointed delivery day I woke up early and drove to the property where the install was to take place. EE showed up more or less on time; then the hilarity ensued (actually, no, none of what Im about to share is funny or amusing). The first delivery crew arrived with the unit; spent about five minutes looking at the old dishwasher (a standard GE unit that was about 10 years old), and gruffly declared that the new Bosch unit required a special tool to install and that they were peace-ing out, leaving me to deal with EEs install department. Wait what? Didnt I pay $100 for you to show up and install a Bosch dishwasher? How did you manage to show up without the special tool (note: never identified/explained) supposedly necessary to install the dishwasher? If only that were the worst of it. Guess what--I had to take it upon myself to chase EEs installation team to secure a second delivery appointment (two days later). The value proposition of having this all done in 3 days start-to-finish had entirely evaporated, and I was kicking myself for not dealing with a more reputable retailer/installer (take your pick: HD, Lowes, Best Buy).Fast-forward 48 hours, EEs crack-team of installers #2 arrived at the property on the chosen date/time and within 10 minutes of arrival declared that for undetermined reasons, the old dishwasher was stuck and they were not able to remove it to proceed with the installation of the Bosch. I wasnt present at the time but once I was briefed, I relayed all of these misadventures/misdeeds to Leon a supervisory figure of sorts at EEs installation department who basically told me, his guys were the best in the business, veterans of hundreds/thousands of install jobs, and if they couldnt get the dishwasher out it wasnt coming out without the help of a full fledged contractor that I needed to retain. Ouch--not what I was expecting/wanting to hear. But, being the reasonably suspicious sort, I decided to drop what I was doing and drive to the property to see what was actually going on--you know boots on the ground; tip of the spear, whatever. Being a entry-level handy person I didnt expect to accomplish much on my own. Turns out, maybe I should run the EE installation department, because within about 2-3 minutes of routine focus and effort I noticed that there were two standard wood screws securing the old dishwasher--one on each side--to the adjacent cabinet array. Dont know why they were there--the house/dishwasher was that way when we bought it. I just know that I used a standard screwdriver, removed the two screws, and what-do-you-know, the darn dishwasher slid right out. Well shoot, if my basic level of handy was enough to accomplish this seemingly impossible feat--why not just continue on and self-install the Bosch? About 90 minutes later, the entire job was done; no thanks to the pros at EE.I have since reached out to my good friend Leon at EEs installation department on several occasions to request a refund of the $100 installation fee that I paid EE for the work I ended up doing for them. He initially assured me that he would refund the install fee and would talk to his superiors about doing something else in the way of a further refund for all of my trouble/inconvenience. Considering how badly Leon and his team of install ninjas bungled the install job, it shouldnt be surprising that Ive yet to receive a refund of the install fee and that Leon is ghosting me, hoping that I forget about the entire thing.Ill summarize my general thoughts on EE based on this experience: Pricing is competitive with the big boys/girls. Their install game is pathetically weak, and their customer service is criminally bad. Take your hard-earned money to the big boys/girls instead.

This location is relatively new. It is much larger than the old location near the B&N bookstore. Things are very well organized and the staff is very helpful (if not a little too helpful depending on how busy the store is.*)They carry a nice selection of just about any typical electronic item I can think of, ranging from home/kitchen appliances to laptops and desktop computers as well as home and car audio components.*Note about comment:I can see how, if the store was incredibly full of customers, the amount of staff could be useful, I can only speak of my visits at all times of the business day when I mention the staff can become overbearing, the times Ive visited and made purchases the number of employees covering the floor were such that every time I looked up from browsing the merchandise an employee was within a few feet watching intently.Not in a sketchy way, but moreso in a eager to take questions (about things you kindly told them just minutes prior that you would find them if you needed any help.)Good selection, clean store, obnoxiously helpful team of employees.The only downside I found was the lack of prices on a huge amount of product. They have a great little clearance section that always has an assortment of items at very nicely reduced prices, many appear to be open box returns, some clearly marked and noted as missing certain accessories.

Purchased 4 piece kitchen appliance package. Appliances were delivered and after I removed the boxes I discovered the stove/range and the refrigerator have been cosmetically damaged. I have been in touch with the salesperson/manager for the last 10 days and cannot get an answer about fixing the situation. I keep being told, I hope to have an answer today, and never hear anything back. Ill update this review if/when the situation has been resolved either with a discount on the damaged items or replacement.

The manager and an employee were very accommodating in getting the refrigerator loaded into my vehicle. My pickup has a cover on the bed and the compact refrigerator just wouldnt quite make it under the cover. We ended up unboxing the refrigerator and loading it into the back seat. I walked in looking for an Auxiliary to Bluetooth adapter and was warmly greeted by Michael. He welcomed me to the store and asked how he could help me. I told him what I needed and he went straight away to find my item. Walked in frustrated. Walked out excited! Found the store on Apple Maps only to drive there and find out it’s not there. Then called the number only to hear that the number was disconnected. So I drove to Best Buy. On the way to Best Buy, I noticed Electronic Express at its current location. However, I decided I wasn’t going there because the address was wrong. Well, long story short, the experience at Best Buy was so awful that I decided that Electronic Express couldn’t be any worse. So I went. That’s when I met Kyle! Let me tell you, Kyle goes the extra mile! He was super knowledgeable and and not pushy at all. None of their display dishwashers are bolted in to the cabinets, so if you open the door and pull out the racks they tip over on you. Dumb and unsafe. The appliance guy didnt think that was a problem, and I knew more about his appliances than he did. He told me there were zero dishwashers where you didnt have to clean out a filter, but there were about six dishwashers on his sales floor that had self-cleaning filters that are not removable or user serviceable (thats a good feature).

Bought a surround sound receiver here and a little over a year later it stops working. They basically told me I am on my own. For a $700 receiver I expect a longer life than a year and better customer service.

So my bluetooth went out in my truck. The Audi dealer wanted about $1200 to fix it. I did so6.e researxh and bought a $50 part. Im pretty tech savvy, but for some reason I could not get part synced with my phone and car. I walked into Electronic Express ready to buy a FM/AM transmitter, which they were sold out of. Bummer, right? Well not really. That part I had lingering around cleary was all I needed. Christian willingly done research on his end and showed me the same exact part I had in the truck. Christian set the part up in 2 minutes and changed my life!

Wow... Worst customer service ever... I planned to walk in there to get a sales pitch and spend more money than I had to and walk out hating myself for spending so much like I usually do. These employees had the worst personalities and customer service skills. I chose not to do business here just because they seemed uninterested in helping us. Good selection. Horrible customer service.

The manager, Shane, is a real class act. I had an issue with a sound system I had purchased a few years prior (from a different store I mind you) and he helped me with step by step instructions on how to get it up and running in time for my family reunion. If this is the level of service I get when I wasnt even a customer, Im sure it will pay dividends for me to be one.

I was shopping for a new laptop and had found what looked to be a good deal advertised by Electronic Express. Imagine my surprise when I found the same laptop in the store at a price even less than what was advertised! The sales person was knowledgeable and efficient . An added bonus was that I shopped on tax-free weekend, so no sales tax added! Whoo Hoo!

What an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! BY FAR the worst retail experience EVER. I purchased a Managers Special Acer desktop computer. They had three left, and I was told they were all Open Box items, hence the Managers Special price. This is where the old cliche, If its too good to be true, it probably is, kicks in. I was told they were all NEW units that were either store demos, or computers opened at the store for inspection. I asked specifically if any of the units were returned by customers, and two different sales people told me they were not. Additionally, most big box retailers like Electronic Express that offer nationwide warranties, dont allow computers returned by customers to be sold as New. When one is returned, they are sold as refurbished at heavily discounted prices, simply because the hard drives are completely erased and reinstalled to avoid spreading computer viruses. I trusted what they told me, purchased one and took it home. I made the switch at my office two days later. I connected everything, powered it up, and immediately got error messages that said there was nothing on the hard drive. In other words, the hard drive had been erased and whoever erased it FORGOT to reinstall Windows 10 and all other software that was on it. That means I was sold a computer that had been returned, which I was assured by two sales people was not the case. I will NEVER visit an Electronic Express store again. Their sales people are all paid via commission, so theyll tell you anything to fatten their paycheck. I returned the unit, and after a heated exchange with a manager FINALLY got my money back. They wanted me to try another one, but I refused. Buying here was a complete waste of my time, and I will never do it again. And you can bet I will tell everyone that wants to listen what happened. And retailers are wondering where all their customers are going? Experiences like the one above are a huge part of the problem. Good riddance!

They may have a a lot of good deals but do not mess with the Acceptance Now people, I bought a washer and dryer from them on a rent to own situation and paid it off and then got a TV, I was never late on a payment and I returned it per the agreement and actually basically paid for the TV and then returned it in perfect condition and tried to buy something else and they wouldnt do it because I did not keep the TV and allow them to continue to extort money from me, youve been warned.
