Take forever to unload. Stay away from this place

Attention owner op., avoid this place for your own good, 5 to 7 hours to unload a truck, I lost the load that was going back to my state because they do not care about the time of the truckers, this site is so disrespectful it deserves a 0.

1 hour unloading time.I had apt not sure if they are strictly or not with that.I show up 30 min before the apt time and they took my right the way.Also there is not overnight parking.

This company is the same as New England Appliance. Appointment got at 8:30 am. Checked out at 9:30 am. Fast unloading. It was lot of truck in line.

I have appointment and wait 2 hours still dont give me dock

After reading below comments I thought my experience at this place would not be the best, but fortunely it was so good, appt time 0900 they took only 1 hour to unload my trailer by 1000 I was out of there, nice personnel good unloading time.

I was 30 minutes early for my appointment, they got me to a dock door and unloaded me in 35 minutes. Great service.

This company is the worst company. They leave you waiting all day to get unloaded..

Appt time 930 got door1130 unloaded by 1230 full truck floor to ceiling no pallets. Shipping and receiving near offices door 9-10 on opposite side of where you pull in says use cb. To notify. Dropped trailers where you should park. got creative as. Had cb stolen night before along with troll of paper towels!!!!.. Restroom(bring your own paper) snack machines. No ovnite signs
