My dishwasher stopped working this week, we figured we could tough through it for a while, but gave up after 2 days of washing dishes. Called on Wednesday, explained the problem and Jeff, the owner, explained that this was very common in my dishwasher. He ordered the part, scheduled a time for today, Friday. Craig called 20 mins before his arrival, came at the time he said he would. He was very professional, and was very a accommodating with my questions, and my happy dog. He was able fix the issue in less than a hour, and it’s working perfect now! I couldn’t recommend them enough!!! Excellent customer service, polite, and super professional!
Jeff is the best! When another repair person a couple of years ago could not figure out the problem with fridge,he did. Then this time he diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes (clogged with ice due to power outage) and it is off now until all ice melts. Hurray, dont have to get a new fridge! We are in Brown County and it is difficult to find a repairman who will come here. Highly recommend!!!
Glad I hired Appliance Network to repair my washer. I had an error code pop up an called them in the morning. Jeff came out the same day an explained to me what was going on with my washer. He was very polite an new his stuff. Told me what I could do to prevent this next time an he fixed the issue. Price was great for the service provided. Definitely will call them again.
Love that I have a local appliance repair company I can trust. Used them to fix my oven. Great price, great quality. Good Courteous people!
Used Appliance Network to repair my Frigidaire refrigerator. It was making a loud noise. They sent someone out the next day an he checked everything an found out it was my freezer fan. Installed a new one an it works great now. Good value an professional company!
Weve used this company twice, and were impressed both times. They came out very quickly, were upfront with pricing, and competently did the work in fast order. Glad to have such a reliable company near by!
Craig was absolutely wonderful! He was thorough, knowledgeable professional, personable and truly cared about fixing my washer and dryer. He went way above the normal services from a Technician, checked hose connections, took dryer apart, ran it thru cycles, ran the washer thru complete cycle, took a ladder and cleared dryer vent outside! He certainly represents the organization well and an ambassador of good will. Thank you
My dryer wouldnt turn on an my washer wasnt washing very well. I called an a gentleman came out the next morning to repair them. He went through everything an showed me what was wrong an why it happened. Even told me how to prevent it from happening again. Very happy with the service an will always use them for now on
They came out an fix my oven. It needed a new control board, was happy with service an price. Works again an my wife can cook
Appliance Network provided outstanding customer service an professionalism. They were contracted by my home warranty company an called within a few hours of submitting my claim. They got me in the same day because of a cancellation. Had to order part for my washer an on day three I called them an they tracked my shipment an it was getting delivered that day. I got back on the schedule an tech came an installed the part. Washer works again! No more laundry mat!!!! Whew! Happy with Appliance Network an hope they get assigned to me next time!
TLDR; Dont use Appliance Network if you value your personal health and safety (COVID related). My home warranty provider sent an Appliance Network technician to fix my fridge last week. The tech wasnt wearing a mask and wouldnt go get one when I told him to put one on before coming into my house (the state still had the mask mandate in place, and Marion County is extending their mandate), so he left because he had other calls to get to.After DAYS of trying to get Appliance Network to respond to our calls and asking for help (by then we had to throw away the ENTIRE contents of our fridge, ~ $350 worth of food), we finally get a call back from the owner (Jeff Milligan), who tells us that he didnt want to debate politics and doesnt believe in the mask mandate. His attitude was completely unprofessional, and that hes encouraging his employees to violate current health procedures while mandates are still in place is abhorrent.Do NOT use them if you value your health and personal safety.
My Home Warranty Company uses them as a contractor. The office was rude and didnt try to resolve the issue with the warranty company. I called the warranty company and they stated that they accepted the work order and they should be calling me shortly. Never received a call. I called again which now its been 5 days from the initial work order and they stated the order was cancelled. No reason or no effort to correct the problem.
I will never walk in this store again and will not recommend it to anyone I know. The blonde lady was so very rude and only gave snotty comments. We were only in their 2 minutes, she was not helpful at all and we only asked the size of a washer.
Called Appliance Network because my deep freezer was thawing out. They sent someone the same day an had the part. Saved all of my food! Several hundreds of meat! Will always use them for now on. Great price for same day service to.
Called Appliance Network to come fix my dryer that wasn’t heating. Very satisfied I chose to go local. Jeff showed up in a company van, was polite an asked if I would like him to wear a mask. He ended up fixing my dryer with parts he had on his van. Reasonably priced an professional company. Will use them again!
They were hired by my home warranty company an were there from start to finish. They call first thing Monday morning when they opened an booked me for the next day. Tech arrived on time an even had the part on his van to fix the issue with my refrigerator the first trip! Definitely will request them next time I use my home warranty for a repair. Very pleased!
Great work, was pleasantly surprised how professional an accurate they were with diagnosing my washer. Can’t remember the techs name but he knew from experience what issue was right away an they got it fixed. If you need a repair call these guys!
These guys came because my dryer wasn’t rotating. I can’t remember the techs name but he went above an beyond to go through everything that was wrong or could potentially be going wrong soon. First he examined the control board but didn’t see anything wrong. Then he took apart the front an found my motor was extremely hot an was the reason my drum wasn’t rotating. He went ahead an took the belt off to look at it an it was dry rotting an the pulley was starting to seized up. They came back an replaced all the parts an my dryer works an sounds like new. Would highly recommend these guys. Way better than the last company I hired.
Tech was very pleasant and professional. Recommend this company. Used our home warranty for this service. This didnt affect the service we received. Our range was not heating. Tech fixed in 10 minutes.
Appliance Network came out to my house a total of 4 times to fix the same issue with my washer. The first time, the technician came out and diagnosed the problem (as to be expected). I got a call a few days later to schedule an appointment for the part to be put on. The technician came out for the second time to put the part on. (as to be expected) I was told at this time that only half of the part was ordered, so they would order the rest of the pieces that they needed and then call me to schedule a time to come back. I waited a little over a week. Still hadn’t heard from the company. I called the company and spoke with a very rude receptionist (Candace)that told me that my claim was closed out because the issue was fixed. In order for me to reopen the claim, I had to call AHS. I called AHS and was told that Appliance Network should have never closed the order out because the problem was not fixed. At this time, AHS called Appliance Network and the claim got opened back up. The rest of the part was finally ordered. Another week goes by before I get a call stating that the part was in and to schedule for the technician to come out for the third time. I was given a time frame of 3-6 PM. I got a call at 6 PM from the technician, stating that he was running late and would have to come the next morning between 8-9 AM. The technician comes and puts the rest of the piece on the washer, assures me that it’s fixed and leaves. I started a load of laundry right when he left, to find out that my washer is still not fixed. I called Appliance Network and got the same receptionist that was extremely rude again. I explained what had happened. I told her that I had already arranged plans with work 4 times now, and my washer still isn’t fixed. Asked to speak with a manager and was told that they were on vacation. I was then told that there was nothing that she could do and that I would have to call AHS AGAIN to file a new claim (for the same problem). And then was hung up on! A different technician finally came out for the 4th time and fixed the problem! I will never use Appliance Network again. Not only was the first technician uneducated, but the receptionist was terrible. Usually when a company is in the wrong, they will work with you to make it right. Instead, the receptionist has a terrible attitude and hangs up on customers. Lucky for me, the second technician that came out was educated and fixed the problem in one visit!
My refrigerator went out an I called Appliance Network. Lady is the office was really nice an booked my service for the next day. Tech arrived in a company van an found my problem right away. Had to wait two days for the part because it wasn’t a common one they carry but he arrived back on time an didn’t ask for any money until the job was complete. Will hire them again. Very pleased!
My home warranty company contracted them to repair my washer. I was a little skeptical reading these reviews of others with home warranties but Appliance Network came out an found the problem with my washer, fix it on the spot an it works great! They were professional from start to finish. A lot of these people have that left bad reviews probably just wanted their unit replaced. I’m happy to get mine repaired for as cheap as I did. New appliances aren’t junk! I don’t want a new one.
I would definitely recommend this company for any appliances that need repair. They responded quickly for my family’s issue. The Service gentleman “Mike” was extremely professional and honest. He identified the issue quickly and promptly fixed it. This was by far my Best experience with a repair!
Ive had Appliance Network repair my washer twice for the same issue now. The issue came back for a third time. At this point I had had enough of my old washer and replaced it, but still wanted the repairs done on my washer since it was covered by warranty. When Appliance Network came out to diagnose my washer for the third time the technician did not ask any questions while here. Two weeks and a couple hours on the phone later I find out, through my own digging, that the technician reported that my washer could not be diagnosed. Zero communication to me during the visit and zero communication after. I was here at the time of the third visit and told the technician to let me know if he needed anything. Terrible.
I was a bit skeptical when I read the reviews, however my home warranty forwarded my refrigerator repair needs to this company. They called me back within 2 hours to schedule the repair. They came out quickly, Mike was able to find the problem, and a part had to be ordered. He put a rush on the part and a few days later the lady from the office (I forgot her name) called me after hours to let me know she had been tracking my part and it was scheduled to arrive the next afternoon (Thursday) and that they put me on the schedule for Friday morning for the repair. So far, my fridge is back to working and I could not be happier with the customer service, professionalism, and promptness I received from start to finish. A++
They came by my house after a week and change Of putting my work order in, to get my refrigerator working, I told them that it had a leak, They put FreeOn in it. Then went on their way in less than 10 minutes it was done. Not even 2 months later and Im back to square one. No fridge and they won’t come out and fix the leak that I said it had in the first place. My warranty won’t recall the repair and pay for it so I have to make another case with my HSA insurance to get it done. No biggie, had another company put the dye in, find the leak and repair it. Wouldn’t waste your time here for repairs. I would also not take in consideration the surge of recent positive reviews on here as all the accounts have 1 or 2 reviews posted on their account, including the one they posted here.
Called Appliance Network, very skilled and knowledgeable was able to fit in schedule one days notice. Fixed in less twenty minutes very fair price. Will recommend to friends and family.Thank you, my refrigerator works just like new again.
They told me they would be here between 2 and 5. They never showed up and I never heard from them.
I work with Appliance Network on my fridge, he paid a lot of attention to details and educate the client on options and repairs rather than buying a new fridge. This is a rare trait to see in folks who repair appliance or even handy man, hes honest and reliable. Hes on time and courteous to client, give them a call if you have any issues on your appliance and he will provide you a very good professional opinion.
At 10:00 pm. a call for service on a dryer was made to my home warranty company and they assigned the order to Appliance Network. Since this was not a familiar company, I Googled them and after reading the many negative reviews was tempted to request that the order be assigned to a known Company. The following morning, before the request for a change of service provider was made, a staff person from Appliance Network called to schedule the service. The staff person was very professional and explained who the service technician would be and when he would arrive. This was not what I expected considering the comments from others. I did express my preconceived opinions based on the reviews I had read. The staff person maintained a professional attitude and assured me that they do provide excellent service.Since I wanted the dryer repaired and they had responded in such a timely manner and I felt my home warranty company would resolve any problems if the service was not professionally done I agreed to the schedule for service. The service technician, Michael, called when he was on his way to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived at scheduled time, introduced himself, had proper identification, asked about the problem with the dryer and proceeded with his work. When he finished, he explained what he had done, showed me the part he replaced and explained about the warranty for service and what/who to call if the problem recurred during that time.I must say my experience with this company was excellent. Top stars to the staff and the technician I did interacted with.
We bought a freezer from them and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. We plan to do business with them again.
My dryer quit drying clothes in one load like normal. I called Appliance Network an they sent someone for a low service charge. Ended up being my vent was clogged. He explained a dryer needs proper airflow to pull the moisture out of the clothes. I had someone clean it out an now my dryer works better than ever. Definitely recommend this company.
TLDR: Terrible service, timeliness, communication, and professionalism. Missed appointments, rude, and would not take accountability.1 Star gives this company more credit than they deserve. They were chosen by our home warranty company and failed to fix our dishwasher for over two months. They replaced multiple parts that did nothing for the issue. Their “senior” technician basically told us “eh IDK what’s wrong with it.” Before he left he also made sure to blame the last tech for the issue saying he thinks he broke a wire but he doesn’t work there anymore. Like it’s supposed to make up for it.They tried claiming that every time they attempted to do work it was a separate claim even though they weren’t fixing anything. Continuously missed appointments, made excuses, and had terrible service. The people answering the phones just want to get off the phone and definitely don’t want to help you. After not being able to fix this they mysteriously never got any requests from the home warranty company when we filed to get them back out. Home warranty was trying to get a diagnosis from them which in my opinion they were not providing purposefully for some reason. In the end I tried reaching out for resolution and was told it was my problem and to call the warranty company. When I didn’t agree I was told they wouldn’t be assisting us by the person on the phone. Not going to stay in business operating this way.
PERFECT: From scheduling through woman at office, to dealing w/ tech (Craig Anderson) on day of repair, everything was pleasant & professional. Craig called when on his way, arrived within time window, quickly found problem in my oven, had a new part in the company van, installed it, tested oven, gave instant email receipt with 90 day warranty. THANK YOU :)
Prompt and professional. Tech arrived on time and was friendly, understanding and helpful. Installed my dishwasher quickly. Would definitely use again.
If I could Id give half a star. After 5mths had another company come out and tell me this company never replaced the pump on my dishwasher. This company said they did and scammed money out of my warranty company and then said I need another part to try and get more money. Stay away from them. Between them and my warranty company it has been an awful 5mths. Never suggestion them or my warranty company to anyollne not even someone I hate.
Utilized this company through a home warranty service call. Tech came out and seemingly repaired issue with dishwasher not draining correctly. Dishwasher has been apparently leaking ever since and upon discovery, this company refused to even attempt to make it right. I hired another service company to come out and repair the leak - turns out the drain clamp was not previously installed correctly. Do not use Appliance Network LLC unless you want shoddy work.
Filed a claim with my home warranty company hsa an appliance network was assigned to do the service on my refrigerator. They call an set me up for the next day. Craig arrived in clear marked company van an was polite. He found why my ice maker wasnt working an had the part an installed. Refrigerator started making ice in about two hours. I am very please with their professionalism an service. Will request them for my next issue.
This company damage my ceiling by not putting the part on right on my washer which caused it to leak from the second level to the first level. They came out and took photos of the damage and now they refuse to pay for it as a cop out they are trying to say it’s pre-existing. They did this and they don’t want to own up to it. Such a scam!!!! Don’t trust this company if they damage anything they won’t fix it and they will blame you and say you did it not them.Don’t get me wrong they fixed the washer. But just refuse to fix the damage
Very responsive and fast, I recommend them!I liked getting text notifications before they arrived and they came right on time. I would call them for appliance repair needs.
The Appliance Network responded to my messages the very next business day and were able to schedule an onsite visit the next day. The service was quick and reliable. Jeff was able to determine the issue with our clothes washer and order the part for us. He returned in three days and was able to replace the part and everything is corrected. The timing and prices were reasonable and competitive. I will definitely be a return customer when the need arises.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If your home warranty uses this company, demand a different company. It is my opinion that this company is running a scam on all home warranty repair work. They dont fix the correct part the first time and then they delay and stall and cancel on the recall work order so that its outside of their agreement with the home warranty company and another visit fee must be paid. They are unresponsive, rude and dont do the right thing.
Called in for a repair on my dryer because it wasnt heating. Customer service was great from start to finish. Glad we have a good appliance repair company locally I can trust to do my repairs. Michael arrived an had my dryer all tore apart with a few minutes. He then took the time to clean out all the built up lint so I didnt have a fire. He found it needed a new element an had it with him. The price was fair an dryer is now heating as good as new. Highly recommend these guys.
Would leave zero stars if I could. Called to check for a possible leak from washer, tech came out and could not find any issues. Two days later when washing first load since tech was out, the washer wouldn’t fill. When we called we spoke to an incredibly rude woman who’s only offer was to send a technician back in 2 days. Avoid this company at all costs.
Jeff did a great job fixing my dryer.ADDENDUM: Mike came out today because the dryer stopped working again. Was the same issue so he put a clever band aid on it to keep me going and ordered me a new circuit board. Professional guy and knew his stuff. Thanks.
These guys were incredibly friendly and professional, and took care of our washer repair quickly and at a fair price. We would recommend them without reservation!
I submitted a claim through my home warranty company for service on my Whirlpool refrigerator an they assigned Appliance Network. They called me the same day my claim was submitted an made the appointment. The technician who came was very knowledgeble an polite. He had the part with him an fix my refrigerator the same day. Very happy with their service! Will be requesting them again the next time I have a claim.
AMAZING COMPANY! Grade A and spot on diagnosis and repair! Don’t let these bad reviews fool you, they were amazing from start to finish and beyond! That’s why they are #1 ahead of turners, groves, A&E, and millers!
This is a great place to go for new appliances and appliance repair. They even sell some common parts! Had a great experience here and would definitely recommend them to my friends.
Jeff came out to repair our dryer that wasn’t heating. Office was very curtious and prompt. They had me scheduled within 48hrs. He was in an out an had my dryer repaired with 25 minutes! Now it heats better than ever. Will definitely call them again. Very happy with this company.
As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it can be to get a square deal out of a company. This was never the case with the Appliance Network. I rarely write 5 star reviews, but I feel my experience warrants one. They were very forthcoming and transparent from the word go. I personally have had zero problems with any appliance I have ever purchased from this facility. Every interaction I have had with them has been pretty pleasant. Based off of all my experiences, I would highly recommend their services.
Michael was very professional and did the work quickly and efficiently. He was very polite during the repair and kept me very informed. I’d use them again without hesitation.
The guys were great start to finish! They change our compressor in our refrigerator and it’s working perfect. I had a home warranty so all I to pay was my deductible of $100. I also thought the turn around time was pretty fast. Only had to wait three days between them coming out intially to when they came back to install it. The install guys were done in no time an had me up a running again. Highly recommend them!
I cannot day enough about this company. I called because my refrigerator had went out an the food was starting to spoil. Luckily they were able to fit me in later that day an Jeff showed up with a fully stocked van an had my frige fixed before he left! Saved all my food from completely going bad. Needed a new compressor relay an he had it. He was in an out in 30 mins an also gave me advice on how to make my refrigerator last longer. I HIGHLY recommended these guys.
Home warranty nightmare again!!!HSA home warranty call out to fix my refrigerator. Tech responded quickly and fixed my fridge. This is day 40, and the fridge failed again. Of course home warranty wont cover it because it is 30 days. Appliance Network also will not cover, because it was a home warranty. Contracts dictate warranty periods, but for a company to not care about their own work is total garbage. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. For the love of god, DEMAND HSA SEND A DIFFERENT COMPANY to fix your appliance. If they cannot fix a fridge with quality components that last more than 40 days, then they should not be working on anyones appliance.Massive failure for both HSA and Appliance Network, but what can I expect from these types of companies.
After searching for hours trying to find a part needed for my dryer, they not only had the part I needed, but went above and beyond to get it to me before anyone else could get it to me for way less than anyone else. Great people and very helpful! Will be coming to them for all my appliance issues in the future!
Working with this company has been TERRIBLE from start to finish. I really cant say anything was finished because another company had to be called in to finish things up (they really get zero stars). The ONLY reason they were used was because our home warranty company sent them. Their reviews on Angies List are all bad, so BEWARE! They came to my home at least five times to repair the dryer, and would not conclude that it ultimately could not be fixed. Instead they dragged things on for MONTHS! I had to go an entire summer without a working dryer because of these people. They even tried to blame my problem on the company I hired to clean my vents (which I did upon their recommendation). Dryer Vent Solutions did an excellent job and even came back out at no charge to make sure things were correct - they have very high reviews on Angies List! But Appliance Network STILL disputed that the dryer was the issue. FINALLY the home warranty company sent in a second company to get a second opinion and guess what...the dryer is not fixable and its getting replaced! Going with a different company could have saved me and my family a ton of aggravation. The person I spoke with there was also very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE APPLIANCE NETWORK!
If I could rate a zero I would because they don’t even deserve the one star rating they got. This company was sent to me by my home warranty company for my refrigerator. I was not home when they arrived so my son was here. Technician explained to son he needed to order part for the refrigerator but it needed to be defrosted by either unplugging it or leaving door open so my son said just unplug it. Well, what ended up happening was technician didn’t think to check the ice in the ice maker so it melted and ruined hardwood floor. I called Appliance Network and he said he just assumed my son would take care of it and he usually doesn’t worry about the ice maker. Really? He tried to blame it on my son because he was the one who said to unplug it. Really? He gave him option to unplug it or leave door open so either way ice would have melted. He continued to blame on my son because he kept saying they don’t usually mess with that. Pathetic. What a joke for a professional. To top it off, I called my warranty company over 1 week later and they said they haven’t even called in the authorization for the part! I requested change of vendor so they will not be coming back to my home. They will hear from my attorney on the floor issue.
Bought a front load washer and dryer over a year ago still works great no issues at all. I had them service my fridge and works like it did when it was new great customer service and very friendly staff! I will definitely be using them in the future.
We had our fridge “repaired” through them because our home warranty picked them. I read the reviews about them scamming people and not fixing it properly the first time. So I called the home warranty and told them that. Unfortunately they were my only choice. So we had them come on out. Sure enough about a month later the fridge goes back to the same exact problem it had before. We had to throw a ton of food away. I tried to stay optimistic about them and it was wasted. We called home warranty back and told them the situation and they agreed to find another company. New company says they did something wrong when the “repaired” our fridge. I’m not surprised based on the reviews below. Do not use this company.
We hired appliance network to repair our oven that wasnt heating. The tech arrived within the givin time window an was quick to diagnose. He gave us tips on how to get our cooktop clean an he fixed the heating issue in less than 20 minutes. They were cost effective an we will use them again.
We bought a set of Speed queen washer an dryers from them an we abosultely love them. They are by far our favorite set we have ever had an we love how simple they are to use. Appliance network was great to work with an helped every stepped of the way. Will defintely buy from them again.
This company went above an beyond to fix my refrigerator! I called them an set an appointment up. Jeff came out an quickly diagnosed my refrigerator. He had the part on the van an was in an out in less than 30 minutes! Will use them again
Skilled, timely, and customer oriented! Everything you look for in a service repair shop!
Jeff is a master of his trade and he runs a tight ship. They respond quickly, diagnose accurately and stay on top of the latest information in the appliance field. I would never let anyone else touch my appliances.
Repaired and serviced my washing machine.Works better than when it was newFixed my refrigerator too
The experience was 5- Great. Craig was courteous, friendly and on time. We would love for him to be our technician in the future.
We started our dishwasher one evening an it started smoking like crazy. Luckily we have our hsa home warranty. We submitted a claim an they sent out Appliance Network. The tech was polite an found the issue right away. He went out to his van, got a part an installed it. Fixed the same day. Couldnt be happier with hsa or Appliance network. Both were prompt in repairing my dishwasher an the claim was hassle free!
I purchased a refrigerator February of 2017. The staff in the store were very nice and helpful. However, within a 2 month period, the refrigerator had the same problem 3 times of leaking water onto the floor. The owner of Appliance Network kept insisting on sending a technician to fix the problem. After the 4th time that he wanted to send a tech out for the SAME issue, I politely asked the lady who runs the store to ask the owner if I could just have a refund and move on. The owner agreed to give a refund only if I delivered the refrigerator back to the store. I thought this was fairly ridiculous after they sold me a junk refrigerator in the first place. I ended up telling them I would pay the $40 delivery charge for them to come get the refrigerator. (the house was literally 7 minutes from their store). The lady at the store agreed to do this........that was 2 months ago and I have not heard from them since. Not only was I out the money I paid for their junk refrigerator, but I had to go buy a new refrigerator. A very expensive lesson learned on my part unfortunately, while the owner of the store came out like a bandit......and I am just guessing is not affected much by having a very dissatisfied customer.
I would highly recommend you stay away from this place. Came out for my dishwasher and said they had to order parts. Took a month to get the parts and one back out. By the way, almost impossible to get ahold of someone and they don’t return calls. After they finally came out to replace the parts the dishwasher leaked overnight and messed up my flooring. When I called and spoke with the manager, she was tge most unprofessional people I have ever encountered.
Process and work is to easy with any types of repair
Andrew was very nice and knowledgable. I had no doubt he would get my refrigerator fixed Highly recommend.
Absolutely worthless. Receptionist is nasty, took almost two months to order a dishwasher pump. Wont return phone calls, absolutely no communication. Ended up just buying a new dishwasher, couldnt wait any longer. AVOID Appliance Network if at all possible.
This is a call back from a service performed in the last 45 days, through our home warranty company. The time block was set for between 2 pm and 5 pm, with a half hour call prior to arrival. At 4:40 we attempt to contact the office the phone just rang and rang. We had a second number and attempted to call that as well, they picked up and did not say a word, and hung up. At 5:10 the tech called and stated who he was, the next question was do you still want me to come. When asked how far out he was, he stated at lest 30-45 mins. While I understand things come up, communication would have been nice. As this is the second time we have had this type of experience with this company, we have requested that they not return to our home.
Called in to get an issue fixed with my dryer not heating. The tech came out within a few days and fixed it that day. I couldnt be more impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the people at this business.
Assessed our dryer problems quickly and followed through exactly as promised - we have an older machine and it is working much better now. Thanks!
Terrible customer service! My mother bought a washer and dryer set from them and they had to replace the drum in the dryer the second day she had it, then the washer was another issue. They had to come and take her washer back gave her a refund and when the technician left he tore the handle off her door. All we wanted was the handle replaced! We both called multiple times and Cindy was very rude and said we really dont believe her story. Unbelievable! My 75 year old mother is going to rip the handle off just because! BUYER BEWARE!!! Jeff doesnt return calls let alone anyone else in that office!!!
Their reviews absolutely speak for themselves. Besides the two owners who left 5 star reviews for their own company. Their 5 star reviews arent even from real people. Notice they say Google Users pathetic that they have to review their own company. DONT TRUST THEMFirst I paid $59.99 for them to come out and diagnose my problem. They told me it was the pressure switch.I then paid $147.00 for them to fix this problem that didnt fix the problem. He then wanted to charge me another $300 due to there being more to fix. Even though the they told me first it was only the pressure switch. If they had diagnosed the problem correctly the first time, I then could have made an educated decision on if I wanted to go ahead with the repair. But instead they misdiagnosed the issue and refused to give me my money back. They also refused to come out and fix the rest of it. Even though I had a 90 day warranty in parts and labor. After fighting with them and them threatening me with their attorney, because I posted a review about them, they finally came out and fixed part of the problem which In the end fixed my overflowing problem but now my washer wont change cycles which it never did before.Moral of the story, read reviews on a company before you hire them.
Fridge broke, was told the part that needed to be ordered would take 3-5 days. No one contacted me, on day 10, I call and was told the part takes 7-10 days. Day 15, still no call, I call back again and was told someone would come out Saturday between 1-4. I rearranged my schedule, no one ever shows up. 5:30pm a technician calls and asks me what part I needed ordered, I have no clue nor should I. He said he’dcall me Sunday to get me an exact time he can come Monday. No call. I call Monday, demand somone come next day at an exact time. Still got a two hour window, finally got fridge fixed after 18 days of no fridge with a family of five. Would have gone somewhere else but had to use them through my warranty. Awful experience.
Filed claim with AHS in January 2019 on Kenmore Elite dishwasher I never had a problem with. AHS referred me to this company. I read the online reviews and called AHS advising of my concern with the very low rating and type of reviews. AHS advised they are the only provider and I would have to use them and they only consider their internal surveys on company usage. They replaced pump with a process of coming back after they ordered the replacement pump. Filed a recall claim as it broke again in March. Appliance Network came out and stated they confirmed it was pump again and needed replaced and ordered part. The diagnostic tech then complained about the manufacturer of the dishwasher and the fact it is likely a refurbished part was used. Pump replacement tech came out with new pump. He stated he had photos from January and absolutely no problems or rust but for some reason the replacement pump has leaked all over causing rust. He called his boss and said to boss “don’t worry I’ll talk to customer he is cool. I have clear photos of when we repaired this the first time and there was absolutely no rust”. He went on to argue with his boss about the time he had in the day and not enough time to complete this job.He spoke to me and explained I would need to contact AHS again after he left for yet another recall and they would then just submit for replacement as there is nothing else that can be done. I did so. I waited a couple of days and called appliance network. The receptionist stated it’s a lot of paperwork and they have other things to do and she would get in it within a couple of days. I called AHS after a couple of days and they explained they still don’t have the paperwork and called Appliance Network who stated she now was submitting the paperwork and I could call back in a day or two for status.I called AHS after 5 days and they advised in approval department and couldn’t give me a day paperwork was submitted. I called Appliance Network and obtained the date it was submitted. I expressed my displeasure with this entire situation. The receptionist was extremely rude cutting me off acting like they did me a favor by submitting this machine for replacement (contractually owed with AHS) even saying “I was lucky they were submitting for replacement”.... and proceeded to tell me to wash my dishes by hand.Extremely classless . I have been without a working dishwasher for several days and periods during this process. Obviously dishes can be washed by hand. I have a hole in my head from cancer surgery and am in recovery so a working dishwasher and not having to do so much follow up would be great. I am still waiting.Update - home warranty company ended up sending out new company to diagnose dishwasher. It was diagnosed as stainless steel tub leaking and needing replaced. Home warranty approved replacement dishwasher from their diagnosis which took one day and I had a new dishwasher installed within a few days.
I bought a washer and dryer last year and it still works like brand new! Also used them for service on my refrigerator and its working better than ever!
This is a horrible company. I have a home warranty. They are on their third attempt at fixing my refrigerator. Im pretty sure they just keep replacing random parts so that they can charge HSA more money. Their techs are routinely late, as in outside of the 3 hour window they give, and they dont even call to let you know they are running late. Its currently 5:25 and the tech was supposed to be here between 1-4. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!
We had a broken dryer and Micheal came out and gave us great service highly recommend for everyone to use great service!!!
I called the day before to get time and location and they told me they are open till 6. I emailed the morning of to ask them a few questions about a set I was interested in purchasing and that I would be there around 5:30. I arrived at the store at 5:30 and it was closed. I will not be buying from them due to the fact that if they can not stick to the hours they set ... then why would I trust their word on the product.
Contracted by HSA for a home warranty; Appliance Network came out to look at our LG dishwasher. We advised there was an error message and dishes weren’t getting clean. The technician said he identified the problem and ordered parts. The parts took a month to show (so they say, I had to call them to check on the status and the parts coincidentally arrived the same day I called). The tech came back out and said the problem was fixed. After he left, we ran the washer again and dishes still weren’t getting very clean. We contacted HSA again with two weeks and Appliance Network came back out. This tech said it was a different issue, ordered parts, yada yada yada, and says the issue is corrected. But again, dishes still aren’t getting clean.Outside of being poor at the primary function for the company, the operator in the office lies. Under our warranty, if contractor comes out a second time within 30 days because the item wasn’t fixed properly, there is no secondary deductible. If they are called out a second time more than 30 days later or because it is a “new issue”, a second deductible is required. HSA required us to pay a deductible on the second trip out because Appliance Network said it was a new issue. When I called to argue this, the operator said they didn’t and would clear it up with HSA. They never did, we never got a refund, and they never respond to my messages now.Ultimately we had to make another claim because the dishwasher still didn’t work. HSA tried to use Appliance Network again, and I refused. When the new company came out, the issue was diagnosed as a pump and the tech shared that none of the things Appliance Network tried to fix were related to the original error message.
They give themselves reviews. So make sure you read the real onesWorst experience Ive ever had in my life. This company is an absolute scam. Read their reviews from actual people, not their phony google userHire a professional. Not these people
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Andrew came out and looked at my washer for a small leak and ended up making the situation worse. He told my husband it was ok to use the washer until the part came in. I put a load of sheets in the washer and it started making a horrible noise and the drum had dropped. I called their office and their rude “secretary” said she wasn’t going to do anything and threatened me by saying she would call my warranty company and my warranty would be voided because I used my washer, after the tech told my husband it was ok to do so. BEWARE! Bad customer service all the way around.
5 Star - both times he was here very timely and checked everything well.
This company doesnt deserve any stars! Either itss lots of mis/non communication between the office and their technician or its easier to just point fingers at each other. We have been without our refrigerator for a month now. Appliance network has been out 3 times and its still not fixed! I started to type the whole situation out, but I exceeded the space... and that was the short version. What a horrible experience! They have horrible customer service! Now, we now have another appliance repair coming out to fix our refrigerator. One more thing, if you have a home warranty, make sure the paperwork is correct! Our home warranty company closed our claim because Appliance Network said they fixed our frige with a defrost thermostat and they didnt replace that! They had to open another claim on our fridge so they could come out and replace the compressor! I am a very patient person and it takes A LOT to get me to complain about anything. This was just horrible! :(
Weve bought appliances several times from them and cant say Ive had a single problem.
Great service. Timely and professional/ would highly recommend!
If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would have. This farce of a business was assigned to me through my home warranty, American Home Shield. I placed online service call through warranty website on Saturday, 5/26. Due to holiday, I received a call from Cindy who offered to send a tech out on Monday, 6/4, as I was leaving for vacation. June 4th arrives, tech shows up for 5 minutes, tells my family who was at the home waiting( as I do work). The tech advised that he would call me as he needed a special tool, which he never did. I call the company several times that day to finally get a voicemail box, which I did leave a message during regular business hours. The next day, 6/5, I call and get a nasty, unprofessional representative who I tell her exactly what the tech said, that he needed a special tool. She snarkly asked, Special tool? He doesnt need a special tool. I will ask him when he gets here as hes late. He was supposed to be here already. She then promises to call me back later when he gets in and ask about this special tool. Of course, she didnt. Four hours later, I call back and Cindy tells me, Oh yeah, he has to order this tool and we can try to get it in by tomorrow . We hang up. Cindy calls back 1.5 layer, tells me, The tool came in, so well have the tech out tomorrow, 6/6, between 11am -2p. I receive confirmation text from American Home advising Appliance Network would be out between 11am and 2. Once more, I have family waiting for the tech. Guess who DOES NOT call or text, nor shows up? You guessed it! The tech. I call App only to speak with Candace who says that she will have tech call me. The tech calls me 5 minutes later to tell me that, I know that I probably should have called you earlier-you think?!-& thatthe special tool never arrived yesterday as Cindy lied and said that it did. He said that he was behind on work and wouldnt be able to get to me for another 2 days!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I contacted American Shield to file a complaint. She advised that I couldnt switch repair companies as App had already been out. She was kind and accommodating and played liaison between me and App to reassure work would get done. However, Cindy advised American Home Shield that the special tool was a timer. And no one at App could have told me that? After hanging up with AHS, I read the positive and negative reviews here, which the negative outweigh the positive. The reviews scared me so bad as I can see the consistent pattern of this company and how they have done other consumers . I called AHS and cancelled the order. I will have another appliance company go out. And I will be filing complaint with the BBB, the Attorney Generals office as well as sending letter to WRTV investigates as the number of complaints which are so identical is ridiculous.
Referred to them by our home warranty company. Took a week to diagnose our dishwasher, another week or so to get parts in, another week to come out and attempt to fix it. When the fix didn’t work, they told us they were ordering another part, and said our warranty company was horrible, implying that the fact our dishwasher still wasn’t repaired after a month was because of the warranty company. They then proceeded to tell the warranty company that they couldn’t contact us, and that the problem was probably that we had a tripped breaker. Tried to call them after hearing about their excuses from the warranty place, and they won’t pick up the phone. Just a ridiculous company. Looking at the reviews here, if you just looked at the actual reviews written by people who a) don’t always give 5 stars, and b) don’t somehow write 5 star reviews for businesses all across the US and Canada, then this business would have about a 1.5 star rating. A lot of people, like myself, would have given them a zero if it was possible. Avoid at all possible cost.
5 star rating - very nice gentleman. He knew just what to do. Thank you!
Not a man of his word.
Craig worked on our washer and if I could give him a 6 or 7, I would! But I will give him a 5 plus!!! Chuck Ramsey
On time and very friendly! Very pleasant experience
I can’t rate the service because I didn’t have any . Had to cancel twice because time window wasn’t convenient and got yelled at by the customer service after second cancellation. At the end of the call she hang up on me . Customer service is below 0 rating .
On 19Dec2016 for my wall oven and gas cook top. My home warranty HMS contracted Appliance Network of Franklin, IN (AN) to perform the work. AN diagnosed two issues, date was 21Dec2016 and parts were ordered for both units. 2 weeks later, AN returned to install the parts for both a wall oven and cook top. After the repair, both appliances had the same issue (not working properly). The issue with the wall oven has been resolved by my home warranty but I am still dealing with my cook top. The igniter was replaced and that did not fix the issue. AN then ordered an igniter spark module which took an additional 3 weeks. (At this time my gas cook top was still partially functional because only one burner was affected). When Appliance Network returned 13Feburary2017 to install the module I watched as the technician proceeded to take apart the gas cook top and in attempting to make the repair broke several other parts. The technician informed me that the unit is unsafe for operation. I smelled gas when the main gas valve was turned on so the gas was shut off and the cook top is now unusable. Two days later I called AN, because I had not received any communication as to the repair. As of 13Feb2017 I no longer have a usable cook top and a house full of 5 people. I was told parts would be in on 27Feb2017, no communication by 01Mar2017 I called AN who (Chelsea)who I have been dealing with since December, told me that part hadn’t even been ordered yet. I called my home warranty to file a complaint and told me when they call Chelsea the parts were ordered the previous Monday which was different than I was told. Chelsea (AN) now informs me that one of the parts ordered won’t be in now until 28 March. This is where my bigger concern is, I have safety concerns with AN repairing my cook top as this is a gas appliance and this is the 4th time they will have worked on an appliance for me.HMS has informed me that they must give Appliance Network the chance to repair the cook top. My opinion Appliance Network is not capable of fixing this. The communication/ customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The fact that Chelsea has yelled at me the customer and hung up on me is justification that this company in unprofessional and my cook top will not be fixed to my satisfaction. I have also reached out to contact the owner of Appliance Network, J. Milligan and Chelsea will not even allow me to speak with him nor has he answered my request to call.
