I visited Kwik Kar on August 29. I got an oil change. When I had to take in my car in for repairs a few days ago, my mechanic told me that I had no oil in my car! My mechanic also told me I had no leaks in my car either. I was also informed that the air filter was clogged and dirty. Usually, Im asked about it at the time of the oil change, but I wasnt this time. I have to say Im very disappointed in the quality of service this time. I normally dont have this problem with Kwik Kar, but I see i will have to, regrettably, take my business elsewhere.

Very honest. And it’s an auto shop! Wow, I couldn’t recommend more highly. My brother’s car felt off, maybe some warped rotors. I stopped by hoping to help my brother out, maybe pay for new pads and rotors. Little did I know that both were brand new! And I wouldn’t have known had the mechanic not been honest with me. So it’s probably just an issue with the new equipment that my brother just purchased, but the other shop should be able to correct that without additional cost. I could have been out some $500! Yeah, I can highly recommend this shop. An honest mechanic? One in a million.

My daughter and I took our car here to get an oil change. We had a fun and funny mechanic named Travis who sang the Let it Go song quietly a few times and when he asked if there was anything else he could do for us we told him yes, to sing more!! 🤣😂 AND HE DID!How fun. Thank you Bearded Travis; who knew you could have a fun oil change!!! You rock guy

Charged me 130.00 for an oil change. Gave me the total Price one the job was complete. Had been here multiple times before and didnt get charged half as much. Either way, ask for a price up front, especially if youre a woman. Seriously, they see you coming a mile away.

I go to this shop every year for my state inspection. Typically it is a 5 star experience. Service is fast. My only complaint this time is that the technician did not put a paper floor mat in the drivers side floor and ended up getting oil or grease on my floor mat. Disappointing.

I took my car here about a week ago because I wanted to get another diagnostics on my AC because I took it to Midas in Grand Prairie and I was told that I needed the AC Compressor kit which cost with parts and labor about $925.00. The guys at Kwik Kar did a diagnostics on my car and I didnt need anything Midas quoted. My AC Compressor works perfectly fine; I only needed refrigerant and dye. Total cost was only $124 with everything. I was shocked, disappointed, etc because I have been without air for over 2 months to make sure I had the money, however, grateful for these guys honestly and integrity. I highly recommend them!!!! Its hard to find people who are honest, trustworthy and very pleasant to work with !

This was my first visit here. Anthony was super helpful and informative after running their standard checks on my car. My 4 year old was curious about what was under the hood and so, after discussing what needed to be addressed, Anthony gave us a quick tour. My son was enthralled. Kwik Kar of Saginaw just got a new loyal customer.

Mr. Wright did my wheel alignment with no problems and done it quick. he was very informative in what was going on and knew exactly what he was doing. Definitely would come back again without hesitation.

Brought in a 20 year old vehicle that was riding smoothly, but had multiple service lights on. the crew very likely saved my life or someone elses on the road after finding serious, matter-of-time issues that wouldnt be noticed until it was too late. I love that Ant takes the time to show me every step and every find, assuring the work that needs to be done gets done, and teaching preventative measures in the process.

Came here hoping they might check my tire pressure-the gas stations machine was out. A tech stopped what he was doing when I pulled up to see what I needed, I told him my concern, and he checked my tires right away! Ben was very courteous in explaining that although they werent set up to fix it, advised where I could go close by to have my tire repaired inexpensively. Following his advice saved me from a blowout on the freeway! Impeccable service like that is very hard to find these days..I highly recommended this Kwik Kar location!!

Since they are really more of a quick services shop the prices for more significant services are very high. They told me what I needed, explained why it would cost so much, and went out of their way to try to secure a part. I ended up taking my car elsewhere for service for a lot less, but would definitely return for an oil change as they were polite and straight forward with me. I would go back for other services in a pinch since they are open on Saturdays but most places were $150 less than here for a basic tune-up.

Kwik Kar at least at this facility has really stepped up their game. The service is amazing. And they explain and more importantly show you what was done and what needs to be done to your vehicle, recommendation-wise. Im impressed.

These guys are are really amazing! Had a great conversation with Adam, lead tech, about my vehicle transmission, after which I pretty much knew the next step to take. I also got a nice treatment from the guys when they cleaned up my glass and vacuumed the floors of the car.

This place is a rip off. I should have known right away when they dont have a price list available. The service was not bad but all the recommendations for stuff you dont need. The invoice doesnt help either as you are left questioning what these charges are. Thats ok I will gladly go elsewhere

I will never come here again. My wife was told that the dipstick was dry and wasnt registering any oil. They recommended flushing the oil so she said to go ahead. Her car is a 2014! Yes the mileage was about a thousand over due but I checked the oil 2 days prior and it was full! A woman coming in by herself, plus a car that is over due is a great combination to get more money out of someone!!

If there were more stars, I would gladly put the more. The technicians here are WAY more than mechanics. They are automobile technicians/technical experts.I came here for an oil change. They inspected the car engine and all its parts. They pulled filters from every nook and cranny the car had and showed them to me. I saw them and I asked them to please replace them, so they did. They inspected other parts of the engine as well and are doing everything to make it run like brand new. So, like I said, these people are much more than mechanics, they are technicians!! Technical experts in their field!! I couldnt have come to a better place. Oh... They even vacuumed the interior of my car!! Technical experts... who go above and beyond!! So, yeah... they deserve 5 stars plus much, much more!! ❤

The new management is awesome. I had some problems with my van, took it in, and they checked it out. I called my dealership and found out that some of the stuff that needed to be fixed was covered under my warranty. The guys were very helpful and actually showed me what was wrong. I would recommend this Kwik Kar.

Thought I could trust them. First and second visit were okay. Then I bring them a sports car and they have the testicular fortitude to charge me $90 for a $15 bottle of engine cleaner. Never again.

Service is usually mediocre at best. Today I dropped my truck off to have the oil changed while I grabbed lunch next door. 1 hour later and after the guys inside arguing over whether or not my oil was actually changed, they decided it had not been done yet. Turns out the van from the local strip club came in after me and somehow took priority over everyone else in line. Guy behind the counter was rude so I left to take my business elsewhere before things got out of hand. AVOID!The response below is a complete and total lie. Thanks for responding though! The customer is always wrong at Kwik Kar apparently.

Horrible service. Employees were late to get to work. Was under the impression it would be roughly $62 for the oil change, and ended up costing me over $90. I had to walk outside just to make sure they were even working on my car yet they were in the back room on break.
