I was stranded in Fort Worth Texas after dealing with two Ford dealerships in Fort Worth Texas. Ford was not able to fix my Ford F250……what a waste of time!I took my Ford to Multistate transmissions! Multistate rebuilt my transmission last summer on my Tacoma. While on vacation few weeks ago, the check engine and traction control lights came on the dashboard. I quickly took it to an auto parts store to read the codes. The codes that came up all had to do with a transmission. I dropped off my truck with Adam and he called the same day to tell me the transmission was still under warranty. They got the failed solenoid out and replaced it. The truck drives great and no more dash lights! Thanks Multistate! Y’all helped 2020 not suck quite as bad!

The mechanic I was using in Crowley was taking me to the cleaners and not fixing the problem. I did a Google search and found Multistate Transmission. They had great ratings and glowing reviews so I gave them a try and I cant say enough great things about them. They called to let me know about replacements and prices, we discussed options and in the end I was happy. I would highly recommend them and trust them in the future for any of my Transmission needs.

We took our daughter’s car here because it was running rough, and she was getting a message about a drive train problem.They checked it out and said it wasn’t a transmission problem, but that two of the cylinders were misfiring. I was referred to this business bc my vehicle indicated transmission issues. I called & spoke with Buddy. He gave details on where to leave my vehicle after hrs., etc... I called the next morning to follow up w him. Needless to say, I did not have transmission issues (THANK GOD)!Adam, another employee, called me abt 2 hrs ltr to tell me the issue was an oil leak. I was 1.5 hrs from the business. Adam referred me to another shop which was 2 miles away and he offered to drive my vehicle to the shop. I was abt to call for a tow when he volunteered.Its hard to find kind ppl to volunteer services as such. I moved to TX a little over a month ago & started my job last week. I dont knw any mechanics and everything seems to be miles and miles apart from one another... I was hoping I wouldnt hve to leave wrk early or come in late...I felt stress creeping in as Adam and I talked. I thanked him, but I dont think that was enough! He has NO idea how he lifted a burden off of my shoulders by volunteering to get my vehicle to the appropriate shop.Thank You, Buddy! Thank You, Adam!!! The entire staff deserves a round of applause!! I was going through a hard time when my transmission went out i took my vehicle to your shop.I was told that what ever the problem it would be taken care of .And true to their word my transmission was looked at was diagnosed and eventually fixed.I appreciate the fact that even though i was going through money problems that they worked with me and didnt charge me storage for my vehicle,that means a great deal to me.I would gladly come back

DO NOT GO HERE. My husband dropped off our car and didn’t hear back until the next day. They told him there would be a $79 fee for looking at the car after he asked, they didn’t let him know when he dropped it off. They told us we needed our motor mount replaced and transsmison sensor replaced. We had two other people look at the car and suggest the motor mount was worn but fine. They said it cost $800 to get both things replaced. $130 for the sensor $700 for the motor mount. We told them we would only do the sensor. I call the next day. The 3rd day after our car being here and ask if it’s ready and for a cost. This man calls me back and says it’ll be SEVEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN DOLLARS. When we called him back he pretended we had always been in agreement to $700. We asked him to look back on the recordings. He called back admitted to his mistake but still asked us to pay $350. TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS more than he had quoted us. Making us quite literally pay for his mistake. I don’t even know if my car is fixed only time will tell. When we went to pick it up one of his employees angrily bought in our keys and said “I took everything out”. Hopefully he didn’t mean he took out our breaks or something. Defiantly reporting this whole situation to Better Business Bureau.Edit: a week later suddenly my AC is blowing out cold air. I defiantly think these people had something to do with it DO NOT GO HERE!

Multistate did an amazing job rebuilding the transmission of my 2002 Honda Accord. From initial diagnosis, to transmission drop/inspection, to final repair quote, these guys were honest and knowledgeable the whole way through. They explained what was wrong, why it was wrong, and how they could fix it to ensure these issues would never come back. I was astonished because they even correctly guessed what caused the transmission to fail! Honestly, these guys know their stuff, and they charge a fair price for their expertise. I was out the door for about 2700, and that comes with an 18 month warranty. Not bad when compared to other reputable transmission shops.For anyone curious, the issue had to do with a manufacturer defect of the Accord transmission. Basically, they dont circulate enough transmission fluid so the transmissions break prematurely, especially when under high temps.

Went to the business three times and never could obtain a mechanic to even evaluate the car to see what was the problem. Finally, at four P.M. after being dropped off again by a friend, I was yelled at by the owner, John, told I was expecting too much, too quickly. I left not to return.

I found this company on the internet and was very pleased to have them service my vehicle. They looked into the problem I told them about and were honest enough to tell me about other issues they found during diagnosis. The price to repair everything was fair in my opinion and worth every cent. My vehicle is running great.

Try to over charge me $700 for a tuneup then what I paid at a different shop.

It was a bit pricey but the service was excellent and I definitely have a brand new car with the work that they did. I’d would recommend Multistate to anyone, and they will be the only ones servicing my transmission from here on out. Great job.

Our experience was awesome! They came VERY highly referred by our regular mechanic which weve known and trusted for years with our regular oil changes etc. John, Fred and the crew kept us informed during every step of the process from start to finish. They explained each step, and everything went exactly as they said it would. We couldnt be more pleased.

These guys are really good! Took care of my transmission in one day when I was passing through Fort Worth on my business trip and my tranny broke. I got to their shop on Friday morning! And you know, Friday means short day, no way parts can be delivered that fast, and job can’t be done till Monday or Tuesday. But no, these guys made it happen. They understood my problem being on a trip from out of town and getting stuck half way on the way back home on Friday. I got really lucky braking down on I-35, just a few miles from their shop. So you can only imagine how helpful it was to be back on the road and spend my weekend with my family.The front guy Phil explained the repairs need to be done on my truck, pricing and all very clear. Owner was super nice and helpful as well. His wife happened to be there too and even gave me a ride to Arlington where I was able to spend time with some friends in the area. My transmission was slipping. I took it to Multistate and they quickly diagnosed the problem. I was kept informed every step of the way until it was repaired. They are very thorough and reasonably priced. The 18 month unlimited mile warranty means they stand behind their work!

I brought my 9 year old Nissan Altima with 110k miles and left it with Phil for a work quote. Next day Phil called me back to tell me that my car was still under warranty with the Nissan dealership. Had to cancel first scheduled drop off due to no ride home, I live quite a ways so dropped of truck three days later. Within, 24 hours, I had a full report and status on what repairs were needed and a delivery time. To my surprise, Phil called me the next day to i form me that my truck was ready for pick up. I give a five to the service desk, they answered all my questions i was concerned about, I will update on the vehicle service when they finish with my suburban, Ok heres the updated I didnt realize that the 79 dollars was to plug a code reader in my vehicle I could of gotten that done at AutoZone for free, Anyways I had my transmission rebullt for 950.00 with warranty at C&S the guy at multistate said $2,000 or maybe even more couldnt set a rebuild price I was shocked 👀 I just paid My $79.00 for a list of codes which was a rip off and left

The main reason I would recommend this shop is that they are not afraid to admit they make mistakes. The day after they had rebuilt my car’s transmission, I changed the engine oil and noticed somethings that concerned me. The following day, Phil and a technician looked over the car with me and professionally addressed my concerns and questions without taking a defensive posture. 2 of my concerns ending up being caused by an inner steering tie rod which has nothing to do with the transmission.1000 miles so far and everything seems to be running smoothly.Pratt Automotive recommended this location to me.
