Brought my daughters car in today for a simple oil change. After getting home discovered that it is now leaking oil. It is parked in the garage every day and has never had oil spots on the garage floor. Now it is leaking. Will be taking it back first thing in the morning for them to fix what they screwed up. How hard can it be to change the oil and make sure things are on tight. There is a cover they have to take off to get to the oil filter. Look at how they screwed it back on in the photo. Very poor quality control at this place.

4 Hour wait for a 20 minute oil change. I decided to bring my car here for a simple oil change. That was not a good idea. They told they would have car done in about 20 or so minutes. I ended up waiting 4 hours till they finally finished it. The entire time I waited there was never anyone at the cash register except for a few occasions where the attendant came back answered the phone and left again, right away. I should have raised hell, I should have called corporate or done something. For reasons that I cant remember I did nothing but wait patiently. Finally when it was done, the price was higher than the quoted price and no explanation or reason was given for the 4 hour wait. The guy just went about his day as if this was business as usual. I didnt care anymore about a small price increase - I just wanted my car back and to get the hell out of there as fast as possible. Do NOT take your car here for anything at all.

Their is no wonder Sears is going out of business tried to get some tire prices. The employee never would give me a price he told me I should buy my tires from Amazon and have them shipped to them for installation. I appreciate his honesty that I could get a better deal through Amazon but if I was running a business I wouldnt want my employees steering customers away. Ended up at Sams club got a great deal and free installation. By the way I did buy the tires the Sears employee suggested I get. Thanks to him I love these tires everything he said they would be.

NO GOOD!! Waited two hours for tires to be installed. They were installed inside out. Then after another two hours to get them reinstalled, they were not balanced!!!! Not going back there ever! Had to go to discount tires to get them properly balanced.

I Was quoted a price on the phone, and the same price in person. But once they did the work, when I was about to check out, there were hidden fees. On top of that, they wanted to charge me $15 extra dollars to move 2 tires to the back for no reason. Guy at the counter made it seem like he couldn’t do anything about it, also their waiting area is terrible. I won’t go back.

Needs to decline service on cars that they arent familiar with if the job cant be completed. Also, there is a lack of professionalism amongst the employees. If there is rapport there, maybe joking and making comments to me would be fine but there isnt.

They saved my day!! I got a flat tire in the pouring rain on Hulen St and bumped along to Sears Auto Center on a flat tire. When I got there a very nice older gentleman immediately started working on it. The man at the checkout counter made me smile and helped me feel better. It only cost me $19 to fix my tire and it only took 10 minutes. Thank you soooo much! I can’t tell you how much that meant to have a bad situation turned around. I would definitely return!

Dont take your vehicles here they suck!! Your vehicle will leave with more problems! They will not honor their warranties either! Save yourself the trouble and spend your money elsewhere!

Generally good service without too much upselling. That being said, estimates are generally lower than actual costs. The last time I took my car in, they took nearly three hours longer than suggested (the mechanic went on lunch, the receipt did not account for most of that time spent waiting) and they left an old part lying loose in my engine. Luckily, didnt do any damage. For an oil change and rotation, its convenient to have a mall or bookstore to kill time in, but Ill take my future auto needs elsewhere.

We have been going to this location for several years now, and its always a good experience! Were usually able to find a coupon or groupon, so the prices are better than other places. The website is very easy to navigate and set your appointments, even for the next day!

Went in for a dead battery. Robert got me a bay in the shop first thing. Aaron worked the purchase and find the right one for my vehicle. All in all I got great service and was back on the road in under an hour.

WARNING!!!! Never ever go here. We took our car in for its first oil change since we bought it in August 2014. Our engine is completely messed up and we tried to have them fix it but after careful consideration and a very short claim and an ill advised adjuster hired by their insurance company, our claim was denied. So now we are stuck fixing our own car. They cause more problems than any other auto place in fort worth. Keep your car away from them, or you will be paying out of pocket for their incompetent employees mistakes.

I was pretty disappointed at Sears Automotive today. I called about an hour before I arrived to confirm the price and availability of some tires and all seemed well over the phone. When I arrived at the store the service writer was with someone so Iike anyone I waited. Once I was written up the tech took my car to the bay and removed all my tires. So I watched as he walked back and forth pacing and without conformation I realized he was looking for tires. He asked an older tech for help it appeared, and they were both looking inside the store. Well the older tech came up to me and began speaking to me in Spanish, which I find inappropriate because he should have spoken to me in English first. If at that point he realizes I dont speak English then he can proceed to try to communicate with the customer in another language. Well after about 10-15 min they realize they dont have any. 10-15 in line 10-15 waiting for them to find tires 10 explaining what may have happened. The younger tech says Im sorry it wasnt my fault I dont like it either because it puts me behind. First Im upset so I dont care about your problems at that point. And dont say it isnt your fault because you are wearing a Sears Uniform and representing that company. Anyway they didnt have the tires. They wasted about an hour of my time with no solution other than buying tires that were almost three times as much. So when they finally put my tires on my car Im walking out and at least the younger tech said sorry. That was it. No sorry for wasting your time, how may help make this right with your time. Nothing. I was appalled and surprised that this is how it is now. They kept talking about what did Kyle say, did Kyle look it up, was it Kyle that said they were in stock. I dont even know who Kyle was. But the reps looked lost with no solutions. Id say steer away but guess every place has it flaws. Apparently this place has inventory issues. Bad bad bad experience. Oh well.

Multiple bad experiences here. Go to a different sears or shop all together. The guys here, specifically management, are rude and Ive been ripped off multiple times from here probably because Im young and an easy target for cons. Not going back.

No wonder Sears is losing money at their dwindling number of locations across the country. The employees are downright rude in my opinion. In fact, the employees in the automotive department are so rude that I have chosen to no longer spend my dollars here. Most normal people would rather not return to a place of business where they feel unwelcome.

I took my car in to get the wheels aligned because I felt some inconsistency in the front unit. After paying $80, it still was happening and I took the car to a dealership and they showed me the rack and pinion was totally messed up. They could not believe that sears did not bring this to my attention, it was right in plain site and a safety hazard.

Dropped off a lawn mower for an oil change and air filter. Two months have passed and the service center cant tell me if it has been repaired. Stay away !!!
