Ive been using this location for oil changes and state inspections for years...but no longer. I generally drop off my vehicle and walk next door to grab some lunch while I wait. Last *several* times, they have failed to call me and let me know my vehicle was ready as they promised...pretty annoying. Final straw for me was getting an oil change, not getting called when it was ready and then a week later while on vacation in New Mexico, I noticed oil underneath my vehicle. After adding 2 quarts and running over to a local mechanic there, we found that the oil filter was loose enough that it was almost falling off! Ive probably seen a dozen store managers come through this location and the inconsistency shows. Wont be a problem for me in the future - I wont be coming back here.

Do not use this place for a new tire! I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR A NEW TIRE! They charged my husband $140 for ONE new tire and installed! Thats a ridiculous price and $40 to install the tire. Please be aware, all NTB locations across the metroplex have horrible reviews for a reason. They are crooks with tires and oil changes. Please do your research and spend your money elsewhere. You will only feel taken advantage of and ashamed of yourself if you choose to take your vehicle at any NTB location. All you have to do is Google NTB and the reviews of many will speak for themselves. NTB, you should be ashamed of yourself! But continue to do business this way and eventually, youll be out of business! Guaranteed!

1 Star because 0 wasn’t an option. Called before coming in to schedule an appointment and confirm they had the specific tire I wanted. Waited two hours for them to put tires on just to find out they put a different tire on my car without asking or telling me. They did not have the tire I specifically requested three times and was told they had. I work in the banking industry and this is considered sales malpractice. Unfortunately, there is no one to call or complain to about my lost time because no one cares at NTB.

I made an appointment, arrived on time and instead of servicing my car they put a walk in that they were able to upsell to the highest oil change in front of me. Also entered my milage incorrectly on the bill. No sicker to remind me when the next oil change was and didnt even do the requested complimentary alignment check. Poor communication during the time.

Went in to have my suspension checked cause it was making noises and they replaced the shocks and struts and it still was making noises. The manager said it was because of the control arm but I didnt hear anything about the control arm until I came to pick up my car. Them replacing the shocks and struts didnt fix the issue. They owe me a refund.asap. My mom is going to stop payment on the check since Im still having problems with my car.

They never did balance on those 4 new tires I bought from them during the installation. Spend $1060 for those and such a poor service. I asked the guy about balancing the wheels when he was putting them on the truck he said “yeah I did”, I asked are you sure because I noticed the old weight bars on the rims, he answered “they gonna be fine”. I mean really? I went on a highway right away to check how they work and guess what truck was shaking like crazy, instead of going back to them, simply because first time they installed tires in wrong direction and now the balance, I decide to go to local tire guy and paid him $50 to do balance. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Helped me patch my flat tire in about an hour. I was concerned because I have a performance car and require a good patch for high speed Mexico runs. Great job with the patch so far, no issues. Employees were polite.

When I walked into the lobby i immediately noticed the employee sitting behind the check in areas not wearing a mask (he went back into the service area and came back into the lobby area multiple times - definitely an employee). This was a huge red flag and just frustrating when the business itself says masks required.Low and behold I get a call today that someone at NTB where I had my appt was confirmed positive with COVID so now I have to go get tested.Maybe if this business protected its employees and customers by enforcing its own mask guidelines then I (15.5 weeks pregnant) wouldnt be put at risk because they just dont care.

I have enjoyed coming here, the guys are honest. Pedro worked on my car and did an amazing job. While waiting Drake was nice and professional. The place is clean, and they aren’t over priced. Thank you Pedro and Drake!

Bought the life of the tire warranty for rotation and balance, only to find out that the lifetime is defined as 6 years. This was NEVER mentioned as I installed my tires on a classic 65 Mustang that gets 1-2K miles a year.Dont appreciate the deceptive practice even though I was talking to the service rep about my driving habit and that I would be back every couple of years to keep the tires spinning right. They did NOT blink and lied to my face - yes sir, lifetime warranty.Lesson learned.

Amazing customer service! Juan and Drake went out of the way to make sure I had a good experience with getting my tire replaced (it was too bad to patch). I appreciate the fact that they took my safety as a priority! The facility is clean and the staff knows what they’re doing! Will 100% go back for my future car needs.

Dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional & predatory. The guy thought a female customer was alone. Attempted to tell her she needed a part BEFORE even attempting to fix it. He was asked a direct question, what part failed? What part of the part failed? He ignored the question several times. Then attempted to show us what was wrong on another vehicle when our car was next to it on the lift. What he didnt realize is I have 15 yrs of experience in the automotive industry. In parts & vehicle assembly. The kicker, he wasnt the one that worked on the vehicle. When his associate asked, Who? He failed to answer. When he was pressed about what he was doing about the problem. Were done. After he got caught up for lying & was questioned on the procedure taken he no longer wanted to service the vehicle. This is a predatory sexist practice.

Went to get a new battery there. Well just as you can guess.. it did not hold up as long as I thought it would. So yes they replaced it but only with an 18 month battery. If you buy a long lasting battery then you should get the same in return dont you think? Dont waste your time.. go buy the battery you want and install yourself. What a disappointment.

I stopped by this shop after work to get a battery and have it installed. I was waited on quickly and ordered the battery. My car was taken into the shop and within thirty minutes I was on my way.Came back 5/23 for new tires and alignment inspection. Very happy with the tires.Returned on 6/1 for new fan belt.

We had made an appointment online to have new tires put on. We had the appointment made during a buy 3 get one free sale that honored the price of the tires since the tires we wanted has to be ordered. When we arrived at our appointment we discovered that more had to be done to our car. Not a problem. We asked for a quote and a quote was given that we agreed to. When the work was done and it was time to check out the price was much higher than what was quoted. They eventually got the price down to what was agreed. When we got home we checked the receipt and we discovered that the price of the tire sale was not honored and there was a service missing on the receipt. We called to ask to speak to the manager about the charges. He wasn’t in the office at the time. We were told he would call back as soon as he got back in the office. Instead he was told that we needed a copy of our receipt. So, he emailed us a copy. We never got a call back. Very disappointed in the level of customer service given.

To begin I bought 4 high mileage tires w/alignments for a year, approx 900.00. Brought my car in for an alignment and inspection, the rep told me my inspection failed and I needed new back brakes and rotors, and secondary light for my car. I stated Id have my son fix and bring back, rep said oh are you sure, I said yes a n.v d he gave me a quote. I left and immediately went to Auto Zone to get parts needed and to begin, my car dont have a secondary light bulb. Hmm then my brakes ohhh well my brake pads are good, and no need for new ones....I then went to another inspection spot and guess what, within 2 hours my car had past inspection. This NTB Reps are crooked and thieves. Shame on you!!

Brought my Maserati in to get the front tires and brakes checked. Manager didnt try and sell me something that I didnt need. Found uneven wear on the front tires. New front tires and alignment and on my way in about an hour.

I’ve tried out many different car places over the years and NTB is the best. They are honest and efficient. They aren’t out to get your money and deliver excellent service! My car battery was acting out and I was in a panic, I called them and they got me in. I trust them with all my car issues.

Friendly guy at counter. No problems there. The rating is for two reasons.1. I got here at approximately 10:45 am on a Monday. One person in front of me. I had a leaking tire. I was told it would be a 1.5 to 2 hr wait. I noticed that 3 shop employees were standing around talking not doing anything. The 1 person in front of me had their car in a bay. There were open bays next to it. Dont see the reason for such a wait with bays open and employees not busy.2. After checking the tire, they said it was leaking from a previous patch they had made just a few months prior. I was told they cant patch over a patch. Thats all fine and well, except they said I had to pay for the tire replacement, as if it was my fault they didnt install the first patch sufficiently. Whats worse is I bought all the warrantys, and apparently those were not good enough to cover my almost new tires. He even said my tires look almost new with a tread depth of 8.3, when new is 10. Then I was treated as if I was being done a favor because the tire was pro rated.Rest assured Discount Tire will be getting my business from here on out. Free tire replacement with warranty, period. Not some junk warranty that NTB offers. If anyone from corporate reads this, you need to check your competition. They actually ensure customer satisfaction.

I always go to THIS NTB because they seem to do a pretty decent job on everything.I went in late August for a tire rotation and an oil change.They ended up replacing my windshield wipers along with that, which was much needed.A couple of weeks after I left, I noticed my windshield wipers weren’t working properly, almost like they weren’t the right brand for my car.I went back and explained the issue and they changed my wipers out for free, even though the new wipers I had just purchased weren’t under warranty.Friendly staff and good service.

Really nice guys. Unfortunately they didnt have a lift big enough to handle our truck for an alignment (welding rid). So the nice guy at the counter called another store that did not answer. However he said hed talk to a manager and have them get us in (we are just passing through and need this done). So he sent us that way...about a 15 min drive. Too bad they werent as helpful. The guy at the counter was worthless! He said there was no one there to do the job today. So my husband said, can you just rotate a front tire for me, its getting a lot of wear on it? He looks at my husband and (you can tell when someone is just lazy) and says yeah well it will be a while if we can do it at all?? There was not even a car in any of their bays when we got there. I saw two mechanics/tire guys standing outside them talking!!! What a waste of time! Please do not send people to this place again!

Over 2 hours for a simple, basic oil change. No apologies until I began to voice my displeasure of the length of the wait. I could see my vehicle in the back with the hood up for 1.5 hrs.I do appreciate them fitting me in without an appointment, but in hindsight would have gone to another location had I known the wait would be so long.My radio dial was changed from where I had it and volume adjusted up higher.The time in on my final invoice is incorrect, they moved the time different from when they moved the car around to begin working on it.Will never return to THIS location.Have had excellent service at 3 other locations & will continue to visit those other locations.

This place is absolutely garbage. My husband bought 2 sets of tires from this establishment, with road hazard and warranty. Both sets were destroyed within a month time period and NTB stated that they would replace the tires due to the warranty and the fact the tires had been obliterated so quickly, quoting a price of around $250. We showed up to get the new tires installed and the guy at the front (who by the way took at least 20 min to even come and offer his service) told us wed have to pay a little more than $500... not the original quote. We complained stating the previous quote and the guy then proceeded to tell us he could only come down $67... once again nowhere near the original quoted price. He stated we would have to purchase new road hazard and they would not compensate the insulation nor the old road hazard even though the tires THEY insisted on selling were garbage. My advice, dont come to this business. Not only do they do a complete disservice to their customers but they sell crappy tires just to generate revenue, oh and did I mention lie to their customers about price quotes? So best of luck if you choose to come here

This place is a JOKE!! Went it for an oil change. I was the only one there. No cars in the shop. No customers in the lobby. It took them almost an hour. They said it included a tire rotation and fluids were filled up. I left to find that not only were fluids not filled up but my sensors for my tires alarming. Saying low pressure. So with that tire rotation do not expect them to actually check your tire pressures.Place was dirty looking. The lady who checked me out kept calling me sweetie and hun. Didnt get any paperwork regarding my service like I usually do at other places. Had to ask about my treads on the tires.Overall unprofessional and unethical. Do not plan on coming back as they didnt even do their job. I am wondering if they even changed my oil filter.

Stacey was extremely helpful and kind as soon as I walked in. I appreciated her patience since I was going through a personal situation and had a small budget to stay within to replace my tires and fix my alignment. The shop was getting pretty slammed, and even had some not-so-friendly customers, but she continued to have wonderful customer service and did a great job. Thank you Stacey!

Took my car to get it inspected. The next day I get a call from them. The first thing they said to me was: I need you to go to your car and look at your inspection paper to make sure its yours. We think we gave the wrong papers to you. If you have the wrong name, bring them back to us. A couple things here.1. Ask politely. Youre an adult. Mistakes happen, but dont call me and demand things like its somehow my fault.2. You would have given me the right papers if you werent leering at the woman behind me.3. In fact you DID give me the right papers, you just printed mine twice and gave my papers to the woman you were leering at.

Said tire was changed went to pickup vehicle and it still had not been changed for being there for 24hrs. Had wait more for them after I got there to actually do the job

I went they to get a new terminal early this month. They had to be rushing to it done. I got the car back I had a lot warning lights was on and they’re was not on when I gave the car. I got home the battery died. I call them the next day about my car told about all the warning light are on and my a/c and radio is not working any more plus my battery died. When I gave you the car everything was working. Took it back up there and they half check it out. Told me it was my alternator. I told them that can’t be because that was a new alternator in the car. To make a long story short. I took it a shop around my house and they told me that needed a new fuse. 😡 NTB could figure that out. I waste time and money on a problem that was minor. I wish I could get my money back for all the problems they gave me. I never taking my car there again.

Overall customer service was good, but I went in for a $45 oil change and 2 hours later they come and tell me I have a nail in one of my rear tires and it wasn’t affecting the tire at all but they took the nail out and patched it up without even asking me beforehand or letting me know what was going on and it was going to be $78. I’m a college student and on a very low budget and didn’t have the extra $30 something dollars for a little patch that I could have gotten fixed for free at Discount Tire. The only option they offered me was to apply for a credit card, that I won’t be approved for and will lower my credit score even more, just so they would cover the patch. Not only did they do that, but they also told me they would air up all 4 of my tires because all were low, and they only aired up the tire they patched, and put a little air in another rear tire, and didn’t air up the front ones at all. Needless to say I will not be coming back here nor will I recommended anyone to come to this store.

Ive been to this NTB multiple times over the last few years, most recently this weekend to replace tires and front brakes. Everyone Ive spoken to has always been professional and friendly, and theyve always done solid work. Stacey wrote up my paperwork when I dropped my car off, and she was great, very helpful! Absolutely the worst customer service experience. When I first arrived myself and another customer waited in the lobby for 10-15 minutes before anyone came out to assist us. When an employee finally came out, he went to have a chat with his 12 year old son that he brought to work with him, and was mean to the kid. As I was finally being assisted, another employee came over to discuss the entire issue of another customers vehicle in front of me. Finally I ask for tires, leave the car. I return 2 hours later at my own will, my vehicle had been complete, I waited in the lobby another 10 minutes before someone came out to assist again. Paid, got to my car and the tire pressure light is on. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Im at a tire shop and NOONE bothers to check the pressure! I will NEVER come back to this place again.I will say when the employees finally come out to help, they were nice!.

They offer just about all of the tire manufacturers available on the market. Their pricing is very competitive. They sometimes achieve the lowest price breaks offering rebates, and, throwing a debit card with 75.00 or 100.00 dollars in on the deal. At the back of the sales floor is a large touch screen television that is connected to the internet. It is very user friendly resulting in a trouble free selection of products, and, services. Their windows, and, waiting area are always extremely clean. This is a store you can bring your family to. They employ a large staff of Certified technicians, so there is not a long wait for service.

My husband and I had a nail in our tire and we had a flat, we got there right before their closing time hoping we could be seen. They took us right away and gave us a great deal on it. The guy at the front and the mechanic who worked on our care were both awesome. Will be returning to them.

I opened a NTB credit account. Had them replace all 4 tires, a serpentine belt, and do my alignment. The cost was around $600. I left my car there at noon and was told it would be finished around 5:00. It was not finished until 6:30. The alignment is now pulling to the right. I called the next day to reschedule an appointment to get my alignment fixed properly. The manager told me I would have to go to another location because he didn’t have anyone there to do alignments on Sunday. Pretty bad service if you ask me.Update: after bringing my car back to this location to fix the alignment issue I was greeted by the store manager Jake with “what’s up big dog?”First of all I find this particularly condescending and rude to a patient regular customer of three years straight. (At this point I have waited a total of 8 hours for an alignment-which was not done correctly, 4 tires, and a serpentine belt). I responded by saying my name is ———— “big dog.”Next friendly Jake could not give an explanation as to why my alignment was not done properly. He basically blamed it on the manufacturer for not giving specs on how to calibrate the alignment and also said the technician could not duplicate the poor alignment job that I described. I said fine and took my keys and left-and will never return again due to Jake’s lack of empathy for the situation.Jake sends me on my way with a kind “thanks a lot big dog.”This has been one the worst, most unprofessional automotive customer service experiences I’ve ever had. NTB just lost a customer for life thanks to “Big Dog Jake.”

You get what you pay for. Ive been avoiding them ever since they failed three times to balance my new tires correctly. Went to a smaller shop, first try. Called multiple times, never got my rebate. Then, when I finally went back because of how close they are to work they wont fix a puncture because its in the side wall. Its 2 inches from the edge of the tire! Just pay a local guy to do it right.

The store opens up at 7 am I get there at after 8:30 am for a oil change. And Im told that she doesnt have anyone there to change my oil. That no one has came in yet that she doesnt know what to do! To try back at 10! I have never experienced that there! How are there not going to be any employees there beside the lady at the front desk when the store opens up at 7 am?! That is ridiculous service!

While have a routine oil change, the mechanic broke my drain pump and thankfully had the decency to come tell me about it, that it was his fault and that they would cover it. Not five minutes later the salesman came and tried to charge me an additional 25 dollars for the pleasure of having part of my car broken. He initially tried to argue about it, only backing off when I told him the mechanic told me it would be covered.

Toyota Tundras beware! Three days, two sets of tires, four balances and a trip to Discount Tire to fix the work and I finally have new tires. What was originally blamed on the tires was do to NTBs inability to properly balance tires. It was so bad the Discount Tire team had the entire garage come over to look at what had been done as a learning experience of how not to balance tires. The worst part of the deal was I ended up with the tires I did not want.

This place is probably one of the best Tire Shops I have ever gone to. The employees are very professional, courteous and prompt. I will definitely make this my new auto/tire shop.

Honestly, theres no point in making an appointment. At least not at this location. I made an appt, left work early, arrived early and was waiting to have my oil changed for an hour before I asked for my keys back and left. All I kept getting was, theyll take your car back any minute.Some communication on why it was taking so lomg wouldve been exponentially better than seeing the gentleman working the front desk pull people (when there were empty bays and only one car being worked on) to help another random walk in change a tire.Poor customer service on their part. I can understand short staffed. I can understand delays on vehicles already being worked on. What I cannot understand is sitting there for an hour after an appointment was made with no explanation whatsoever as to why my car is not being worked on. I was late picking up my son after and inconvenienced by having to make an appointment elsewhere. Which I did at the NTB- white settlement location off 820. They were PHENOMENAL! If you regularly have NTB service your vehicle, which I do, find a different location and save yourself the hassle.

Best NTB. The manager Jake is awesome and cares about his staff and costumers. He makes sure you are informed and taken care of, even if you live closer to a different store its worth the drive.

I went to this store today to get my oil changed. When i walked in the store, i waited more than 5 minutes before someone came in to see what i needed. After I got my truck checked in and I was told it would be about 30 minutes before my truck got in for service, and about another 30 minutes before the oil was changed. 2.5 hours later and my truck still hadnt even made it in. I left without getting my oil changed. Horrible service!

This place has the absolute worst customer service! I asked specifically how long it would take to perform the basic service on my fleet vehicle. That said 90 minutes. No problem! I went and had lunch for about an hour. Came back and the guy said that he would expedite because car had not been touched. At 90 minutes, the car was still where I parked it and at no time did they update my expectations. Understandably people get behind, but you update your customer to set expectations. Not here!!! They think that NTB is the only place to go!!! They don’t care. Shame on the leadership here because I will take my company fleet business somewhere else. You lost a lifelong customer!

Dishonest- get a second opinion. Went in to get a tire patch and was told that I should replace my brakes. I stated I found this surprising since I had just had a comprehensive 150K mile inspection at Christian Brothers, the employee became frustrated and stated well your brakes are gone. Took the car back to Christian Brothers where they inspected, showed me images of my brake pads and explained I had a long while until I needed to replace. You should avoid this company and go to a honest shop.

To top things off as I got in my vehicle my radio was completely changed all my seats are moving around if they went looking through my vehicle. I will be contacting the area district manager

Quick Oil Change Place

Don’t go here for anything bigger than an oil change. Inefficient with their time and lacking in attention to detail. I came here to see about two persistent issues because there were no time slots at the dealership and I needed an oil change anyway. Employees were unable to keep details straight on what was wrong and clearly did not test what needed to be tested (checked brakes by driving nearby when the brake issue only happens at highway speeds). Was told that only one light was on when there were four when I came in. Asked him to double check, and he came back to say that oh yeah, there was a second one on but it went off when he hit the gas. This is straight-up not true and was clear as soon as I turned on the car, but at that point I’d been there nearly two hours and it was clear that they were not going to be able to do anything productive. At least the “systems check” only cost $15.

The mechanics refuse to rotate my tires when I received my oil change. The front tires in the front where more woren than the back. When I repeatedly request for rotation the Sales Associate get loud with me. I told them I have been a loyal customer for 4 1/2 years and didnt appreciate the customer service. While I was leaving the store the Sales Associate followed me out the store ranting like a mad woman. I left that location, when 4 miles down the street and paid for a shop to rotate my tires...SMH!!!

They helped me & put a spare on my car and that was all well and good, however - they lied to me about my bad tire in the hopes I would buy a new tire from them. I needed a plug, I went there with the expectation of getting a plug and they told me they couldnt plug it b/c the screw was in the sidewall of my tire. Turns out it was not, it was totally pluggable & my small town local guy down the street from me got my business when I got back towards home. When I am ready to buy knew tires, Ill be choosing the local guy who is honest and friendly.

Brother-in-law went in with a nail in his tire. First the cost was pricy (32.50). Second the repair man purposely over aired the tire by 5 pounds. He stated it was because of temperature changes. It is true that temperature can cause fluctuation. However the tires should have had nitrogen should have been put in since that is what it had when he went in. Nitrogen has very little fluctuation. Even if the 5 pounds made sense why were the other tires not aired up to the same level.

Tried to quote me $900 for breaks and rotors lol I know car shops try to take advantage of you but that’s insane. I got all the work they quoted me done some where else for 1/3 that. Stay away from this place.

If u dont have an appt, they bump you for those who do! I had a damaged 90 day old tire WITH road hazard coverage and it still took 3 hrs to get it exchanged/and out the door due to appts coming in. Very disappointing. And the road hazard didnt carry over to replace a 90 day old tire?! Go figure?

Cold day and TPMS lit up. They filled tires quickly and sent me on my way.

I have a screw in one tire and NTB won’t repair the tire. Says I need 4 new tires. Really? Shame on you.

I dropped my car off for an Oil Change. 2 hours later, I received a call stating that during their inspection, it was identified that my serpentine belt was bad. I have a recipient from this exact location, dated March 20th, 2017 stating they replaced the Serpentine Belt. I called them liars and scam artists. I went in and spoke with the mechanic who said that the belt is fine aND they recommended the replacement sue to the high mileage of the car. My car has in excess of 160,000 miles EVERYTHING would probably be recommended to be replaced...not just 1 or 2 things.

Jake Smock really helped me out and got me out quickly. Definitely will continue business this store.

Last April I purchased 4 new tires which included unlimited wheel alignments for a year. Today (11/14/17) I went to the NTB off of southwest Blvd near the Hooters restaurant. Sales manager Jospeh told me the alignment would take 15-40 minutes. After waiting almost 1.25 hours I asked them how much longer and he said, were bringing your car around now I waited another 15 minutes and he said, okay my guys are going to start your alignment now I couldnt wait any longer and had to leave the business. Employees didnt seem to care and offered no apology. Waste of time.

Everytime I go hear its always over an hour before they are done with oil change.....My appointment was at 3:00......there was only one customer in the store.....they looked closed so of course I am thinking you just getting an oil change should be about 30 mins......no an hour and 15 mins

When I called in and they said it’d take a half hour tops to do inspection (was wondering because I was a on lunch) took almost two hours. Failed initially over leaking power steering fluid cap leaking. This is a common issue for bmw. They said “we already ordered the part, it’ll be here around 3.” Wait a minute, I never authorized that...I asked the price and was told 68 dollars for the part. (I changed the o-ring myself for 5 bucks.) Afterwards I called around and was told no one ever heard of failing over that issue. After I told NTB to fail me, they found my gas cap needed to be replaced. Seems curious doesn’t it? Luckily my bmw guy had a spare.The only saving grace was the next day I only waited 15 minutes and was out of there, and thankfully passed inspection. I know the inspections is where they can make a little money off it’s customers by saying some little things are wrong like a leaking power steering lid (which a car can drive safely with no power steering). I didn’t even have that tough of restrictions living in the U.K. and if you’re familiar with their process you’d know it’s very tough. Next year I’ll take it to my bmw mechanic to inspect, he’s honest and fair.

My experience at NTB on Saturday was a not so great customer service experience. I bought my tires from NTB and receive a periodical tire rotation. When the tires need to be rotated it usually coincides with an oil change so because of the free tire rotation I go to NTB to get my oil changed. This time I left the car there letting them know I would be next door to eat some lunch and to give me a call when my vehicle was ready. 3 hours later, I have not received a call, so I call over there to find out if my vehicle is ready and a woman answers and puts me on hold giving me only a second to agree to be put on hold. After a really long time of waiting I call back and she tries to put me on hold again. I immediately request her not to put me on hold and if she could just give me the status of my vehicle and with a very exasperated sigh she says it is sitting out in front of her shop ready to go, click. I go back to the shop and the technician Jacob Smock says he had not had the opportunity to make a two second phone call to let me know my car was ready. To top off waiting so long, he said my tires didnt need to be rotated so they just didnt rotate and didnt make the phone call asking if I was okay with not rotating. I went specifically to NTB to rotate my tires and scheduled an appointment as well as requested an oil change. I wonder if they even did the oil change is my question and concern.Even though I bought the tires from NTB I will never return for any service, buy any more tires, and will go to Discount Tire and get my tires rotated for free. I was a loyal customer for a long time but they lost me on this last trip, I would not recommend.

I went to get 2 new rear tires. I brought in and went to eat. Came back and asked for them to check sensors because they werent reset from front 2 tires being replaced. Guy said ok. Comes back and says his machine isnt charged and cant check them. Then comes back later and says tech immediately alerted him when he took tire off that there was no tpms on rear passenger tire, however, the rear driver has been reading incorrectly with front driver. (Rear passenger was fine) . I was not happy and he decided to take care of it. Then next day my tpms warning lights came on. Do not go here

If I could give a negative star I would this place blooooooooooows I took my truck in today to get my flats repaired. They said they fixed the rear tire but couldnt find anything wrong with the front so I brought the truck home and guess what both tires are flat a few hours later. I guess I should have taken my business to discount tire where they actually have people who can do there job correctly. Please avoid this place at all costs I dropped my truck off at noon for an hour wait and didnt get a call until 5pm horrible customer service and horrible maintenance

Sad to say and my fault for not reading the reviews before. I went to get new tires it was around 2 pm they said it was going to take about an hour to get from Burleson. Came back at 3 pm left at 6. 3 hours to install tires for a place that specializes in tires not acceptable. First and last time.

Waiting area has comfortable chairs and the staff is nice. The wait for new tires was about two hours for me on a weekday. Seems too long for a tire service store.

A tire place that doesn’t want to fix tires. Bought tires from this location for years, but finally done because of poor service. I have free tire rotations and tire patches with NTB. Basically told me they didn’t want to do it. Even though I’ve paid for service. Done.

I used to come here all the time and only wait 30-45 minutes. Its taken 2hrs+ the last few times so i wont be coming back here. Oh and they over price everything. It was cheap to bring my saturn in, but bringing the benz here was a bad idea.

Worst place ever,,you make an appointment to save time and hasstle, only to find out it still takes 1 hour to rotate tires........ IT DOES NOT TAKE AN HOUR TO ROTATE TIRES...... these people have no idea, and clearly are lazy. Store manager and employees think, all people dont know simple mechanics.

I setup an appointment to have them rotate/balance my tires, look for a leak in my front tire, and check the front suspension for any issues. I paid just under $100 for them to do all of this. When I got my vehicle back they didnt give me any information on the steering/suspension components. I asked if they found a leak in the tire, the look on his face explained it all, he didnt check. However, proceeded to tell me that parking on a hill can cause fluctuations in tire pressure or that maybe someone was jacking with me. When I drive out of the parking lot I became even more frustrated. The balance was worse than when I took it in, the TPMS sensors had not been re-learned, and the tire that had the leak was even lower, now sitting at 15 psi from 40psi. Come to find out, that wheel had a crack in it. I will never go back to this store.

Last week I changed the battery for my 2007 Camry, they installed the new battery without cleaning the terminals from corrosion and the charged me $34 as labor fees.Bad experience and I will never deal with them any more.
