I bought my used Civic from here and have brought it in for every oil change/maintenance. The Service department always makes sure you are taken care of when your car is getting serviced, they have a variety of snacks and drinks available inside while you wait for your car OR if you cannot wait- they have a shuttle available!The Honda of Fort Worth Team is so awesome and are always one call away for any questions or concerns I may have (I’ve never had ANY concerns btw) I really recommend buying your next car at this location the customer service is awesome!!

Great service department! Ive been going to this dealership for nine years and have been treated great! I have zero complaints. The place is clean, friendly, you can order any part you need and always they can answer any car questions I have. They take good care of me too! My favorite service advisors are Manny and Randall as they both are awesome!! I will continue to go to this service department!❤❤

The guy on the phone said they had the Used Civic in stock and was happy to speak to us about it. We get there and he immediately tries to sell us a new car and something different. I told him specifically what we wanted and he insisted the sedan was better n smaller. He brought a new one out for my son even though we had already told him we wanted hatchback. He asked us 3x if we wanted water, we said sure. We ended up leaving with no car or water.

Liz is the best. Shes the service associate who makes you feel appreciated and understood. She clearly prints out issues w your car, discusses options, and makes it all flow as well easy as possible. The service is solid, reliable, and transparent. The waiting lobby room is open, high ceiling, great TVs and seating full of natural light. If you have to wait, its a great place to kill time. My Honda CR-V is old, needs legit Honda parts and care. I get that here. I only wish Id come here first, because the other place was unreliable. Come here for clear assessment and diagnosis then work with great service staff like Liz to see step by step what your car baby needs.

Wallace was absolutely amazing helping us with our warranty issues. He called about 4 or 5 times to keep me in the loop, was always pleasant and courteous, took care of dealing with the extended warranty company, and was not in any way pushy. He came across very trustworthy, and I would be happy to deal with him again. Its rare to get good service anymore, and dealing with needing a tow and the number of problems on the vehicle would have been a nightmare if it was compounded by bad service. Im very happy with Fort Worth Honda.
