My friends recommended Randy’s shop to me. I am so glad they did! The Master’s Touch was the first shop to listen to my concerns and directly address them. Repairs had been recommended at another shop, but when Randy checked the car for me, they were not needed at all. He saved me $400 by doing that. The repairs that were needed were completed, and he spotted another issue we will address later. He even offered to check over the car for anything else it might need (it’s a 2003) free of charge. The dealer and another shop charge for diagnostics unless you use them for repairs. Thank you for being honest and ethical, Randy. Much appreciated!

My AC broke on Monday, I dropped my car here on Tuesday, and I had my car back with working AC by Wednesday! They did a great job with very fair pricing.

I had just bought an used car and it immediately started giving me problems. After a week the check engine light came on, other places told me oh you just need a tune up so I started searching on google and after seeing the awesome reviews for Randy & his shop I decided to give him a call. When I called Randy explained to me what a tune up meant and that it probably wouldnt fix my problem, he told me to bring it in and drop it off and he would find the problem & by the end of the day I had my car back! Randy explained to me what had gone wrong and how they fixed and another problem that might arise. About a week later that problem arised, I gave him a call and he had my car back me that same day! I was super sketchy about finding a mechanic because Im not from here but Im very thankful I found this place! Some mechanics can be very dishonest and untrustworthy but Randy was very honest and upfront with me he thoroughly explained everything to me, fixed the problem, and now I can drive my new car without worrying!! 10/10 recommend. I will return for all my auto needs!

When I needed a mechanic back in 1992, my brother told me about Masters Touch. I wont go anywhere else! Theyve always fixed our cars and trucks well, done it quickly and for a very reasonable price. If I take my car in for an oil change theyll look it over and let me know if everything looks good. Randy is great about telling me what Ill need to eventually have fixed and why (and gives me a quote so I know what Im looking at). I have over 200K miles on my Honda Pilot and recently went ahead and had them fix all the parts that were wearing out. I fully expect to get another 100K or more miles from it. The A/C on my fathers Lincoln had been repeatedly misdiagnosed. Not only had the previous mechanics misdiagnosed the problem, they actually damaged a part behind the dash.Randy found the problem and diagnosed it correctly. Then, he went in and repaired/undid what the other mechanics had done incorrectly. It was a painstaking process, once the entire dash was removed, but Randy and his crew figured out the root cause and finally fixed something that we had been told would require factory intervention to address.Great shop. They really know what theyre doing.

As a single female, it’s very nerve racking to try and figure out where to go when you’re needing auto repairs. My internet search led me to Masters Touch. Starting with my initial call, I found Mr. Randy the owner to be very pleasant, but it was his willingness to educate me on the problem that I had described and our discussions on repair options that made me feel at ease. We started with a diagnosis and a follow up call with his findings. I trusted his findings and gave him the go ahead to repair. The cost was fair for the amount of labor that was involved. I didn’t have to wait for a week for my car, it was ready the very next day. I highly recommend Masters touch. I’m a customer for life.

I have been a customer here for several years now. I had been treated to the stereotypical attitude of auto mechanics to women for years, I had even gone so far as to ask for help from male friends to deal with my previous auto shop mechanics for simple issues.A coworker of mine recommended these guys to troubleshoot an issue that had previously been termed ‘a figment of my imagination’. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue, they looked into if there was a recall in the works yet (which they confirmed to me that it was still under investigation), and told me what needed to happen to stopgap the issue until the recall came through (still waiting on this part unfortunately).Randy and all of his guys are super respectful, communicative, helpful, and willing to explain what is actually wrong with the car. I now take my car exclusively to them and when they work on it they look it over to make sure there aren’t any other issues that I haven’t asked about. This isn’t just about finding other simple things to make an extra buck. If I say no, they explain what could happen and why it should actually happen instead of giving me a sales pitch. Basically they treat me as another capable human being, instead of a ‘dumb female‘.Overall, Master’s Touch and their crew are amazing. There should be more people like them out there with the attitude of ‘I’m going to do the right thing to the best of my ability just because it is the right thing to do’.

Took my Truck to these guys with an oil leak.. another shop said it was the rear main seal.. these guys had the best price in town. But on further inspection I was miss diagnosed at the other shop and these guys found the actual problem and fixed it in a timely manner and I have not a drop of oil coming out of my truck now!! I have been using Randy and The Masters Touch for work on my personal vehicles for over ten years. My check engine light went on the other morning and my car was stalling. I am new to Texas and did not know of any good car shops to go to. I read the reviews online and decided to give them a call. Randy was very pleasant to speak too and told me to bring my car in right away and he would look at it. I only have 1 means of transportation and not knowing many people in the area makes it hard but Randy was able to get the car in, diagnose the issue and have my car back to me by the end of the day. This was the fifth auto repair shop that I had taken my vehicle to. The place that I had taken it to just before couldn’t tell me anything base on the information that I had given him. He told me that he had worked at a dealership for over twenty years.But when I arrived at this location I told the gentleman what was happening. He told me to leave it with him so that he could check it out. He called the next day and told me some things that was wrong that I didn’t tell him about. These things I had already known, but I wanted to see if he would find them. Well he did as well as some other things that I didn’t know. He was able to get my problems solved. and he was able to repair some things that normally I would have to take it to the dealership to get it repaired. The other places that I had taken my vehicle to before didn’t have the technology to program certain things afterwards. This place does good repair work as well as a lot of the repairs that you would normally have to go to the dealership for. I plan on taking my other vehicle to get repairs done as well.

I always feel like I get taken advantage of at other places. These guys take the best care of me! I never have to worry about a thing when I drive off.

Those of you with newer cars that youre trying to keep in warranty, take note that they do scheduled maintenance as well. You dont have to take your car to the dealer in order to stay in warranty.UPDATE (5/7/2016): Picked up our car again a few days ago. Randy and his team are still doing a great job from start to finish. They always get our vehicles back to us in a timely manner with a job well done. Something I really appreciate about them is that they give you a detailed invoice, go over it with you, and are patient with any questions you may have.

A big thanks to Randy and his team. Our new 2015 Avalon was recently stranded in the Fort Worth floods. We had it towed to the dealer where they said it was probably totaled. We towed the car to The Masters Touch where Randy and his team were able to remove the water from the engine without a major overhaul and get us back on the road in one day. I brought one of my company vans in because the camshaft was bad and it needed a new engine and I didnt want to pay dealer prices. Im glad I did because I saved a bunch of $ and got my van back faster than I would have at the dealer. Kudos to the team at Masters Touch for being professional, honest, and fast. I took my car here to have work done on the all wheel drive system. I had a decent first impression. They seemed to be knowledgeable when it came to my car’s AWD system, quoted me a fair price, and said they could work on my car later in the week. I agreed to have the work done and a few days later I dropped off my car first thing in the morning. They believed it would be a one-day repair, but they called that afternoon to ask if I was able to leave my car for an extra day. I said that was fine because I wanted them to take their time rather than rush it out the door. I picked up my car the next day. Everything with the repair itself seemed perfect until the very next day when I was running some errands. After finishing grocery shopping, I walked out to the parking lot to find that my car had rolled back 40+ feet from where I had parked it and damaged the bumper. I had driven a total of 11 miles when this occurred. Luckily, the only damage was a baseball-sized dent in the rear bumper and scratches that went all the way down to plastic. When I went back to The Master’s Touch to talk about what happened, they quickly concluded that the issue was unrelated to any work they had performed and refused to take any responsibility for the situation. My car got put on their lift, looked over, and returned to me without me even having the chance to point out where the shift linkage had come loose. Everything they did made me feel like I was attempting to con them out of money or something. I just wanted the damage on my bumper fixed. Needless to say, in the future I will be having repair work on my car performed elsewhere. I hope they are more willing to stand behind their work.Update: 4 years and 30,000+ miles later Ive had no other issues with my car shifting out of park after I reconnected the shift linkage that came loose. I can say with confidence that neither bad parts or my shifting were the cause. The only time the car has ever shifted out of park on its own is the day after I picked it up from The Masters Touch.

It was my first time here and I highly recommend this place to get your car fixed. I have an old 99 le sabre buick that needed a lot of work done with the front breaks and tie rod ends. Its been a few months now and it still feels brand new with no problems. They are very good with communication and quick with their work. Labor is a lil costy but with the great work they did, its well worth it. My old betsy still needs more work done and I will be going back to to this place to get it done. Afterall. U get what u pay for and this place is worth it. And to also add my hubby came in with his 2015 Ram that needed a waterpump replacement and they got that done within the same day. Randy and his team are awesome to work with. They all possess integrity in their work ethics when it comes to pricing and the quality of the work completed. They serviced my 2005 Chrsyler 300C SRT8. Because this particular year and model of the 300C was very rare the suspension parts were hard to find. Chrysler was back-ordered for months and months. Randy WORKED FEVERISHLY to find these parts for me and get my car back up to standard again. I was at the point of thinking about selling it because I couldn’t get the parts and the ride was horrible. Randy called overseas and everywhere. A few times, he ordered the parts and the vendor called back and cancelled the order because they couldnt deliver on their word that they had the parts. None the less, he didn’t turn me away as a customer. HE KEPT WORKING AND WORKING AND WORKING hard until he found the best quality product/parts for my vehicle. He and his team are awesome. I’ve enjoyed a smooth ride for the past 6 months. I waited until now to right my review because I wanted to make sure that all was truly well. Overall, they are a very professional team with tenacity to get the job done, great customer service and trust worthy. YOU WON’T REGRET having met them and your vehicle will thank you for the love and care they will give to it while servicing it. I plan to return as a customer.

Great folks to trust with your vehicle! Had several coolant leaks on my 2012 F150 Ecoboost and they were already aware of the problem and the most common spots to check. Upon tear down they found a few more spots we didnt know about during first inspection but were still able to take care of everything in one day - honest and quick will be using them again!

I found these guys here om google. Near perfect rate and almost all good reviews. They lived up to it.I left my car at the shop in the morning, left my keys in the key hole, and picked it up that same afternoon after work.All I needed was a transmission service. Drain and fill. They called and let me know what was going on with my vehicle at the time of Maintanence. Sold me on an add on, which I dont normally but was adiment on the product.Also got an oil change which was much needed. These guys were great! Im already gonna schedule an appointment for my wifes car! Price was half the bigger guys!

After having towed 2017 Toyota Tundra to local dealership and being told it would cost $8k and 7 days to make repairs. Called up Randy and he said “bring it over”. Towed vehicle to his location, 3 hours and $300 later vehicle fixed. Life saver, thank you.

No BS mechanic. They are so hard to find these days, but this place has great service,great communication, and no attempts to upsell you on services and parts you dont need. Honestly, probably the best shop in the area.

My husband took our 2009 Sentra here after getting a ridiculous quote from Meineke. Not only were they significantly under their quote, but they were able to finish our brakes and rotors today! They were recommended to us by a co-worker. We are going there from now on with all of our needs. Very courteous and thoughtful. Thanks a bunch Randy and Austin!

Had to have car towed in because brakes were not safe. This man wanted to charge me double what the typical cost was for the services according to my usual mechanic. Had to have the car picked up from him and towed to my usual mechanic in Alvarado. Even after both towing fees and his “diagnostic fee” I am still saving money just by taking it elsewhere. Felt like i was being roasted since he knew the car was grounded. I would never use him or recommend this shop.

Best damn automotive shop in town. The only place Ill ever take my cars.
