Always have the best assistance from AAA . From maps and trip tics with best fillup stops and construction it was just like Google maps on paper before cellular service. Stamped and highlighted by a real person. To gas when stranded, tire repair in my driveway, and those tows when everything goes stupid and the reliable vehicle is not so reliable anymore. Thank you for all you do and all those who are aligned with you to take such Phenomenal care of your customers!
If I could give a lower review, I would. AAA cancelled my policy without asking or informing me of the decision. (I believe it was a simple mistake when I went to bundle renters with auto) but the cancelation for my auto was that day. This could have been a simple mistake with a simple fix of reestablishing my policy.However, when I noticed the error and went back to AAA, since I had been a loyal customer for over 6 years, they told me that I needed to pay the lapse in coverage fee: 50 dollars a month for a year on top of full coverage insurance. When I tried to dispute it, they never once took accountability for their mistake, and told me that I would need to pay the Lapse in Coverage Fee, regardless of whos fault it is.So I cancelled my policy. The agent told me that since it was my first year with AAA, there would be a cancelation fee, which she said shes seen between 20 and 60 dollars. I was I little upset because it was their fault for the lapse in coverage, then they wanted me to pay for the cancelation, but 20 to 60 bucks seemed doable to make the problem go away.What they actually charged me was 265 dollars to cancel. This was totally unjustified since it all started with their mistake! So I called AAA repeatedly and told them that this was not okay, and that I was unwilling to pay this because it was their error. Well, I just got off the phone with collections. 🎉 This company does not care at all about the customer.So when considering AAA for your insurance needs, do yourself a favor, and dont.

Expensive as hell, when I moved here my rates went up 30 dollars. If I didnt have an auto loan Id cancel and shop another insurance company instantly.

I needed to go in to the AAA office to renew my membership today. They were strictly following COVID protections guidelines, which was comforting. The clerk was very efficient and helpful. She asked if I did needed any maps or guidebooks, I assured her that I did not at this time, but would when the COVID situation was resolved.

I was in a situation where my family and I were stranded due to car not starting. Demetrius Robinson was the agent that came and started our vehicle that got us back on the road. We were forever grateful. It was very cold outside and we were happy to be on our way.
Worst service. I have been paying my membership for no type of service. I gave it 2 trys and they did the same thing over and over. First time I called at 11:00 PM requesting a tow and They kept telling me they were on the way so I waited and waited until 7:30 AM mind you I kept calling them every hour and they kept giving me the same answer!! At 7:30 finally a lady with more common sense told me they were not finding a tow truck that is why noone was showing up. ! I ended up canceling and paying out of pocket for a truck. Today they did the same thing they have been having me waiting for 3 hours saying someone is on the way and then saying they are looking for a different one I would NOT recomend this service to anyone!

Tried posting my horrible experience twice and the screen keeps clearing. Your claims process is scary and horrible. Takes forever and a day to get correct insurance cards. Employees dont care and Supervisors unresponsive. Getting new insurance quick!!!

We went in to notarize our wills and they were very helpful. They did it toward the end of their day and didnt rush. Very helpful service. Lots of services offered.
I also have had a bad time with AAA. First off I was offered a thermos and a gift card when I signed up with AAA in February. I called them in July to let them know that I have not received my thermos and gift card. They said they submitted the request and it will take 10 weeks to receive it. Its November and still nothing.Secondly I called AAA today at 7:09pm requesting a tow truck to tow my car home. They said it will be Fort Worth Towing and they should get there within the hour. I called AAA back 30 minutes later because I had not heard anything from anyone. They said Fort Worth Towing had not dispatched anyone yet to tow my car because they were attending other calls. Around 8pm I get a call stating the tow truck is on its way, and can take up to another hour for the tow truck to arrive. I called at 8:36pm to check on the tow truck. AAA was not aware of the whereabouts of the tow truck. I was supposed to get a call back about the tow truck, but that never happened. I called back to complaint at 8:46pm. On the call the expected time of arrival had been extended yet again. I had to tie a chain to the back of a truck to tow my own car.Really this is pathetic. Im a plus member for AAA, and I ended up towing my own car.
We have had AAA Texas for 4 years. We paid extra for the Premier RV services. In the 4 years we have had this service we have called them twice for a flat tire on our RV. Both times they sent out someone who could not change a tire on the RV. This last time we were stuck on the side of the Interstate when the AAA person pulls up, looks at our RV and says “I can’t change that tire.” He then gets in his truck and drives away. We had been waiting over 2 hours. I immediately called AAA back and they said “oh we will send someone else out.” My husband ended up changing the tire with the help of a Duncanville Police Officer. I called AAA back to let them know we got the tire changed and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told one would call me back! I am still waiting to hear from a supervisor! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! There will not be a third time! Worst service ever! I will never use AAA or recommend them to anyone!
Gabriel is not professional at all. Disrespected my dad and was not able to help. Rarely do I ever leave a review but it had to be done. If you are looking to be disrespected you are at the right place. If I can do zero stars I will!
AAA is always there to help no matter the situation. They always respond quickly and with updates along the way so you know how things are progressing.
I attempted to arrange for roadside assistance this morning, 12-4-2016. All agencies listed on my laptop screen show (NOT OPEN), even though the top entry on their web site says 7/24. I will call Monday and advise that I wont be renewing my membership in March 2017.

I have been member of aaa for more than 10 years. Now Im not going to renew next year. I get the emails of insurance cancellation letter almost every month even though there is no problem with my insurance currently. It all started from the mistake of an agent in this office. I have to call aaa every time when I get this email to make sure my insurance is ok. I got another one last night and Im going to call them again today. Dont visit this office. You will get email spam. Just call aaa if you want to record the conversation between you and agent.

Hey i had some issues starting up and was a little sketcky with the communication at first. But after it was all said and done, Jennifer and Donovan got everything squared away. I would recoomend these guys to anyone. Those two definitely deserve a raise

IVE called this office numerous times and they refuse 2 return any of my calls. I am a top tier member! I SENT AN EMAIL COMPLAINT, NO REPLY. I COMPLAINED 2 THE TOLL FREE NUMBER, NO SATISFACTION. I finally called the travel toll free number and they were of NO HELP.
