Had just started driving to Ohio when my car started violently shaking. Went to Ace and had to wait a little bit before they looked at my vehicle, but they immediately figured out the issue and replaced my tire very quickly for a fair price. Lifesaver!

Very unprofessional and untrustworthy business. They put me on schedule and a day prior to the scheduled appointment, I called and they cancelled due to be short handed. No wonder no one wants to work with unreliable employer. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself time and money and find someone professional.

Got to my location within 30 minutes of my call and had my dumptruck working again in another 30. Very fast and real nice guy.

I had a roofing nail in the outer side of my brand new tire. I talked with Justin, and he took a look at it for me. Patched it up and got me back up and going again...all during my lunch break! This is a good shop and Justin took great care of me!!!

Called at 12am sitting on the shoulder of I-30 needing 2 trailer tires. 01:45 Im back rolling with 2 new virgins and didnt have to spend a fortune. Would be great if the tech had a credit card machine or the square but since they were so speedy and on point heres the cash lets keep the momentum going. Thanks I was still able to make my drop time and back in Dallas for a late breakfast. There on speed dial now.

Perfect service at the price quoted. These folks know tires and how to install them. I have a motorhome with 22.5 inch tires and Robert is an experienced installer who knows what to do. I made an appointment and they were there for the time and price quoted ... actually took the time to help me know more about my tires on the RV. Location is really great with smooth access to the major roads for our large vehicle. Great place.

Recent former employee. Was not given the last of my check. Rest assured the claim has been filed. Also, dont go here unless you want parts thrown at your car without actually knowing whats wrong with it. Saw this happen plenty of times.

Horrible ! Do not call them . Thousands of dollars of damage to my car ! Not only did the tech strip my lug nuts he stripped out the inserts ! My whole tire came flying off due to this damage just horrible ! They will be hearing from my attorney!

Had a blowout on an overloaded trailer. Called 15 tow truck companies but no one could help. I called Ace and nobody answered, but I received a call back about 5 minutes later. Was quoted price and given a 30 minute time estimate. Got a call from service tech who asked me what I wanted to drink while he took off my blown tire, mounted new one, and reinstalled. Arrived 5 minutes before I was told. Amazing service. Couldnt be happier!

Horrible service. . I was given a hour and half ETA, thats fine its Sunday.. So after 2 1/2 hours I decided to call back, no answer. . Ten minutes later, call back, still no answer..
