So Ive been thinking about this review for a while now and I think its a good time to share about my experience. So Im from California, a youth minister who doesnt have a ton of $$$ to put into repairs but I also know that you dont leave a problem unresolved. I was passing through Fort Worth on my way to Michigan when I ran into a transmission light warning. I pulled into CBA after of a recommendation I received from a local church the day before and these ppl were awesome. They took a few days to diagnose my car, and after the fact, were completely honest in what I needed to get done. In California an honest mechanic is more valuable than the price they will charge you. The team at CBA were honest and straight forward in their assessment, instead of recommending work that didnt need to get done or spring a huge bill on a vulnerable traveller... they stuck to the truth.Its been about 2wks since my visit and I can honestly say they recommendations were spot on. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Christian Brothers always does a great job and I appreciate their honesty. They never try to sell me something I dont need.

I have been using Christian Brothers in Rufe Snow for almost three years and they are very honest people. They do everything right. Every time I get my car back, the problems are fixed. They had done several services to my car per my request like, fuel services, transmission flush, coolant flush, engine gasket replacement (lots of them), Intake cam Sensor Replacement, ABS wheel speed sensor replacement, power steering flush, change rotors and brake pads, rack and pinion replacement, and engine oil and filter change. They were excellent on all of those services. Also, they recommended some services that might be needed to my car but it was up to me to approve or decline it. I declined some of them and there was no pressure from them and they did not ask why. They are very decent people. I also like their three year or 36000 miles warranty whichever occurs LAST.

I really like the fact that you guys have ladies at the front desk. It makes it so much more comfortable when we women walk in a have someone who speaks our language. Both ladies were so welcoming and helpful that I will be bringing both my vehicles in to get serviced from now on.

Was having issues with the A/C in my car, tricky part is my car takes the new 123yf freon which a lot of places cant service but they were able to. They were kind from the first phone call, through the service of my car, and to my pickup. Could not be happier.

I was in town from out of state and needed an oil change. Your staff was honest, knowledgable, and quick. I scheduled online and received prompt acknowledgment. I showed up a few minutes early to my appointment, greeted by friendly staff, and was in and out in under twenty minutes.

Impeccable customer service! Heather and Brandon were great. Came in because I was having trouble turning my steering wheel and they got me in and out within just a couple of hours. Brandon helped me get my Light bulb changed out. Originally thought it was an HID bulb he informed me it was a regular bulb and I could replace my HID if I wanted but didn’t need to for it to be within regulations to drive the vehicle. They are honest and quick! Would definitely come back for any repairs.

Registered online for an advertised oil change. Provided year, make and model of my car. They replied that it required full synthetic oil and filter, and then gave me price. Scheduled the service, but after arrival, I was told that price would be over twice as much due to being a European car, even though that info had been provided.

I called 6 or 7 other places looking for someone that had the right tool to remove a magnetic drain plug for an oil change. I saw CBA through an ad on Instagram and contacted them through the link. No problem having the right tool, no problem working me in the SAME DAY and providing great service. The front office staff was great too. I will be coming back to CBA.

Went mid-week for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised. Have been to several car repair centers in NW Fort Worth and will be returning to this one. Took my car in last week to get my oil changed and they did a full inspection of my car and sent me a link to a report for all of the things on my car that need attention, and pictures attached, which is just awesome to me, never had any other shop do that for me. Within 2 hours they called to tell me to tell me my oil had been changed and my car looked good. As a women who doesn’t know much about cars, they gave advice about which oil To use, they were not pushy and told me a couple things I might want done in the future. I recently had a ton of major work done with little notice to the shop. To make a long story short, I rely on my vehicle to live and my vehicle was no longer safe to drive. Scott and his technicians went over and above to see to it I got the highest quality service for the lowest price available. The staff was professional and respectful, the technicians were polite, respectful and informative. They finished my vehicle long before the estimated time and made every accommodation for me to be comfortable during my wait. I strongly recommend this particular location to anyone who needs a trustworthy repair shop with experienced, certified technicians and a fair price.EDIT: I went back to the business where I had an alignment after my front end work was done to realign under their warranty. The estimate was for $1800.00 they said I needed a new steering gear box and camber bolts. Christian Brothers, North Richland Hills told me my truck doesnt even have Camber bolts and my steering gear box is fine. My vehicle had too much weight on the back end. I am even more convinced of the honesty and integrity of the owner and employees of this business.

First time visiting this location. Very friendly and engaging staff. they work with you by recommending ONLY repairs that need repaired now and those that can wait, saving you money. Christian Brothers at this location is the only place we take our vehicles for service. Over the years they have really done a great job with all our needs. Weve always felt the price is right and the quality of work is right. One perfect example is when the dealership said a specific part needed to be replaced for a lot of money. I brought the vehicle in to Christian Brothers. They diagnosed the same problem but recommended a different repair for a lot better price. Its been more than 7 years since that time and the part we didnt replace is still working fine. Christian Brothers didnt recommend a repair just to make money. They recommended the right repair that saved me money.

I’ve been bringing our vehicles here for the last year and have been really happy. This is the first and only shop where I don’t mind having my wife and kids in the waiting room, very clean and staff is always friendly. At this location, the inside service are very friendly honest people that will tell you the truth about your cars issues. I have had them tell me what they would do if it was there car which has sometimes resulted in them coaching me on how to fix something simple myself. I have had many wonderful car repair experiences with the Christian Brothers Rufe Snow location. Theyre always very prompt and pleasant to work with. The last time I had my repairs done the bill was less than they quoted too.

I thought I needed brakes because my car was making a grinding noise. I looked up Christian Brothers and filled out their preliminary information to inquire about the cost of a brake job. I took my truck over to them a few minutes later and no sooner did I pull into the parking lot and park my truck their mechanic told me I needed U-joints. I left my truck with them, they did a full inspection to make sure it was just U-joints and that is exactly what is was. The brakes checked out fine and my total job cost about 60% of what I originally thought it was doing to cost. It was quick, convenient and I am happy with the repair and the warranty I have on the parts that were replaced.

I appreciated the concern and thoughtfulness of everyone there. My car was fixed in a very timely manner and the total bill seemed in line with what I compared with others. I felt at ease with getting my work done there instead of being uneasy with another business. Many thanks.
