This local tire repair shop is the best. Rolled in and got my tire patched in like 20 minutes. They offer a roadside service as well and are just all around a good business. 10/10 would recommend.

They were fantastic! I had a flat by the medical school and no extra tire. Fort Worth Tire came to me and had my tire replaced within the hour and it was less then the tow would have cost to get me to Honda of Fort Worth! As a busy Realtor, it was a real life saver! Fort Worth Tire is the only place I trust to mount oversize tires on my Jeep. Ive had my wheels damaged at Discount Tire too many times - never again! Service was fast, pricing was reasonable and I love that when I spend my money here, Im supporting a family-run local business rather than a national chain. They have my business for every vehicle I own!

If you care about your car and hard earned money, stay away from this place! As you can see from the photos, my wheels were destroyed in the process of mounting tires. On top of that, I was charged $25 per tire (other shops charge around $16 per tire). I overpaid to end up having my wheels damaged and then be laughed at my face when I showed them the damage. The owner didnt even take a minute to consider the possibility that they had caused the damage even though I told him my car had only been to his shop. Worse customer service ever!

I had two front tires on my Mercedes that did NOT want to come off. Walmart broke 3 sockets trying to take them off. Fort Worth Tire & Service were the ONLY ones capable of getting them off without braking or damaging the hub. They saved me almost $1000!!Truly recommend!

They accidentally scheduled me after an early closing today, but they stayed late to stay good on their word of getting this done for me when they said they would. I assume the job will be well done and will update if not. Dude has an cool British accent and they work hard. Full install took 15 minutes for 4 new tires.

I bought a used tire from this company on Sunday 6/21, which is not something I do at all ever. But I gave this company a chance. The owner told me it was a very good used tire. The tire was on flat from the moment they put it on. The tire lost air pressure everytime I drove it. I maybe drive 50 miles on the tire in total. So went bought a new tire on 6/22. Discount Tire asked me if the tire was losing air because it was ruined from the inside out. When I did bring the tire back to ask for it to be either replaced or money given back. The company refused, he said that I should have called when the tire went flat. No!! You should’ve done it right the first time and stop selling tires that are no good. I don’t take chances on my life, with tires on the highway.

Ive been taking my cars here for nearly 30 years. This is absolutely the first shop I will always refer anyone to who needs a car repair or a used tire. I sometimes call around before getting a job done if I need the work faster than they can get to it because they are BUSY for good reason. When I make those calls, it isnt unusual for other shops hear Sams name and They start telling ME how great he is. Thats a testament to how honest and respected this shop is. I love all these guys. Id give them 10 stars if Google let me. If you need a mechanic, you can trust your car with this shop.

Incredible service. I suffered a flat on one of my tires and they took care of it in no time (10 minutes) even though I showed up just before closing time on a Saturday. Patched the tire, put it back on the vehicle, and refilled the air on all my tires too (didnt even ask for that!) for a really low cost. Friendly conversations, too.

Great customer service. Boss man was lovely and greeted me and managed to get me in & out in a timely manner even when they were super swamped. All employees were great as well. Each and everyone of them managed to assist others that were there before me & help me when assigned by their great boss. Cashier was super pleasing to interact with & cracked a few jokes. I arrived after the 2 people in front of me and they got them and myself out in almost the same amount of time. This was my first time here and I would highly reccomend them. Ive been to this tire store three times I went to go price a set of tires either a pair of four and I spoke to Martin a British bloke with a heavy brogue accent whos very nice I was there just the other day just getting air in my tire and he was nice enough to assist me as we all know theres no place you can get air without paying $2 at a air pump that usually does not work or if you get lucky enough at a cutie which lots of times is this broken because people do not know how to use a simple air pump but the pricing at this tire store seems a little high now is there the other day and I asked about a semi all-terrain tire for a Suburban set of 4 he told me they were $1,000 knew he would sell them to me for 402 $500 I dont remember I think it was $500 125 a piece he proceeded to look for them to show me the tread but he could not find them which is understandable he has lots of inventory there but I have gotten tires down the street on the same side of the street all the way almost to Jacksboro Highway just before the Shell station Ive gotten pre-owned tires there that are pretty good for a lot less money other than that this tire store is new at this location but in business many years they dont usually do not have the size tire that I need which is a very popular size other than that this is the third time I pass by and ask about tires and they seem to be a little overpriced even for used tires

Unmatched Customer Service!!! Recently, I ran over a curb in my rental car while in Fort Worth for my Navy Reserve Drill Weekend. Happened on a Sunday morning. Tire went down but not completely flat, so I installed the donut and then called and visited several tire shops, who said they neither could fix the tire rim or order one in less than 48 hours. Called Sam Timmons at his road service number, and told him I did not have an emergency but needed someone to look at the tire. Even those his business is closed on Sunday, he told me he was on a call and would meet me at his shop in two hours. I showed up, he and his associate gave me a Coca-Cola, looked at the tire, fixed the tire rim, re-installed the tire, and checked all four tires and the donut. He then refused to take my money. Others showed up while I was there and Sam and his associate provided assistance to them as well. This review is the least I can do to thank Fort Worth Tire & Service.

Let me tell you I was so frusterated after getting my tire fixed at their shop today after work I stopped to get gas on my way home and when I came out of the gas station the tire was flat!! I just knew I was in trouble because the shop was now closed so I was just going to call the shop and leave a message about how they did such a poor job fixing my tire but to my surprise they have a 24 hour service person who Not only took my call but showed up to fix my tire! THANK YOU SAM for not leaving me stranded! This was ABSOLUTELY the nicest man ever! I will forever be getting my tire service and any other services they offer here.

Got a flat tire 10pm on a Saturday night stranded with a 1 year old in the back and no spare. This guy came out with a new tire for me. Prices were fare and he was about the nicest person in Texas. I recommend this place to everyone!!!

Woke up to a flat tire. Found these guys online. Called and told them where I was. Got a call within two minutes from the service man saying he would be at my location in 30 mins. Met Sam. This man was professional, experienced, and old school. Took my tire off, patched it up and got me back on the road. Took about 2 hrs but considering everything, they were quick to get to me and get me aired up and going again. 24 hr road service. He said “we will get to you at 3am, we just may charge you a little more”. Understandable though ha. Thanks

I had just gotten my first car and came here last month to get new tires. as soon as i pulled in someone approached me and asked what i needed and they very quickly began working on my car! my tires have locks on them and i didn’t have the key for them and they took time to look and see if they had one! they found one and in an hour or so they handed me my keys and sent me off. the price was decent and the service was amazing. these kind of places always make me feel uncomfortable but everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. will definitely come back and i tell all my friends with any tire troubles to go here.

This is the best place I have ever taken my car too. They took the time out to thoroughly look into what was going on and explained to me everything, they even showed me what was wrong and showed how they were going to fix it. After they spent all that time going over my car with a fine tooth comb they still charged me a more than fair price. They did the best job possible and were still the cheapest. Great experience. Had a wobbly tire. Pulled in and the guys found the problem quickly, replaced the bad tire with a quality used tire, rotated and balanced the others for a fair price.

These people were my saving grace. When I left work the previous night I found a note on my driver side window telling me I had a flat tire on the right rear side. Went to their shop early Saturday morning, got four tires and an alignment at a very reasonable price with great service.
