What more could you possibly ask for when purchasing a new vehicle? The sales guy Trey was never pushy and ensured that all of our questions and concerns where answered. It took some time and effort to locate the right truck but he was patient and courteous throughout the entire process. One of the most dreaded parts of buying a new vehicle is the hours upon hours that are spent in a dealership going back and forth and then completing the process. The sales manager Ali made sure that this was not our experience and we were in and out well within an hour. For the first time in a long time, we had an enjoyable experience purchasing a new truck as it very well should be. Time and money well spent and I highly recommend the team at Autonation Ford South!

Five Stars go out to the Service Department on our recent rear differential work performed on our F-150 truck. Our service advisor, Mr. Fisher, kept us informed of the entire process, from obtaining parts through completion of work. The service tech, Mark, fully explained the work needed which gave us 100% confidence our vehicle would be totally safe after the repair was complete. I would definitely recommend AutoNation in Ft. Worth. I recently purchased my second vehicle from this dealership. The process is very easy. I am not in the dfw area and most of the process was handled via telephone and email. My salesman was great. Only complaint is that I had to wait a while to get to the finance department.

0 Stars and two fat thumbs DOWN! If you’re in the market for a car and need a GOOD, RELIABLE car: DO NOT- I repeat: DO NOT! GO TO FORD AUTO NATION SOUTH FORT WORTH!!! They are a fraud! Seriously, they sold me a car that started smoking out the a/c vents a few days after purchase. I took it back and they sent it for repairs on engine issues- lasting more than 3 weeks!!! When I did get the car back, I drove it off the lot and made it to the light at the I-20 intersection right down the street when the alert light turned back on!!! I turned right back around and let them know, & informed them that I did not want that car- since it’s NOT RELIABLE- they said they couldn’t give me back the money I paid down on it- $6500!!! But they “would buy it back” -I ended up LOSING OVER $4000 CASH MONEY due to my unfortunate dealings with shady MARTIN and shady LARRY BALKAM at SHADY FORD AUTONATION SOUTH FORT WORTH…

Had an excellent experience here with the staff and atmosphere. Matthew Cook, my sales representative, was fantastic in answering all my questions and making the process move as smooth as possible. He stays in touch even after you’ve driven off the lot with your vehicle to make sure everything is to satisfaction, and he’ll take care of you if you have any complaints. I would not buy another vehicle from this location. From the beginning there were things said that were not true. If I could find the same car somewhere else I would have waited. Now two weeks after buying the car an issue came up that should have been taken care of before ( a recall ) and they have no loaner cars or do they??. There service is two to three weeks out just to see it . They asked me to call other Ford locations to see if they can fix this in less that two weeks or see if they have a lone car. The extended warranty does not cover this. If your a buyer that can wait or find it somewhere else to buy I would strongly recommend it.Wanted to update this-- I did speak to the GM he understood my situation and I understand his. He is working to take of this next week I will update this and let you know.

Go only if you see the car is there only. Dont expect any special treatment as published. Once papers signed, no one listen to you. Sales person dont tell anything about the car. You need to check yourself and there are chances you will miss something. In my case there was a crack on windshield which was not told ahead of time and never told me that there is only car key till delivery and asked for upto $200 for additional key. Sales manager didnt reply my phone calls after sales.

Sales department was awesome. (Darryl) he did everything in his power to assist. Tammy was in charge of fixing a few things the sales department agreed to fix during purchase. It also had a few warranty items to be fixed wile at the dealership. I dropped it off the day before my 9 day vacation. I’m not sure where the ball was dropped but poor communication. I called 3 days in a row and left a message every say for Tammy to make sure she had remembered everything we discussed because she wrote nothing down. Obviously she didn’t because my vehicle sat for 10 days before being turned over to the service department. They did an average job, had to call me and ask about everything Tammy and I had discussed because it was turned over to service with no list or notes of repairs. Service department gave me the run around about the driver door popping, tried telling me it was from an accident? and my sliding side door, they told me it was a body shop fix. At the end of the day all I needed was communication during the 4 weeks my vehicle was on site. I picked my vehicle up and took it to McDavid Ford Fort Worth to get my two doors fixed. we have the parts in stock and no this is not a body shop fix, this is a mechanical fix. So I purchased the parts and brought it back to be repaired. McDavid Ford Fort Worth did me right, fixed both doors without the runaround.At the end of the day I was willing to purchase the parts for repairs and pay out of pocket if my warranty didn’t cover, all I got was the run around.

He will take the time to explain things in detail and answer any questions. Purchased a 4-year old Subaru Legacy several years ago and, though the sales rep (Steve) was fantastic, everything else about the transaction was horrible. Management sold a car that had a major issue recall and did not communicate it to us at all. Though they initially promised to make it right, they in fact never took any steps to resolve the issue. I could never get a response (email phone call, text) from management and they said the issue was Subarus fault (when in fact all fault fell squarely on the dealership). I would never do business with them again nor can I recommend them to others because I do not trust them. The entire transaction was full of saying one thing and doing something else entirely. Further, it took them more than 11 weeks to get all of the appropriate paperwork in order for me to register the vehicle in Colorado.

My husband and I took a chance and bought a used vehicle sight unseen and trusting the salesman description of the truck we were interested in. Usually, dealerships can have that sleazy used car salesman feel, but this dealership was not like that at all. We were very pleasantly surprised. I want to say that I really had a great service experience at AutoNation Ford South. Im very picky of who I let work on my 1996 ford f150 truck. I came in for an oil change and my service advisor very professional, polite, and very helpful in providing me with a print out of recommended services that my vehicle needed at the mileage that my vehicle was at. The technician not only did the oil change but did a very good through inspection of my vehicle in the multi point inspection. The job took about an hour which I thought was great considering all that is done to ensure that my vehicle is in top notch working order. I give my service advisor and the service department a 10 for quality service. If you want quality service and your vehicle taken care of properly I recommend AutoNation Ford South at 5300 Campus drive for your service needs.

I brought my ford 350 ecocline for service, oil change and brake inspection. Jerry Fisher inform me my I needed front end repair work substantially ordered parts. A week later the parts arrived, but then told me he didnt have a lift to repair the vehicle, after promising me it would be done by the middle of the week. He should had told me the lift wasnt available in the first place, instead of wasting my time. After 2 weeks in their shop, I took it to another mechanic and he said it will take 2 days to repair. Very poor service.

Very bad experience from this dealership. The people who were supposed to detail the car did absolutely terrible. The tint guy they use here also left bubbles on every window and one was even starting to peel. I had to come back a second time from two hours away to get it detailed and they basically just vacuumed. Buying my car here was very inconvenient but the salesman I had was at least kind so that’s one positive to take away.

Jerry Fisher and his service team rock and are God sent in a time of trouble. If you need a Ford or need repairs, his team is there and will find the problem. I appreciate him scheduling me an appointment right away after Five Star Ford was not accommodating and of No help. Dont go to Five Star ever. Choose Autonation Ford just a little over 30 minutes away from them. If you want a Ford and you live in Ft. WORTH area, go to Autonation Ford on Campus Drive. Went in for an oil change that I had scheduled days before, and still had to wait an hour. Whats more, someone came in 15 minutes after me and I heard her tell someone on the phone shed be an hour. 15 minutes later a guy comes back to the waiting area and tells her shes ready. She was as surprised as I was. The man said he didnt want her to wait long. She was pretty. Go figure. I had to wait another 45 minutes before they were done with changing my oil.

We were first initially talked to by one of the sales associates, Martin M., he was very sociable and nice and got us inside to answer one of our initial questions. He then passed us on to, Francisco which sat down with us and told us a little bit about the car while Martin went and found out the answers to our questions. My appointment Thursday surprised me. I called the call center from their email pertaining to the recalls, set a appointment for one week from the call. Added some maintenance preventions and expected...Upon arrival, technicians unavailable for recall work, and sales items discontinued.To say the least that means another appointment for my recall item( luggage rack) that will take days to complete!Not happy!!!!Since when do your cars not need GAS CAPS!!! Mine has never been there, since newly purchased.???? The explanation was, they stopped because people were leaving them at gas stations!?!???? Top notch folks at Auto Nation! If you’re in the market for a new ride, get in touch with Doug Ball. Better yet, he may have already reached out if you’ve shown interest. Best truck buying experience yet. Priced right, no BS, quality inventory. I bought a truck that was recent trade in, and they held onto it for a couple days after buying to make sure the maintenance was totally updated. They put new brakes on all around (which checked out on my end during test drive). Had it all shined up and ready to go, took the time to walk me through all the bells and whistles, security features, etc of my new to me F250 Lariat. One owner, no accidents truck that was hard to find elsewhere. Go see Doug! He’ll take good care of you!

I honestly wish I would have taken pictures! I went in with my friend to go pick up a part for my car and the lot was spotless! She went into the parts department while I wandered inside to find the ladies room. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I cant recall the gentlemans name who directed me to the rest room BUT I can tell you that he was very friendly and very happy to point me in that direction. There was a positive energy and the whole place radiated with the buzz of people who you could tell genuinely LOVE THIER JOB, and I can definitely see why!!In case you were wondering, the bathroom was spotless as well 🥰

After doing a KBB cash offer assessment online, I immediately received two phone calls asking to purchase my 2014 Venza. One was Honda of Burleson the other was Scott Gray at AutoNation South Ft Worth. The next morning I drove to the Honda dealership because they were closer and had called first. After an hour of back and forth nonsense and picking apart my one owner very immaculate Toyota, I received an offer $1700 less than KBB. No thanks. I returned home, called Scott Gray at AutoNation and asked if I could move up my appointment with him; he was more than happy to see me a day early. I drove to AutoNation went to Scotts office and dealt only with him, which was odd. He took care of the paperwork and within an hour presented me with an estimate that was exactly what KBB online had offered me. Shortly thereafter I had a check in hand for the offered amount. I said to Scott, this is not possible, things dont go this smoothly at car dealerships. He said, they do at AutoNation. Very pleased with the entire process. I did receive an email from the president of AutoNation South Ft Worth thanking me for my business and offering to make right anything I was displeased with. All Good! Kudos AutoNation! If I could choose no star, would be excellent for me, my husband took our vehicle with a mechanical issue and guess what when we went to find out if the vehicle was ready to pickup at first nobody knew what happened to the vehicle and then the mechanic told us that after he finished fixing it we decided to traded it to get a new one🙄🙄 which never asked for that to be done or signed any paperwork to authorize, after been there for more than one hour finally they find out the vehicle was in the shop and without any apology they only told us go outside it’s already there that wasn’t the worse thing, when my husband started to drive the car, he find out they haven’t fixed anything, same issues and the maintenance light on😡😡

AutoNation Ford Southwest Ford Fort Worth was fantastic! Ive never had a more pleasant experience purchasing a car. My car salesman wasnt pushy and was very friendly and professional. The finance guy Zach Davis was exceptional. I called him and explained that I was a home healthcare worker and that I had several clients that I needed to get to every week and that my car had broke down so I was desperately needing a loan and that I only had $500 to put down. I was originally approved but the creditor wanted $1600 down. Zach said he was going to help me and 30 minutes later he called with my deal and I was in my car that day. The service I received there was 100% and I would recommend them to anyone.
