Amazing experience! We had our vehicle repaired here about a year ago. A couple weeks ago we noticed peeling paint on the bumper. Today we stopped in just to see if this was something included in the previous repairs.Without missing a beat, they took responsibility! They will fix the paint at no charge. What really floored me was the rental car during repairs. They are covering that as well!THIS is great customer service.
Theyve always been very helpful and great with your time. Always keeping you informed of your vehicle and the progress that is being made. The staff is very nice. Makes you feel like youve known them a long time! Even though you just met them two days ago lol. ❤

I am a Native Texan and use to the hail storms we receive. But, this was the first time I have experienced damage to my car!Of course, the thought of the process ahead of me was overwhelming.Service King in Benbrook was a preferred shop recommended by my insurance company.I never had to contact them to check on the process. They sent me updates ( via text !) with updates throughout the process.They worked so hard to deliver my car to me within my rental car coverage limits!!I am over-the-moon with the quality of my repairs.If you are looking for a pleasant experience on your auto repairs, please give this location a try!!

The fixed my car after being rear ended and my car looks great now. They were sure to use the right parts and the best. They were kind and professional. Only thing odd about the car is that the trunk lid sticks now when I open it.. it used to not get stuck but now it does. Not a big deal.

This is the only place Ill take my vehicles for repair. I’ve had hail damage, vandalism, and collision repair work done here and everytime the work has been exceptional! There is always little to no wait time and everyone is very friendly and professional. They also partner with Enterprise making it even more convenient. I highly recommend their services!

Been there a couple of times. Theyve always treated me nice and professionally. The quality of there workmanship was very good. They were able to make it look like new.
Horrible costumer service, I called to let them know I would be coming in the afternoon to pick up my vehicle. I arrived at 530 and the door/gates were locked even though posted time says 6pm. I knocked and called with no answer even though there were cars still there. Finally after 15 min of waiting we left. Got a hold of someone at 555 and they said they were open even though I stood there for 15 min with no-one answering the knocking on the door or calls.
Service King made the whole process of repairing my car a pleasant experience. They went out of their way to work with my schedule, kept me informed of all progress, and we’re always friendly and helpful.

I brought my daughter’s car to Service King due to an accident. Service King sent me a daily text message to keep me abreast of the progress on the car. Friendly staff. They say they will call when your vehicle is ready, I was told they left a message, but I didnt receive one. I called after 4 days and was told the vehicle would be ready the next day. Went by the next day and they were closed. It was a Saturday. A lady was there and stated they dont open on Saturdays anymore. It was quick service, but I could have had my ride if they would have called me or left a message.
They kept putting off my appt. I went to another company for the service
Elizabeth was an absolute pleasure to work with! I will be referring Service King to all of my family and friends solely based off of her help & customer service. She helped me save $700 on an entirely separate claim. Another adjuster from a separate accident tried to take advantage of the fact that I’m a young woman who doesn’t know the specifics. Elizabeth took matters into her own hands and knew exactly what to ask. Saving me $700 after they lied to me about the services they provided (Caliber Collision). I am so grateful to have worked with someone who understood my current situation and went out of her way to make my life easier!

I’ve taken my car there twice. The first time I did not receive a call letting me know that the car was ready. When I called to check on the status they said it’s been ready. By that time my car was already dirty on the outside from sitting outside. One of the employees apologized and I figured that they were busy and it wasn’t that big of a deal... A year later when I needed service on my car again I decided to give them a chance because if they convenience, but again they keep messing up! Never again! They are not organized at all and I don’t feel like I’m valued as a costumer. I will be notifying my insurance company about the lack of professionalism. Fingers crossed the quality it’s good this time around.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Dealing with Service King has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business I’ve ever dealt with. I had my BMW taken in for collision damage. Nothing more. When I received my vehicle back from Service King, my electrical system was damaged. None of my lights or alarm system work, making my car useless. What I thought would be an easy body repair turned out to be way worse. Service King has caused my car more damage than it had before they “repaired” it. When I told the guy at Service King that nothing was working, he said there was nothing they could do and that I’d have to take it to BMW. The guy even said he told my insurance about the situation, and that Progressive would cover it. He actually didn’t relay any information to Progressive, and I’m now having to fight with my insurance company to cover damages caused by Service King. I will never take another vehicle to the incompetent crew at Service King, and I will do my best to make sure everyone I know also stays away from Service King. They have horrible customer service and have made no effort to right their mistakes. Instead they have chosen to deflect blame, and handle the situation poorly. So if anyone reads this, NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE YOU CARE ABOUT TO SERVICE KING! They will only do more damage, and deflect responsibility. Service King also did not properly handle my rental paperwork, and I’m mow fighting with Enterprise for a refund. Service King had to send me home with a rental two of the times I came to pick up my vehicle because my vehicle was not functioning properly after they worked on it. The guy as Service King told me not to worry about the rental. He said all info would be relayed properly so I was not charged. He did not relay information, the same way he didn’t relay info to Progressive about my vehicle. So not only do I have to fight with my insurance company to cover damages caused by Service King, but I have to fight with Enterprise to get a refund because of poor management at Service King. Overall, Service King employees will lie to your face with no regard for your vehicle. Terrible company with even worse customer service. Shouldn’t even be a business.

I had the best experience with this location. I was really upset about my car but from the time I walked into SC, Miss. Elizabeth greeted me with a beautiful smile and immediately assisted me. She also helped me work the star trek enterprise (aka) coffee machine which Im sure is not in her job description. Antonio was able to guide me step by step in the process of contacting my insurance and just making me feel less stressed. Although my car was a total loss, and Miss. Repair went well but the only I have is that my vehicle always come out dirty from the inside. I dropped it off clean inside but I pick it up dirty. Detail not good.

They definitely lived up to their name! Went here after someone hit my car in a parking lot and had to have the whole bumper replaced. Met with Angel who was friendly and efficient. My car was ready way before I expected it (after three days), and the bumper looks great. They handled everything with Allstate which made it easier for me, and I probably spent a total of about 10 minutes at the location, because they worked so quickly. Great folks!
I was involved in a small fender bender a vehicle hit my front right pumper of my car. Took my car in Thursday afternoon to get it serviced and got it back Tuesday afternoon. They were fast and very friendly and helpful and attentive with my car and keeping me up to date with the statues of my car and how everything was coming along. I loved it they were just great hands down AWESOME! I thought it was going to take longer but it didnt they worked in a timely fashion to get my car back to me in no time and they washed my car for me got it back nice and clean.THANKS GUYS!
Had the side of my truck repaired after an incident with a pole. I definitely made the right choice in taking my business to the professional staff of Service King. The whole experience was great. My truck looks like new and it didnt even take a week to fix my truck. I would highly recommend to all my friends. I just hope that I dont have to get my truck fixed again.
Went to Service king to get my car taken care of. I didnt make an appointment since I like to talk to an actual person and build a relationship with someone I am going to be doing business with. I showed up and told them what was going on. Then I was told I needed an appointment, it was going to take a couple of weeks to even meet with someone, and I was handed someones business card and was told to call them to book an appointment. I then asked if I could just leave my car until they could get to it and I was told no. Due to the lack of business sense and respect I decided to give my business to someone else.I ended up finding a company that allows me to show up and drop my car off with little notice. I spent 5 minutes talking with someone and was told that my car problems would be taken care of.Three business tips from my visit.1. Get a better front desk person. One who doesnt suck at her job.2. Learn to build a life long relationship with a client.3. Dont send the person who is wanting to give you several thousand dollars out the door to your competitors.With that said. This was 3 minutes in your building and I am sure you are a great business. You just lost my business in the first 30 seconds. Better luck next time.
Rolan is the absolute best. I’ve never had to take my car in before so I didn’t know the process and he was so helpful and gave great advice. I definitely felt like he cared!

Great Place to get car fixed but they do charge way too much for average person. Maybe bring it down a notch for the working man/woman or gender specific person. One Star Off.
I dropped my car off for a dent damages as a result of a storm. They called me back after 2 weeks to come and pick up the car. They claimed the car is currently being DETAILED. When i went to pick up the car, i found 2 deep gouges down to the metal that werent there when i dropped the car off. These damages were done in there shop. They acted all sorry for the damages and promised to repair the damage made. So i leave the car there and so today after 3 days. they called me to let me know the car will be ready in 2 hours and the car is being detailed. I go to pick the car up and found another dent!!!! How is it that no one sees those damages before calling for the car to be picked up and why are the cars being damaged while in the shop?????

(Writing review for my Mom)Insurance company recommended Service King to her. Had minor front quarter panel & door damage, plus the rearview mirror totally damaged. Was in shop for a week for repair. They called her to say it was ready to pick up. When she arrived, after driving 18 miles, they told her it actually wasnt ready, they are waiting on a part to finish the mirror!NO courtesy call ahead of time to say it wasnt ready! So she came to pick up the next day, paid for it and when about to leave, she noticed the cover of the mirror not on! So she had to tell them, and finished the job on the spot.Bad customer service & Lack Of Communication! Dont bother with this place!

They just repairs my wifes car after it was hit. They did a great job, and the staff is awesome.
Had an appointment to get an estimate and as soon as an advisor came out to check out my truck, his customer service was horrible. First asked what insurance I was going through... Told him we were cash pay. He went to look and said I can tell you right now that its going to be more expensive than the estimate. With damage like that there probably more to it than what we see. I said I get it, can I just get an estimate. He went on and on about how I could owe more cause insurance blah blah blah. I said thats why I said we are CASH PAY. He went on and on about it and how he just has to cover his butt to let me know it could be more than what we see. I GET IT! Can I just get the estimate. Said something else about the damage that he cant see. I told him the other 2 places we got estimates got under it to see and gave me an estimate with no explanation. He said Oh Im not getting under your truck in a parking lot lol wow. A few minutes later he said why have you been to 3 other places? I said to get the best price with the best customer service... He said wow, thatll get you in trouble at that point I told him nevermind and I drove away.From what I got is that just give you a low random estimate go you lock in their service and then your total afterwards will be a lot more. I would stay away!
Very Bad Customer Service! Here is my experience:Called to get estimate. Then when answered I asked for an estimate and immediately placed on hold. Then after waiting a while, I had a car that is immobile and needs someone to come out. They refused to come out and stated that they do not do that. They stated that i would need to make an appointment for me to come out to them. This is not reasonable to get a quote in this situation. They would not service my needs to earn my business. Not recommended. If they will not care for my needs before a quote, how will they treat me after? Do not want to know that answer. But this experience showed they did not care for my business.
I got rear-ended 03/15/18 & insurance recommended Service King so I went to the one nearest me on Hulen St. They had my car for a few weeks. They told me my car was ready & I picked it up. They must have glued my car back together because the smell was intoxicating I work in Dallas so Im in my car for at least an hour one way I couldnt breathe & had to roll the window down then I get to work & park in a parking garage & the way the lights were hitting my car you could see over spray bubbles all over my trunk & my back door. I called James & told him what was going on & he told me to bring it back in. They had it for another week & they finally fixed the paint job but James said he couldnt smell anything in my car. The smell is intoxicating it gets in my nose & I can even taste it yet still they say they dont smell anything. Its now the beginning of September beginning tomorrow & the smell is still there. We have to keep the windows down & the trunk open at night just to be able to drive it & as soon as you roll the windows up the fumes build again. They have ruined my car. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone EVER!
Took my car in for a insurance claim repair. Came in to pick it up the 1st time and several items damaged in the accident werent repaired. Some of the new paint work had defects. Came back to pick up a 2nd time a week later and there were still paint defects and the new front bumper they put on is not aligned with the other body panels correctly. They are always nice and willing to try to fix it. But so far the quality of their work is highly suspect.

Took my car for a very minor bumper crack and they foxed it an a couple days and was impressed, but they half-assed the job and stripped the bolt that hold the bumper in place. So I took it back and they said no problem we will take care of it and a month later and I finally got the car back but they left swirl marks all over the car with their had wash. Its a brand new 2016 mustang come on guys.

Worse than poor. These guys are scam artists and rip offs. DO NOT GO HERE..I go in for estimate, they do estimate in parking lot. 1st thing the guy says is wow, there is extensive damage under the car. I said should the car be on a lift so you could see what is broke under the car to get a good estimate, no was the answer.Then he told me he couldnt fix my car. When asked why, his answer was because he couldnt get the aftermarket parts that are damaged on my car, that he could only order from Ford. Aftermmarket parts that are damaged on my car are the wheels, tail lights and exhaust. All of those aftermarket parts cost about half as much as the Ford factory parts from Ford.I told the guy since he can only order from Ford, I would order the parts, bring them to him for install and he coulld pay me what he would have paid Ford for the factory parts. He then said no, that wouldnt work because he might be able too find the parts used for $50 somewhere, then I would owe him money.Got in my car and left. DO NOT GO TO STERLING!!!!
My car was hit and I have to go to Service King per my Insurance Company I looked at it gave me an estimate and my was car fixed ASAP and look like new.

-10/10 Very poor service. It was unprofessional for the representative to ask about how a car accident happened. They shouldnt ask something like that. They are not our friends or neighbors, they should just do their job and not ask something that is completely unnecessary. Wasted time, gas, and money just to be laughed at.
Dropped my car off at this location for a new quater pannel 10/31 & their estimated ready date was 11/18. I was okay with that. But turns out their employees are slackers & cant get a job done on time. I had to wait a while extra three weeks with out my car because Service King cant live up to their word. This is my first fender bender. I really looked forward to having them repair my vehicle but I deeply regret ever taking my vehicle here for service because they take way to long. Now Im not a body repair guy but even i know that it doesnt take a month to repair a quater panel. Worst place to go to, do not recommend it. They take way longer than what they tell you they will & when you confront them about it they, pretend to be all urgent about, showing flase empathy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR COLLISION REPAIR! You are way better off going to a small time collision repair center because theyll live up to their word.

Tried to give me my car back with a spot that didnt have the clear coat of paint and my bumper wasnt on right was told to take it and come back tomorrow and they will fix if .I told them no keep it and when its right Ill pick it up.
