Came here back in May or so almost near their closing time for a last minute inspection on my old school camaro which the tag was a day away from expiring and I was limited on free time, without hesitation they took my car in and did a full inspection as necessary and had me on my way. This was my second year that I was able to have my car inspected at Christian Brothers. Each time, I called aheD of time for a good time to come over. Each time there was a short wait and it was completed within an half hour. My husband and I are new to the area, and he had his car inspected two months after I did. He had the same Satisfaction and I knew I would use them again. Not surprising, I had the same great service as before. So I am thinking this is my new place for auto services.

From the time I first called, to the time I picked up my car, everything was handled by CBA with a great sense of concern, urgency and professionalism.I brought my sons vehicle in for a couple of issues and there ended up being more than expected. However, CBA handled everything from start to finish so that I did not have to worry nor hassle with the extended warranty company myself. Without a doubt, CBA is now my go to for all my vehicles!!

Just had my vehicle worked on at Christian Brothers Automotive in Fort Worth @ Old Denton Rd....they found some issues that needed attention and fixed my car up as good new! I have been going to them for the past 6 years and they are extremely professional and do fantastic work! 5 Stars all the way around!!

Very quick they installed new battery and the thing that charges battery in led then 6 hours great job

Over priced and multiple returns for vacuum hose replacements. This happened after I requested all vacuum hoses to be replaced. Nice people but like I said before overpriced and vehicle door and steering wheel was greasy when I got it back every time!

Good service. Clean waiting area, although kind of small. No BS vehicle service with no hassle trying to up charge after the fact. I do wish they would lay out a little more details of when they look over the vehicle while it is on a lift. Tire tread depth, brake pad measurements, undercarriage visual checks, etc.

They were able to serve me as soon as I came in. They were friendly and explained every issue and pricing. Sometimes you leave a mechanic feeling like you got taken advantage of, but I know where the money I spent today went to. Thank you guys!!

Nice place to do authorized state inspection of all vehicles for vehicle registration renewal nearby our residence. Customer service is really appreciated as they do the inspection within 10-15 mins after you give the insurance details and keys to the staff. You can also visit for all other vehicle services needed with best of service. Recommend to visit this place for all your vehicle needs.

I was impressed that they didnt hesitate to put my car in the shop immediately. They completed the water pump replacement, including timing belt, that day. I didnt get there until after 1pm. They gave me a ride home and I had a fresh cup of coffee, on them. Most importantly, we had some good conversations, which is something I welcome these days. I will be driving my 2004 Volvo XC90 (my favorite car, to date), for many more years. Thanks to the guys at Christian Brothers. BTW, the warranty on their work is 3 years-36000 miles...whichever comes last!

This is hands down the best location and friendliest staff. We take both our vehicles here to be serviced. They are honest people who will treat you right.We recently brought our car in and was given helpful advice on what to do by Scott and his staff. They are not the type of people to do work just to make a buck. They are very reputable.Go to them! You won’t be disappointed.

I liked how they virtually listed all of the possible repairs my car needed in detail including pictures and the ability to accept or decline each job. Communication was easy and efficient. Super friendly and knowledgeable and knew what I needed as far as what I wanted to fix at the time and didn’t push for any extra repairs. I was told it might’ve taken a whole day and that my car might not be done until tomorrow which was reasonable, but they finished that same day! Everything was super quick, efficient, straightforward. I have no complaints at all. Pricing was very reasonable as far as how much parts and labor was. I definitely will be coming back again for any additional repairs.

Communication within the company is a joke. Lots of miscommunication between mechanics, customer service, and their parts suppliers. They gave me a bunch of empty promises they were unable to keep, and failed to communicate with me. Ultimately, they wasted an entire day of my time because of their lack of communication. Furthermore, no one was willing to take responsibility for their actions. And even worse, after they said my truck was fixed, I had to take it back the next day because they failed to complete the job correctly.Scott Dose at the 6501 Old Denton Rd. location was the main problem. After he had multiple opportunities to speak to me and apologize for his mistakes, he chose not to. He looked me in the eye, didnt say a word, and walked away. Unbelievably disrespectful to this customer.Because of Scott Dose making mistakes, then deciding to avoid me, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CHRISTIAN BROTHERS EVER AGAIN!

I plan on quickly selling the Ford, so I can get my Buick fixed. My Buick has way more features & it’s been a great car. They took me home quickly, so I could get to work on time. Prices are pretty high in addition they don’t waive their 99.99 diagnostic fee even if you still approve the service to be done. 90% of good reputable mechanics out there will waive that fee when you approve service. 129.99 for a one time alignment is a bit steep, I found two other places near that do 89.99 and 49.99 one time alignments. Say they offer free shuttle service, but it wasn’t around and had to pay $10 Uber to get back home that day, a little false advertising if you ask me. Won’t be coming back under any circumstances.

Did my State Inspection for the renewal of my registration.I also take my car to them if I have any regular maintenance due.Always friendly and clean environment to wait if needed.

My truck recently had a coolant leak and Christian Brothers was a great choice! They were able to evaluate, price, and fix my truck in less than a day. The employees are nice, transparent, and have great customer service. Highly recommended if you have car trouble!

I have used Christian Brothers for all my service needs for years. I went in for an oil change and was advised that I had some other issues that needed attention and some of them were serious safety issues. Scott said to give him a few minutes and he would prioritize what needed to be done. Some of the items on my list could have been put off for a little while, however, I decided to go ahead and have everything fixed at once. Plus there were 2 things Scott told me it would be cheaper to fix at the same time. I decided to take my car back early the next morning so they left my ticket open and had most of the parts ordered. I took my car back at 7:30 the next day and they even advised it might not be ready until the next day. At about 3pm the same day I dropped it off I received a text telling me that they were finished with the repairs. I was really surprised that it was ready so quick due to the repairs I needed. Plus Scott was able to save me some money. They have always worked with me and are very honest about any repairs needed. I highly recommend them for all your auto service/repairs.

From the moment you drop your vehicle off until you pick it up, CB will keep you informed on the status of your car with key text msgs. Did I mention theyre waiting room smells better than a doctors office, or that they offer to and fro shuttle service???

I recently took my mothers Scion xb in because it needed a new alternator. They did replace the alternator and it is working great. The problem is that they charged on the high end of what that repair should cost. That usually is not a red flag, but they claimed they did a diagnostic which they charged me four times more then what they quoted on the phone 30 minutes earlier, and I even diagnosed it myself and told them what the problem was, so there is no evidence that they even did one. What is worse, I guess they forgot to look at the big orange light flashing on the dash console saying maintinence required. As I drove away, I knew that I would have to take it to another shop to get that problem fixed. That is never good when you know you are going to have to go to another shop as soon as you leave the first one. We did call them about the issue and they said to come back because and they would reset the light. That is bad practice, figure out why the light is on in the first place never just turn it off, it is flashing for a reason. I did figure out why the light was on, it was a dirty fuel filter that needed to be replaced. I guess their expensive diagnostic forgot to hook up the code reader. Bottom line is, after that experience I dont think I will ever be able to trust them.

This place is Amazing! All of the gentlemen that work at this location are exceptional! The Manager Scott Dose is very understanding and shows you exactly what needs to be fixed even for someone like me that needed a video to understand but he has an extremely amount of patience and compassion! I will Highly recommend this place to all my friends and family! First, I want to say that these folks saved me over a grand in un-needed repairs. Over the summer, my cars a/c was not cooling properly. I took it to Firestone for a diagnostic check after spending over a hundred dollars for a flush which changed absolutely nothing they gave me a repair list and estimated costs. Needless to say, I didnt have them do any work because they were charging me too much. I had some of the minor repairs done for a fraction of the cost. When the first frost came in, I noticed that my heater wasnt getting hot. I researched a couple of the nearby mechanic shops through reviews and Im a Yelper as well, I came across this location. I called and spoke with Scott, the manager who without hesitation, told me to bring my car in. I felt welcomed by everyone.They figured out the problem was in the cars computer. They fixed it. And both the a/c and heater started working just fine. After being told by other so called mechanics, I would need a new a/c compressor and a thermostat and I dont recall what else; Christian Brothers was honest and experienced enough to fix my car and also save me money. I highly recommend this establishment! They even offer complimentary shuttle service.

My father and I were visiting family in North Texas for Christmas and on our return drive home, our car had a problem. We had AAA tow it to this establishment and they were friendly and accommodating from the start. After checking what was wrong with our car, they found it was a simple fix and decided to fix it absolutely free of charge. We are completely grateful for their work and hospitality. They are truly a blessing. :)

Very clean and comfortable location. Professional service and fair pricing. Also, Christian music playing every time I have gone so thats a plus, personally speaking. If you want a great example of their service, a gentleman came in simply asking how to get on the 183 to get back to Addison. Scott not only gave him directions but had one of the techs actually drive a lead car to direct the man to the right road. Now thats service and he wasnt even a paying customer!

The initial evaluation report was available to view online, and it includes photos of the problem areas which helped understand the issues. Service needs are broken up into categories in the report which narrow the issues down by urgency of the need for each service item. That allowed me to look at my budget and schedule the more urgent issues now, and some later. The service adviser was very knowledgeable in the automotive services needed on my vehicle, and was always available to talk when I had questions. All requested repairs were performed quickly, and the work was completed a day or two sooner than I had expected. Services included Brake System Flush, replacements of Front Brake Rotors and Pads, a Constant Velocity Drive Axle, Spark Plugs and Plug Wires.

I had a left front blinker bulb go out on me today. I saw the sign for this place and pulled in to see if they happened to have a bulb in stock, the man behind the counter asked me if I needed then to install it for me, I told him no that I could handle the install. He found the bulb I needed and said they usually have to charge to install and dont really sale parts, then proceeded to just give me the bulb and wishes me a wonderful day. Yall its been a rough week, and this made my day!

This place is great.I was in a hurry to get my wife’s car inspected last year. The price was good, and they were crazy fast, so I took my car in for inspection too. Same story.Had a few more issues so I decided to go back a few months later- exact same story: super fast, and great prices.They even had the best deal I’ve ever found on run-flat tires.The customer service has been great, and they’re honest and up front about everything. I suggest this location to everyone that I talk to about auto-care. They’re legit.

This place seems to get good reviews so I dont know what happened here, but I got the most insane quote for O2 sensor replacements Ive ever seen. Parts cost alone for 2 sensors came to $624. I cross checked the SKU of the part they were ordering with the OEMs website and they were quoting more than double the current cost of the part. Not sure why they are getting a worse price on parts than the general public, but that does not make me feel very confident. Also a quote of $340 for what they say is 2 hours of labor is far above what I am used to paying for hourly rates.Employees were pleasant. The shuttle service is great. They got back to us quickly. At the end of the day though I feel I am being quoted at least double what an O2 replacement should cost, and price is what matters. We got a quote from a local competitor that is $400 less with an extra 12 months on the warranty so I do not believe Christian Brothers has fair pricing.

They’re always so kind and will explain what is needing to be done on a personal level not just because they’re a business. The shuttle service was a major plus since I have kids. The last time my car was in for an oil change and maintenance work we had a moving truck at our house and my husband needed to stay home. It was great to be dropped off and picked back up. I only used Christian Brothers ok Old Denton HWY during our 1.5 yr stay in FT Worth. I made sure both of our vehicles were good to go for our move to OH by them before leaving town. The waiting area is always clean and the bathroom which is a major plus when waiting with kids!!

My very much loved car is 11 years old and theyve been so great about keeping her running well and advising me of maintenance that will keep her going strong and healthy. Disappointed by the fact that this is a Christian business and they tried to take advantage of me.I had a free offer through my insurance to get a free car safety inspection. This shop was one I found that would honor the offer so I took my car there. Once they were done, I was given an invoice of issues on my car that would need to be repaired for an estimated cost of $320!!I have a personal mechanic who I decided to have take a look at my car and told him of all the issues that Christian Brothers Automotive said that needed to be fixed.After looking at my car and checking for the issues, he told me there is NOTHING wrong with my car!! If I had of listened and went on what Christian Brothers told me I wouldve been out of $320 for nothing!Thankfully, Im glad I didnt listen to them and trusted my mechanic to tell me the truth!****This is being added to the response of Christian Brothers Automotive*****Based on the statement you gave.....One item was a dirty filter, the other item was the power steering fluid which looked very dark and dirty (maybe even the original fluid), and the last item was an oil leak coming from the valve covers. When we approached you in the lobby to discuss the report and look at the pictures together, we were unfortunately not given the opportunity to do so.****My mechanic checked everything based on the information you gave to me and he could not find any of the issues youve stated. Also, I was never approached in the lobby to discuss the report or encouraged to look at any pictures. The young lady behind the counter showed me what was on the invoice, and it was after I got home that I received a text message with the pictures.Someone wasnt completely honest about this matter and it wasnt me.
