We unfortunately got in a car accident back in May and had to get our car repaired. In this market, parts are back ordered and took awhile to get in, but Service King kept me updated every week throughout the process! Thank you to Maria and the team for making my car look new again, and thank you for the consistent updates along the way!

I needed some body work on my Honda and the person did not have insurance, and mine would not cover it so I had to find a shop my self to fix my car. I chose Service King because its close by and its really difficult to get transportation from friends and family right now. I was told it would take one week and given a set price. After waiting two weeks later, I was told the work will take another additional week or two. A month without my vehicle is unacceptable. I told them I will not be paying the initial price that we agreed upon since that was for one week of work, not a month, Then the manager immediately got aggressive and told me that he will put a lien loan on it if I decide I dont want to pay. Wow. Just wow.The only reason why its not 1 star is because the work is really impeccable and it looks like it was never any damage at all.

Did a great job on my car. They even vacuumed the inside of my car. Highly recommend

Very Friendly service. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

The communication was alright, as well as the time it took to get the job done. HOWEVER, they placed the wrong color/tone of window in my car, AND the paint doesn’t look natural (it has specks and textures in it). I talked with them about it and they told me they would call me back with information about “getting my car done right”...it never happened. If you’re going to do a job, do It right!

They did a great job repairing the damage to the front end of my car. I was really pleased with the text updates to keep me informed on their progress, and the quick turnaround.

This place was amazing! The customer service from Bobby was exceptional. Had my vehicle back on the road within 4 day. The work looks amazing. It’s hard to trust someone to do repairs on a Lexus, but honestly... I feel like I’m in a brand new car from the work they did. Definitely give them a chance. They are amazing!

Super pleased with this location. After having an estimate at another shop, I chose this Service King. Best decision. I was greeted upon arrival by the manager. They had me in a rental and on my way. Gabriel was my advisor and kept me well informed. Thank you for the seemingly flawless repair!

Service was good and so was communication, but an important medication was missing from the center console of my car after they returned it. I know they went through my car to clean but had no business going into all of it without my consent, nor should they have taken anything. I also had money missing when they returned it. They offered to return the money missing if I came out but I dont have time.So WARNING: they will clean your car after (which I had not known) and will go through the things in your car. Take out valuables! They apparently CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

They did an OUTSTANDING job on my car! Needed a new bumper. They had to paint and buff etc everything they do! Had some some other with it, and unfortunately some cosmetic issues due to parts coming loose but sure enough Chris and Kirk were fast to help! Had it ready for me in 2 days!!! My car looks better than I expected!!! Thank you service king team! ❤️

Very nice building, helpful staff. Went in for a Insurance claim for my vehicle, took less then 20 minutes to sign paperwork and be put in rental vehicle. Was impressed with the work, vehicle looks immaculate.

Horrile. Hld my car for almost a month. Drag their feet and inconvenience you but still want you to pay a full deductible. Took so long that even Progressive made them pick up the rental tab for not providing adequate progress for the time had with my car. And non of the damage was mechanical. Gave me my car back with the black shop sealant and stuff still on it. Didnt even clean. This ederville location is money based not quality/customer based.

I just had my Acrua MDX serviced at Service King on Ederville St in Ft. Worth TX. Bobby was very helpful, and made my experience effortless. The service in all from my checking in; getting my car rental, and their Expeditious service made this otherwise stressful time very simple. Everyone was great, and I appreciate your service. ***I was very down when I dropped my car off for whatever reason however Jordan Gatewood remained professional, gave me the details slowly, and asked if I was okay. Very kind personality each and every time I spoke with him over the phone. Jordan even delivered the bad news in such a kind way I couldnt even get upset!
