This place did exactly what I needed, at a great price!! Everywhere else wanted 10x what I paid here for the job. After everything they worked with me on the total outcome after I had to replace my engine. Would definitely recommend

Went in today to drop my car off, I requested strut, wheel hub, and alignment repair. My car drives so much better compared to how it was. They finished quicker than I expected, in a timely manner. (about 5 hours) great service, and great customer service. I recommend this place for reasonable repairs.

This place took care of what I wanted done and the mechanic was very good I was there for only 25 minutes they took my car in right when I got to the place because I called them a head of time to make sure I wasnt going to be wasting there time and mind they fix me up with no problems I give them 4 stars. Being a woman and not knowing about cars I was charged $55 for an oil change on a 2006 Kia Shortage and when asked why price so high, the excuse was he gave me a discount because he actually charges $75. Yea right. May God see and handle people like that.

The guys at Eastside Tire and Auto have always treated might right. Al and Ali and the mechanics are great. The prices are always reasonable. I dont know how many times Ive been there and theyve gone out of their way to work with peoples limited funds.

They were very accommodating since I couldnt make my scheduled time. They allowed me to call ahead when ready for service. Bay was open and ready upon my arrival. They were fast and efficient. Waiting room and bathroom were clean and accommodating.

Over charge honest working people. Complete rip off. He charge u 160 to put rotors on. 5 s.auto charge u 80 dollars. Dishonest greedy people and I dont recommend any women to go there. 5 star auto tire and wheel will help u save money as well give u a loaner car. East Auto Care make money ovey charging people. 5 star tire and auto down the street will beat all there prices hands down. Guaranteed. Too much is going on to be getting rip off.

This place is a rip off my car was running hot and they charged me $650.00 after the job was complete and paid for my receipt said no warranty for over heat and thats what the problem was on my 2012 chrysler 300

3 star for not having a tire on hand that fit my rim. 2657515 easy tire. Took one look and said no trailer tires. Dude it was a regular tire but thanks for taking the time to not look anyways. The next guy did and saved my day.

I have been going here for years. Inspections are nice, fast and will tell or help fix issue if not passing. They work with older cars. Brakes, tires and shocks repaired on site within sight.

SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE, by NOT Patronizing This car repair establishment.1- they Only have ONE mechanic (Ortiz)2- they CHANGE the Amount they are going to Charge you, depending on WHO you talk to.3- when Ortiz does Not complete/fix the issue, he Raises the Price & falls back on He Doesnt understand ENGLISH Very well.4- the owner ALI does Not honor Anything that was told by Ortiz and has a serious Attitude when speaking to customers

I went there to get my horn fixed. Their were 2 people also there with me. They worked quickly and was very professional, and we were all out with an hour and a half. I know this because I was the last person out. It was a awesome experience with great pricing I will definitely go back

We have been using them for years for inspections and oil changes, but when it came to having my husbands master brake cylinder replaced we were not sure if they could do the job. We usually go to the dealership for major issues but Park Place did not have the part and was quoting us double what East Side was. Tony not only found the part and ordered it for us, but had the car fixed and for the price he quoted us! We are highly impressed with this little shop in our neighborhood and will be dropping the dealerships overrated and overpriced service from here on out! Great job guys! Thank you!

I had a tough repair done, the replacing of the upper and lower control arm bushings. It was done perfectly I was so impressed Id recommend them to everyone. I also has breaklines replaced and I only needed one side and was quoted for one side yet I asked to do both sides and I only paid labor for one side . management was great, Thanks to East side auto...

NEVER NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE I WAS JUST HOODWINKED OUT OF 1540 DOLLARS. MY TINY PROBLEM TURNED TO THREE BIGGER PROBLEMS AND AFTER BEING TOLD I COULD DRIVE MY CAR WHEN I COMPLAINED THE OWNER CALLED ME A LIAR AND TOLD ME MY CAR WAS NOT DRIVE ABLE. HE REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEMS HE CAUSED AND WANTED TO MORE MONEY IF HE DOES TAKE MY CAR BACK IN. AFTER ARGUING WITH THE MAN ABOUT GIVING ME POOR SERVICE AND HIM CALLING ME NAMES HE WALKS AWAY

Long story short walked in for an alignment Which is $65, guy walks in and names parts. The guy at the front desk confronted me with a paper stating $1400 to fix my truck, I say no of course and charges me $25 for that estimate that I did not ask for or wanted. At the end no alignment was done to my truck and ended up paying $25 for nothing

Do not take your car to this place. They advertise one price then cheat you when you get there. The owner is very rude and do respect his customers. The technicians are shade tree, without proper training and will treat your car as such.

I had a terrible experience here I had my friend tow my infinity g35 they said we will fix it for 140 buck they said ok bring it so I did they look at it and said it need a motor so I tow to another machine shop they said the same think so I put the water pump back on and it work great sorry shop all the do is lie and deceive one day it one price call someone else answer and different price I cant trust them as far as I can threw them I can even pick them up so oh well

Had to get a tire replaced and noticed that the inside of my car grease markings (the mechanic was going through my car). Replaced tire and the next day my tire popped (paid $160 for two tires). If you go there for any service, make sure youre watching the mechanic(s). I wont be going back
