Having experienced hail damage from the storm at the end of April and being told by a Service King competitor I could bring my trucks in for the estimates in late August did not make my day.As I walked into Service King, I was met by friendly, courteous Technicians who actually expressed empathy for the circumstances my wife and I were going through. Our estimates were made quickly, and Service King worked through the details with our insurance company and received approval in short order.Service King kept us informed as the work proceeded and when to pick up each vehicle. I just picked up our second truck. We had some personal work on one of the trucks and we are totally pleased with the work performed by Service King. They look like they just rolled off the showroom floor.Thanks to Christina and Brad, and all of the staff that worked on our trucks. They look great!
I coordinated my repairs with Brad, Brandon, and Marco. The team was very personal, professional, and gave honest feedback throughout the entire process. Even in the midst of a small mishap, they provided unparalleled customer service and I left feeling awesome about my experience. It’s the communication, transparency, and enthusiasm of the staff that makes this location worth writing for. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they left my interior a total mess but overall, 3 cheers for Service King! Will be recommending to friends and family!Ps. Give Brad a raise. It was so refreshing to have a company call me to let me know what they were doing and how things were progressing, I never called them once to get an update! Most likely won’t be going back here for repairs.First they lost the key to my Focus and told me the tow truck driver had it, then when I FINALLY got the car back a month later, there were trim pieces missing and broken on the interior, and they didn’t put the retainer spring back on the brake caliper so my left front brakes pads were wearing unevenly.Absolutely would not recommend this place, Caliber Collision is so much better.

Service King on the service road of the West Loop 820 in Fort Worth is a great place to have body work done. After an accident with my trailer that dented the right rear quarter panel and bumper of my 2020 RAM 2500, they restored it to like new condition. The truck was promised to be ready in 7 days, which included a weekend at the beginning. The newly painted and repaired truck was completed one day early! Paint matching is excellent and the work done was flawless. Brad texted me every 2 days with updates on the repair progress. I highly recommend this Service King location for their courteous employees, timely repair, and overall great work done.

My Wife had her car repaired for rear end damage here. The masking on the rear bumper trim was less than professional and some of the trunk weatherstrip was either damaged on installation or removal or just not replaced. So-so work, I would not take one of my cars there.

Absolutely terrible. Sent my wife in with a leased 2014 BMW. You would think that they would get a higher end car right. Surfaces were left rough, repeated delays, and then horrible overspray. Total waste of time. Never again. Place is so disconnected from the customer that they require YOU to remind them of your contact information if you have any issues. So lazy they wont even reach out to their customers.

It was my first time using Service King as a collision shop and they completely left me speechless. My expectations were blown away. Not only did they make it easy but also fast! There were a couple issues with my car when I got it back. 1). The casing for the sensor on the front windshield was missing. 2). One of the roof moldings weren’t replaced correctly.I brought it back in on that Monday morning and Michelle and the manager, I can’t remember his name, started with a C, were on it. They were very apologetic and even though they use a 3rd party to do PDR they didn’t use that as an excuse. Everything was corrected immediately and I was able to wait for it.The company that did the PDR did an exceptional job. I was very impressed. My car was only 4 days old when I got the hail damage and when I got my car back it looked like the day I bought it. They were able to save my roof without replacing it even though my insurance company authorized it to be replaced. I have a lifetime warranty on all work that was done. And ServiceKing is now my number one choice for body repair and I highly recommend them.
Service King got my vehicle in quickly for a small bumper repair. Marco, my service advisor, did a great job communicating and the shop made it look like new again in just a couple of days. I used the USAA referral system and was very pleased with the seamless transition and payment. They even had rental cars right out of the location. It was a quick and painless experience!

Came here because my moms car needed a new paint job. The staff was very helpful and they had some who spoke Spanish so my mom was able to understand perfectly what they did to her car. And they gave her follow up instructions on how to maintain the paint in mint condition afterwards. Now that I need a new paint job Ill definitely go here.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to be able to go to Service King and get an estimate. Now, I drove there across town, in the pouring rain, just to get turned away to even get an estimate!!!! So I went to the body shop around the corner, Maaco and another body shop and got 3 estimates immediately! Dont waste your time if you need a quick estimate!
The best auto service shop I have ever worked with to get my car fixed. I have USAA and Greg was just the best. He always kept in contact for every small detail and kept me updated as soon as something else came up. Enterprise is super conveniently located inside their building so getting a rental was very quick and easy. Everyone I encountered there was friendly and it made me feel better about dealing with the hassle after a getting into a collusion. My Honda was fixed fairly quick even with some delay due to wrong parts being sent and I would definitely give a 10 out of 10 for the detailed work that was done. I would definitely recommend my friends and family here.

I had some back luck in 2015 and each time service King fixed my car it was perfection! The service is outstanding Jim church and john and the rest of the crew know their stuff! They know what customer service is and understand that its not normally a fun experience to go through however they will make sure every detail is taken care of! They have great communication throughout the whole process and can even text you updates!! I just cant say enough amazing positive things about this service King! Thank you guys again so much!!!!

Went here because it was the only place progressive would have a approved estimate for me. The guy that did my pre estimate and was to send all the info and info to progressive didnt send anything off and now i continued to get around from progressive now because of this place.
We had great service on my wifes 2016 Nissan Pathfinder. Along with our insurance company it was a smooth transition and we were kept informed along the way. I have recommended this shop to many folks.
I brought you a simple repair on our mini-van (less than $1,000), and you managed to screw up the bodywork, paint, and damage the trim that you removed when painting the vehicle. To say the least, I was less that impressed. Then, I took my vehicle back to you last week so that you could look at the problems, and John clearly and quickly saw that the repair was botched. John advised me that he would get with his manager and then call me to set up a time to bring my vehicle back so the “repair” could be re-repaired. Today, after over a week with no returned call, I called you. John proceeded to tell me that Service King does not provide a rental car on warranty work, and that it’s clearly stated in your warranty. That may be, but this isn’t really warranty work now is it? When a company does not perform the job it was hired to do, and it’s immediately (with 24 hours) visible, it’s really an example of not keeping your promise (in this case to provide a quality repair). Some people would even call that lying, and/or being unethical. Im pretty sure thats not good for business.Getting it done right the first time, is much more valuable than any warranty.
This place is horrible! My vehicle was hit by another driver so their insurance towed it to this place for repair. The service adviser said all he did was take some pictures and sent them into the insurance company and they decided to total out the vehicle. When I asked for a quote or statement showing what needed to be repaired the service adviser named Nathan Breshears was extremely rude and said he didnt have a quote or statement. How do you total out a vehicle without any statement of what needs to be repaired? This place sucks! I ended up getting my Car repaired for less than half the cost of what these idiots said it was going to be. Please take your car elsewhere! This place is dishonest and horrible to work with. Also look how the Owners response it copy & pasted from other negative reviews. Clearly this place doesnt care about customer service.

Clayton Fredericks is the MAN! He kept me apprised of every detail and advancement that was made on my car. He under promised and over delivered. Service King did a FABULOUS job on repairing my vehicle and had me on the road again in 2 weeks time instead of the initial 3 weeks that was quoted.I HIGHLY recommend Service King AND Clayton to anyone that finds themselves needing vehicle repair.
They have automated messages that they know go out messed up but do nothing about it, and do not train staff to set expectations about them. The actual work was worse. They left two marks not repaired at all, left paint from the other vehicle on the taillight, and the worst of all they painted over some damage without fixing it.
I had a great experience with the staff people I came in contact with at Service King especially Greg Latson. He is a man with the knowledge of what it takes to do a repair job. Hes a defenate asset to Service King. Hes very good working with people and knows his job quite well. Hes friendly, courteous, polite and puts people at ease when they come in to get repairs done to their vehicles.Although I have to bring my truck back for a couple minor things that were missed when I came and picked my truck up, but can probably be fixed in a short period of time. Overall I am satisfied with Service King and would recommend you to my friends and neighbors.

Terrible customer service! I was so disappointed by my visit that I did not leave my vehicle at this location. The receptionist was cold, rude, and inappropriate. The service advisor seemed as if he could not have cared less and these people made me feel more of a bother than an actual customer. The employees at this location need to learn what customer service means. I shouldve felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there for repair and I walked away feeling terrible! Glad I went with my gut and took my vehicle elsewhere.
I have had the best experiences with Service King Fort Worth West. I have had the misfortune of having four separate collision incidents in the last 8 months, (rear-ended and hit and runs), and each time I have brought my vehicle to this particular Service King. With each incident, I have only experienced the best customer service, particularly with Kevin, Stephanie at the front desk and especially Nathan. They are friendly and understanding, and especially calming my nerves after each incident. The timeliness and quality of the work on my vehicle is top notch, each and every time. The communication, especially by text and follow up with the telephone calls was exceptional. And they even dealt with the insurance company on my behalf, which can just as nerve racking as going through the accident. I will always bring my vehicles to Service King of West Fort Worth. My vehicle was at this shop a year or so ago, I was not pleased with the work and felt it wasnt done correctly, and the guy who was in charge of my vehicle assured me that the piece was done correct, so I left. Well, it wasnt because it came a piece came undone...during the summer it seemed the glue that was used was coming undone due to the heat Im sure. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! HOWEVER, when I called them for the repair and let them know the situation Mr. Ken was very helpful and told me to bring it in. They provided a rental for the day due to the inconvenience and I will admit, I was very frustrated when I called them, but he was very professional and fixed the piece. I am very satisfied with it, unlike the initial time. He said he was not in charge during the time of my incident, and I just have to appreciate the smooth, professional, and friendly service I received! Thanks Service King!!

Time I called you have to go to a long-ass wait time to speak to somebody and to tell you okay that they help you with all the insurance stuff and I can do everything to help you out and then once they schedule the appointment and you clarify w/ the actual appointment person they act like they dont know s*** like they dont know what the f*** your talking about and says they cant do anything that is just a waste of both of our times... if thats the case they shouldnt gave a line for customer service they should just send you directly 2 their office to get the accurate information... poor customer service glad I didnt take my car their it was just a waste of me calling them 4 for 2days and to just let me know that right on my appt date

Terrible experience! I brought in my truck, and was told it would be a 3 day job, well it took 15!!! Then when I go to pick it up, the bumper wasnt even mounted straight, they didnt re install some 3M protective coverings, they burned through the paint on the driver side door while buffing/blending... I would recommend stay away from this place.

Worst service ever!!! They told me that it was my insurances fault but insurance is saying no they approved it. When they actually did approve it but this facility didn’t want to do the work cause they were backed up so I had to return... the insurance tried sooooo hard to contact the representative onsite at the facility but he never called back. I believe it because they never called me back either. There was NO communication by these people. They lack so much skill in customer service. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! This place should be investigated for insurance fraud! I wouldn’t give them a single star if I could!!! Absolutely Awful!
Fraudulent actions by this company. Never take your vehicle to any of their locations. On invoice the Bumper was replaced but in reality was never replaced. Just filler and painted over to appear so. It is disappointing and disgusting for this behavior that I’d expect from a lesser body repair. How much have you fraudulently charged insurance companies and customers? All of this is a shame because it’s easy to blame the technician when it is the entire operation who is at fault.

On November 13, 2018 my car was in an accident and required towing. At the suggestion of my insurance company I had it towed to the Service King in West Fort Worth. On November 14th I went to the branch to sign the authorization paperwork for them to start the estimate and repair process. When I signed the paperwork I was told by Les (person overseeing my account) that the Service King policy was that they make two contacts per week with their customers to keep them updated on the repair process. I was contacted by my insurance company a few days later to let me know that the estimated date for the car to be ready would be Dec. 5th but was not contacted by Service King. Cut to Dec. 5th, the day my car was supposed to be ready. Up to this point I have not received one call (zero contact) from Les or anyone else at Service King. I called at approximately 1:00pm to find out that my car would not be ready. My husband and I questioned why there had been zero contact from them (given their stated policy of twice a week contact) and Les’ response was “Sorry, what do you want?” No explanation of any kind. We were given a rental car at the expense of Service King and told that the car would be ready on Friday Dec. 7th. On Dec. 7th I waited until after work when I had to call Service King again as they did not contact me AGAIN only to find out that the car again would not be ready. I then asked to speak to the manager in charge and was handed off to someone named Stephen Cashman or Cash as he calls himself. I told him the issues at hand and he apologized and assured me that this would not happen again. He also agreed to pay for the rental until my car was ready and told me that the estimated time for the car to be ready now would be Wed. Dec.12th and that he would make sure that someone stayed in contact with me. It is now Dec 12th (the newest date for my car to be ready) and I still have not received one call from Service King. I called the 800 number to file a complaint and was told that they had to take my contact information and someone would call me in the next 24-48 hours. (Seriously, I can’t talk to anyone today?????) The person that I spoke with called the branch that has my car to get an update. She said that it is still slated to be ready today but that my complaint was being sent to the regional manager. As soon as I got off the phone with her Cash called to let me know that my car would not be ready until tomorrow Dec. 13th (this call only came after the corporate office had called him requesting that he call me). I am currently waiting on a call from the regional manager.I understand delays and setbacks. What I don’t understand is the lack of communication (as it is a stated policy and just a good business practice). I cannot believe that there has been so little value placed on the customers of this branch of the ServiceKing company.A very unsatisfied customer
Terrible. Didnt even do a quality control road test before releasing it back to me putting my family and I, including my one yr old at risk on the road. My car was towed in after an accident, 3 weeks later I pick it up and steering is not fixed. I bring it back in and explain the problem and jarvis and his shop guys refused to fix it and claimed that it was either like that before the accident or a manufacturer warranty issue, so they sent me on my way even though all repairs come with a lifetime warranty but since they didnt fix the original problem they said it wasnt under warranty and to take it to a dealer. Once I was able to get it into a dealer they said that with all of the work done on the front end they had to have worked on or around the steering column. Cannot believe that they wouldnt back up their own work and blamed it on me or the manufacturer. Do full inspections of a wrecked car when it comes in, and dont call your customers liars when they bring problems to your attention.
Ive had to take my car there twice and the first time, my car was about a week late then the due date I was given and it came back with a scratch on my tint, other than that it was fine. Now I am currently writing this because again I was told I would be given my car today and its late again. I would at least like a phone call to keep my updated.

I had an accident a few months ago and took it to a place that promised to save my deductible. They did, but the work was crap, My front panel started to fall off and a plastic plate by my rear view mirror had just disappeared. I read the good reviews here so went to Service King for an estimate.I was sure Id have a full day of driving around getting estimates but the man I spoke with told me that the panel was just missing a screw. They had one so they put it in free of charge. He also told me that I could get the missing panel from the dealership for $38 and pop it into place myself so there was no way they could save me any money.Ive never had a place go out of their way to help me out so much even though it meant turning away money. Theyve got themselves a customer for life.
I was rather disappointed with the service there. After an 11:00 appointment on Tuesday for an estimate and a promise to receive the estimate that afternoon I did not receive the estimate until Thursday night after 2 calls to the location. In the meantime I did get 2 calls from Service King wanting me to set up an appointment for the work to be done. I wont be taking my car there.
Rarely have I encountered such lack of customer care and outright misrepresentation of the facts. I’d like to begin with an overview of the situation. My car incurred some relatively minor damage due to hail, and the Service King at Loop 820 in Fort Worth, TX was the location my insurance company recommended. The initial estimate for repairs was stated at $2,300 and that it would take approximately five days to complete. I should have realized that something was off, because the inspection took less than twenty minutes, and I was immediately told that it would probably end up costing much more after they could get it under the lights and see the full damage. What good is estimate if you dont bother doing a proper appraisal? I then had to wait nearly a month for the next available appointment. A full TEN days after I dropped it off, I still hadnt heard anything, so I called them. They informed me that their initial estimate was off by more than $3,000! Thats right, the actual cost of repairs was now over $5,000 and would take a few more weeks. I was about to ask for car back to take to somewhere else, when they informed me that they had just cut off my cars roof! Why would they do this without asking for my authorization! The repair shop’s estimate was so far off the mark that they were effectively doing repairs that I never agreed to in the first place. As a result of being forced into these repairs, the structural integrity of my car is now severely compromised, and it now rattles and squeaks when driving it. Let me repeat, had the initial estimate been anywhere close to the actual cost, I would have immediately declined the repairs and taken my car elsewhere. If I lived in another state, the repair shop would have been required by law to again obtain my authorization for work if the costs were off by more than 10% from the initial estimate. Unfortunately, Texas law does not have this provision. At any rate, it took more than a month (31 days), and they not once bothered to call me with updates (despite saying that they would do so when I first dropped of my car). Every time I have wanted information, I had to call them. Apparently they have no problem calling my insurance company, because I received a call from my insurance agent saying that the repair shop had told him that my car would be ready to pick up (I know, its hard to follow). Why would they call my insurance company? They arent the ones who have to pick up the car! Anyway, before going to pick up my car, I called the shop just to make sure things were ready to go. Im glad I did, because they had broken my windshield when they were reinstalling it and had to order a new one. That’s fine (accidents happen), but I wonder if they would have actually bothered to call and tell me this had I not called them first. After waiting an additional day, my car was at last ready. Or so they said. When I went to pick it up, they immediately pointed out that they had broken a fairly large piece that fits between the cars hood and the windshield. The part was ordered, but I would have to come in a week later for them to install it. Of course, a full week goes by, and I hear nothing from the shop. I call my insurance agent, who then gets on their case, and magically the part arrives at the shop that very day. To the repair-shops credit, it did only take 10 minutes to install, but still it shouldn’t have taken a call to my insurance agent to get it done. After everything was completed, the total time to complete all of the repairs was a staggering 41 days. I feel totally taken advantage of and have a real hard time with the fact that I still had to pay the $500 deductible to my insurance company. As far as I am concerned, the actions of the repair shop, including the worthless initial estimate and failure to contact me, amount to deceptive trade practices. At the very least, I will be filing a complaint with the States Consumer Protections Bureau. I have little hope of anything positive coming out of this complaint, but hopefully its a warning to others.
Kevin had left the building before my appointment on June 23rd and left my paper work with the receptionist for me to sign and leave my vehicle and keys with. I knew this sounded like shady business, when I arrived they had failed to coordinate with Enterprise to have my rental vehicle ready while my personal vehicle was being repaired. I arrived with my Enterprise reservation number, and had set this appointment on April 19th, When I contacted my insurance company they assured me this location was at fault, even after I replied to the owners response they did not care to reach out to me. Please, if you value your time, do not waste it at this location. Garbage Business.
I always go to service king, been there about 4 times at least. Never ever fix my car on the first try and never give good customer service. They dont even take the time to call you when your car is ready. Very unprofessional and quotes are always way off when it comes to time.

While the repair took quite a while, the car looks like new and there are no anomalous noises. Customer service is very good too.
The staff was 100% professional and friendly. My car looks as if it were brand new. However, someone who work on it tore my seat cover and put a hole in my drivers seat.

I had the most wonderful experience with this location! My service guy, Mike, was very forthcoming and prompt with the service. He prepared me for the worst case scenario (which it turned out not to be) and had the work done within a day! After calling and price checking around, I felt that the price was extremeley fair. What a great experience that could have been so negative!Oh and by the way I paid for this out-of-pocket and not with insurnace. They seemed to take this into consideration when handling my vehicle as well :)
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. John Rager takes the service out of service king. He should be fired for the way he talks to his customers-belittling and rude, he will laugh at you and your car and your situation-just what you want to deal with after you have been in an accident right? The front desk staff are rude as well. There are too many other bodyshops that actually want your business. I got treated like i was a high school kid. I have an 83 porsche project car I am planning on having body work done on, I will take my future business elsewhere and make sure to steer anyone i know elsewhere as well.
If I could go lower then a one star I would horrible customer service Unwilling to help and rude also as I talkd to the secretary she never one looked me in the eye only down beyond disrespectful plus unwilling to help with a hit and run they rather cover up a crime. So if you want to be treated like your nothing or had a crime done in your vehicle and need to cover it up then by all means come here.
