Loved the service done on my car. Took it for Trunk latch replacement but they also fixed ecm which is of course on recall but it was nice of them to do that. The bulbs are not expensive and installation is free if they are easily accessible.

***Deceptive Business Practices***My vehicle was taken to the service department due to a check engine light. It is important to note I drove the car the night before the appointment and only issue was the check engine light. The headlights and tail lights worked perfectly. After they checked my vehicle when I arrived they said my headlight on the passenger side was out. Then they tried to charge me $75 for the headlight bulb. I declined and only had the necessary work completed. After arriving at home my husband and I checked all the lights and the whole passenger side headlight assembly was not working. We checked the wires and discovered the service center had unplugged my headlight assembly completely. When it was plugged back in it worked perfectly. Be careful going here and make sure you check everything, including the lights, before you let them have access to your vehicle. Lesson learned and we will not be going back.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Chose to wait for my oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment, was in and out within an hour.

Updated to 1 start in 2019.I brought my car here for service and the service was great as usual, but they sent my vehical VIN and contact information to SirusXM without my knowledge as part of the service lane program.None of it is that important or confidential, but still sending any of my information to another business without my knowledge is unacceptable. Besides who wants more annoying SiriusXM emails.Old review, which was for 5 stars when it was owned by Frank Kent is below:This is the only place that was willing to fight with my insurance to get them to pay. Every other place refused to even look at the problem or drive my car, the whole rear axel ended up being bent!
