After an exhaustive search for an auto shop with excellent reviews that works on Land Rover vehicles (harder to come by than one might expect), I came across several recommendations for Jewel Auto in a Facebook group that I was a member of. I went ahead and had them service my Range Rover and I could not have been any happier with them. The value, communication, and quality of service was impeccable. I recently had issues with an ignition switch. When I called, the guy I spoke with suggesting that I check the key for excessive wear; replacing the key would be much cheaper. The key was not the issue, but I appreciated the honesty and the attempt at a more affordable, quicker fix. In the end, the repair was $300 less than the initial quote and was completed on time.

Mike Jewell and team did a miracle job on a oil drain plug rounded off less than 1/2 inch left out of all options to get it out.Mike and team got it out successfully without having to replace oil pan and completed the oil change in 1 day. Hard working and honest staff.👍

Got some work done but the prices were outrageous. For a business claiming to be trustworthy they really like to inflate their prices. The parts itself seemed fairly decent, however their cost for labor is absolutely absurd. Overall, I would never recommend this business to anyone unless you have money to throw away.

I was quoted nearly an $800 for a battery and oil change! I asked to break it down why so much, and no one could tell why strait out, they kept going back to a Diagnostic that they couldn’t tell me what it said, but hey charged me full price for incompetence diagnostic, lol I went and did a full tune up myself, plugs fan belt oil, air filter, did it all under an hour, plus a new battery!

Honest, Good Work, Good Pricing (the big 3).May daughters aged Volvo had multiple issues. Jewel diagnosed the car and said we needed to fix some things, and other items were not imperative, that we could wait on those items. After looking at my sons truck, Mike told us to get rid of the thing, that it wasnt worth fixing. This is what I love -honesty! I think many places would have wanted to fix everything on my daughters Volvo, and would wanted to have repaired my sons truck. We love Jewel and his whole crew. My daughter really loved his dog.

Ive been using mr. Jewell for about a year-and-a-half 2 years. I still give him and his company 5 stars. Theyve always worked quickly and done a very good they have never done anything or charged me without checking with me first. one time when discovering a recall on the vehicle that was causing the problem we had brought it to him for, he hauled it to the dealer at no charge and charged us nothing for figuring out what was wrong with it. Cannot recommend him enough

I came in to align my car (which is 30 years old), i was told it could be done, then it could not due to suspension problems, i was offered a (paid) estimate, which i declined then i asked if i could review the problems i was given, or if i could have a copy of the sheet (which is of no use to them) i have nothing to give you son i left, automatic red flag.I visited a friend ive known for 6 years with 20yrs of experience, he advised me to replace half the parts listed from my memory, and told me it was NOT on its last leg as described. As i had already known, he assured me it was in great shape for its age, last of her kind too.Will never return, and advise others to do the same.Shady.

Jewell did my mechanical work on my Lexus and sent it to a different body repair shop, Master Europa, to finish the job. I was having major issues with getting my car back in a timely manner from the body shop. Jewell Autos owner Mike called me to sort things out and apologize for the issues. He was honest about what was going on with that shop and stepped in to get things in gear. He even went there a few times to check on my Lexus. The receptionist helped as well to make phone calls to the other shop to make sure all was in order. He made sure to stand up for what was right and got them to finish my car by that evening.

Ive been turning my own wrenches for my whole life and would only take something i couldnt fix to my dad. Since my dad has passed ive had no one to take it to until now. They replaced the part and worked with me on price. Thanks Ray, and everyone at Jewell Automotive.
