I recommend this place for all your tire needs. My situation is pretty unique; I have 3 tires that originally came with my Tacoma and 1 tire that I replaced a year ago. One of my original 3 tires needs a replacement, it has a small leak and I consistently have to add air to it.I went in this morning and explained my situation with a worker, and he led me into the back room to see their selection. We looked at three different options and got quotes for each, but ultimately he advised that I look at replacing the tire with one of the same brand and model of my oddball tire. You can tell this place really values their customers. One customer came in after me and was greeted on a first-name basis. If you need any tire service and want HONEST feedback and advice from knowledgeable individuals, visit this shop. You wont be disappointed.

TRUST...trust is the first thing we rely on when we get our truck worked on that pulls our trailer, get us to each event and to work every day. The guys at C S Lee Tire & Auto Service station on Camp Bowie are the type of men that will ask the necessary questions to identify and qualify what work needs to be done without all the layered salesmanship of other locations. The work they performed to get our truck properly aligned was top notch. Courteous fast accurate service and performed in no time. We will definitely return for future maintenance needs. Do yourself a favor and get over to these guys and your vehicle maintained the right way at a fair price.Great job guys!

I recently had a Facebook marketplace mechanic change the ignition coil packs plugs and wires on my 2007 Tahoe. After he finished it ran worse than it did before, check engine light on, truck was jerking when it changed gears and all. I took it to Goodyear on a Friday no sooner than I returned home I received a call saying it was ready, when I asked how much it was I was told $115 I fully expected anywhere from 3-$400. My truck runs like brand new now.

Took a friend here with her car and Randy (the owner I believe) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was having engine trouble and Randy took the time to explain the possible causes and solutions (in very plain terms) before even taking a look at the car. They also had very quick turn-around time. He said they would know the issue within a few hours, and if possible, have it fixed the same day. Will definitely be a customer here in the future and recommend it to all my friends.

Randomly came here for the first time to get an alternator replaced. Left with a replaced alternator, and a power steering issue that was non-existent prior to my arrival. Owner made a mild attempt to rectify the situation, but in the end did not. Got one thing fixed, and and another thing broken.

Run! I took one of my cars in for a simple alignment. It is a high horsepower modified car. Without asking me, Randy took it and drove it on an extened joy ride... took it across town to Honda dealer to show his son... told me later he raced it up and down Camp Bowie! Dont trust them.

Good place with good prices. You dont have to worry about the repairs or the work. As with most mechanic shops if you want it super fast call them the day before (so they can order parts) and be there at 7-8am before it gets busy. Had the high pressure steering line replaced on my murano. Been 2 weeks and 1800 miles... its good! No more power steering fluid all over.

The manager there, Randy, was very kind and understanding when my wife and I had an oil leak. Instead of charging us an arm and a leg, he listened to us and fixed what was asked. He was also very respectful and patient with us, who arent well versed in auto-lingo and the mechanics of cars and didnt make us feel like idiots (which tends to be the case for many other places). When we were there we also noticed he had a good rapport with other customers there, who have probably been going to this outfit for years. We will be going back for subsequent problems. A+

They took us in. It was 114° F. We were towed from I35 with a blowout. Not only got 2 tires but drove to Dallas to get a spare rim. They went above and beyond helping us to secure our fifth wheel for the final leg home to Houston.

Females: avoid this place at all costs. This place gives fuel to the car repair shops will rip off women stereotype. I have taken my car here for years as I live close by, and things were fine up until the last couple of years. I took my vehicle in for inspection and was told I needed 2 tires for it to pass. Fine, not a problem. I was quoted around $110 per tire, and I expected some additional fees/taxes on top of that. When I went to pay my bill, it was nearly $500. Cost of tires plus inspection was only $260, so there was an additional $240 of their fees tacked on. I questioned it, but was told they were necessary. I was very upset, but paid the bill just to get out of there. When I got home, my husband looked at the invoice, grimaced, & went back up there to complain. Of course they told him, Oh those are all optional charges, they told her that, she didnt have to pay all of that. They had never told me that, I was told everything was mandatory and had to b epaid. I guess they assumed oh stupid female will pay it. They refunded us over $150, apologized, and we left. Recently I took another vehicle in for inspection, and was told it needed a $500 brake repair to pass. I left with my vehicle, took it to another shop. They agreed the repair was needed (but not necessary to pass inspection), but quoted me only $150. They said it was a $200 job maximum, and that was if they had to replace another whole part that wasnt even quoted at CS Lee. This place is beyond ridiculous, and will assume you are either stupid, rich, or both, and try to rip you off by padding the bill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This place charged a lot more than the dealer service for a simple diagnosis. The dealer service I visited later did not charge any money for the same type of initial inspection. This place tried to rip off its customers. I would NEVER go this place again and would NEVER recommend this place to anybody.

My recent experience there has led me to believe that Randy and Eric are extremely dishonest people. For years I have taken my car to them for oi changes; they are 1/2 a mile from my house and so I went there mainly for the convenience factor. For my last oil change, they told me that that I needed to look out for some leaking around the oil cap. I asked them why it would be leaking there and basically were saying its from wear and tear, which I was skeptical of. Sure enough, it was leaking oil under my car, so I brought it back and the manager, Randy, tried to repair the leak. I thought he was being accountable and trying to fix this problem that they caused.A month later, ITS LEAKING AGAIN, so I bring it back and tell them about it. They said they would take care of it, that it would take a day to fix. I drop it off in the morning and come back in the afternoon and its not ready - they didnt call, didnt tell me ANYTHING (which by the way was not the first time something like this has happened with these guys). So I come back and pick up my car and they replace the oil pan which I was pleased with; that is until they said I owed them $675!!!I tried to get an explanation but was in a hurry so I hastily paid it ... however, I did some research that evening. Turns out that treads being stripped around the oil cap is NOT wear and tear but occurs because of overtightening of the oil cap. I looked online and several places (including the CAR TALK guys on NPR) confirms that oil cap overtightening is the only way this happens. I went back to press Randy for an explanation and to ask for my money back but he refused to take responsibility for this. I was extremely disappointed because I had gone to them for years and thought they these people where somewhat trustworthy. Boy, I was so wrong. Im never going back there again.

Review №37

This Goodyear location on Camp Bowie is very dishonest. I took my car there because my car was having idle problems. I ended up getting a long list of parts replaced that cost me a little over a thousand dollars without them ever fixing the problem. After doing all that, they told me I needed to replace a part called and IAC valve. Luckily the part was still under warranty because I had previously replaced it. So they replaced the IAC valve but of course that did not solve the problem either. So finally they told me the computer on my car was bad and I would have to replace it or get it repaired. They either did not know what they were doing or wanted me to keep me spending money replacing parts that did not need to be replaced. Slapping on parts unknowingly to see if it fixes a problem is very incompetent and unprofessional. Doing so knowingly just to have a customer spend more money obviously is very dishonest. Stay away from this place. I will never go back there again.
