Love, love, LOVE this place! Never have we ever felt that we were overcharged or pressured into getting extras done that was not necessary for our vehicles. They are SUPER FAST! My car stopped working while I was in Downtown Fort Worth. These guys, especially Jeff, took great care to let me know the possible issues but ultimately the issue was more complicated. The full repair did take a day, but Jeff called to let me know the time and cost. They had it all finished the next day and took great care to get me back on the road. I can imagine any other shop in the area would have charged thousands of dollars (as others have done to me with this same vehicle) but this shop took great care of my vehicle for an amazingly reasonable cost. I can not recommend these guys more, everyone should consider them first!

The mechanic in charge went above and beyond to find me a great price to replace my brake light assembly! ill definitely come back and send my friends too! Honest, friendly and polite .

Jeff and Bob and staff are excellent in customer service, communication related to your vehicle status, and simply friendly people. They are very knowledgeable about vehicles, and go above and beyond to assist the customer. I have to say, that since I moved away from Fort Worth to Houston I still have not found a better service company.

Service is great shout out to Matthew and staff very professional and patient. They checked major components determined it was a corroded battery terminal replaced it and I went on my way. I advice take your vehicle early in the day to give them sufficient time to look into any issues. Very well priced it all depends the make of the car and the issue so no specific price. They help find the right parts and the right price will always recommended them.

Ive had several of my vehicles maintained here over the years and each time I have a good experience. They are upfront about the work and give an honest estimate about the price. They also have shown a knowledge of tricks of the trade and do their best to keep you from spending more than necessary to repair your vehicle. I have even had them decline to work on one of my cars as they felt that it was a warranty issue and that the dealership should be consulted first. Let that sink in for a moment; they turned down a prime opportunity to make several thousands (it was an engine problem with under 75k miles on the car). This sealed it for me. There may be places that are closer, but these guys have been nothing but honest and straightforward every time Ive had work done.

I locked my keys in my car at Tom Thumb, walked to Family Car Care Centers (after calling several people, none of which would help), and Luis gladly helped me get my car unlocked! He was a huge blessing, and I am so grateful that he was more than willing to help me! So glad I didnt have to call a locksmith!

My ac compressor wemt out while on a trip and Family Car care center got me.a new compressor and swapped it out quickly, they are a life saver. Jeff and the crew was great guys and did an amazing job.

I drive from Arlington for repairs here because this place is great. The guys that run it are super friendly. They are honest, explain everything without sounding condescending and dont try to over charge you because youre a woman or dont know anything about cars like other places. Ive used them a few times now. Twice when my car was still under warranty and once when it ran out. Same treatment and very affordable .

Been a loyal customer for years here. Jeff is amazing to work with on so many levels. When I was trying to find my daughter a car I ran a few makes and models by him and he told me which ones to run not walk away from and which ones he would advise. He knew my daughter and we trusted his judgment.He has given us second opinions where another Local dealer hadrubbed transmission fluid under the engine and taken a picture and claimed it was leaking when there was no such leak. No transmission service had been done. It was all unnecessary work....Family care car center had always been the one to service my car....Thankfully once it was wiped down with a rag no additional leaks appeared and it was monitored still no leaks appeared and I saved a lot of money.Good catch Jeff!!!!!This is why they I continue to be a loyal customer!!!!!

I am so appreciative of these guys!!! AC went out on a June morning, I know no one in Fort Worth and I work in Arlington (with clients to transport the next day). These guys gave me a ride from and to the shop and turned around the job same day so I could go to work the next day. So friendly, honest and helpful. Plus, they charged me a fair price. Didnt even try to take advantage of me as a single woman (which happens a lot in the auto repair world, Im sorry to say). Such great gentlemen and such good people. The customer service here is UNBEILEVEABLE. in a good way!! I have never encountered such helpful people. I was completely blown away. They got my car done fast, when it easily could have been an all day thing.. It was only half in cost of what i was priced at 3 other shops. I will be making the 2 hour drive every time if possible to have all of my work done Here. If i could give a 10 star rating i would.

Over the years Ive brought my truck to this place to fix my brakes, replace the AC, do a full service check up, and now the replacement of my radiator.Every. Single.Time. Im satisfied with the service and surprised by the affordable, no gimmicks pricing. I made the mistake to take my truck to another mechanic and I learned the hard way that if you need a mechanic, the only place to go is Family Car Care Center.

The people at the shop are pretty nice but they had me drive 45 minutes to fix my car twice only to be told both times by someone else that they dont have time to work on it. I ended up having to take it somewhere else. It was really disappointing.

I called about a inquiry and the guy who answered the phone was extremely helpful and patient. I was calling the wrong number. He was patient and directed me to the right company.

Jeff is the best, he has excellent customer service skills and is the most trustworthy when it comes to vehicle repairs and simple estimates; something absolutely scarce in the auto repair business. This place also happens to be GM certified so its just as if youre taking it to the dealership with shorter wait time.

Wish that I could give a negative star rating. Worst repair experience EVER!!!! They had my car for 2 weeks and I was told parts were on the way for my A/C, then was told couldnt find the parts, no repairs done or even attempted. Nothing but the run around from the start, save your time and go some where else. No customer service to speak of, pathetic excuse for an automotive repair business.

Great service and honest people. Thought I had a bad oil lead and it turned out to be a bad oil filter. Just charged me for the oil filter replacement Would take my car back there in a heart beat.

Over 4 Weeks not one phone call, I had to call, twice. Both times no idea where we are at with repairs, tech wasnt at work both times, and than was asked whats wrong with it again? Both calls i was told i would get a call back, never happened. They still have my vehicle too...smh

Mcmc sent my car to this place for repairs when it was brought back it had animal droppings on the bottom floor and engine Parts detached under the hood and check engine light on. Then the thermostat housing was replaced and they removed all my antifreeze and didnt replace any..
