I walked right up and was helped by a representative. I got checked in and was told Im 2nd in line. Well after not even 3 to 4 minutes I was approached to check out my vehicle. I needed only 1 tire which they had in stock. Salesperson was extremely polite and welcoming. My vehicle was checked in promptly and was told it would be 45 minutes to complete. Awesome! I highly suggest getting the certificates as itll save you a ton of money in the future.

Joe was awesome! It was our first time at the Bryant Irvin location. We ordered and paid for the tires online and scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Joe greeted us outside once we parked the car. We handed him the key to the car and left the car there (no extra paperwork needed). We picked it up after we finished our errands (early afternoon). Excellent experience. We will definitely return again.

Got a simple rotation on our van.Go to drive it a few days later and the steering wheel is shaking at speeds. Get it off the road and check it... every single lug nut was loose. Every single one.

Came in to get my front two tires changed today. There were some bumps in the road due to my tire size, but Jake went out of his way to make sure everything got worked out. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated by Darryl Fields and the folks at this Discount Tire. My mothers Benz needed new tires and wheels, as they no longer made a tire that fit her particular aftermarket rims. Darryl was able to find a great option that was mindful of our needs and budget. The service was fast, professional, and easy for us to get everything taken care of. I would highly recommend using this location and will return here when I need tires for my Jeep.

I drove in with a flat tire before opening. I was seen quickly with curtesy. About 8:30 a staff member named Jacob said your car is ready. He told me the tire just had a screw in it. I have been a customer for over 30 years. The service has consistently been excellent. Their prices are always fair. I will always return because I know I will receive outstanding service.

My husband went on line to order 2 new tires, and setup an appointment to have them put on. When we arrived at the Discount Tire shop my husband went in, and told the sales associate that he had went on line and ordered the 2 tires, and had set the appointment for today at 2:30. The sales associate was very helpful and told us just how long the wait was going to be since we had arrived about 30 minutes early, and about how long it would take to put the new tires on. My husband also decided to go ahead and have 2 additional tires put on as well, and the sales associate helped him with that as well.It took about 35 minutes for everything to be done and we were right out of there. It was a very pleasant experience at Discount Tires.I would definitely recommend this Tire shop to anyone looking to buy new tires! We are very pleased with the sales associate and the quality service we received today at Discount Tires!! We will definitely come back for any and all of our tire needs in the future.

Stood there in air line outside of my truck and trailer, guys looked at me but no acknowledgment that hey we will be right there. Then when someone came. Oh we cant do anything with that. Just need air nope cant help you Useless if you are in a bad spot. Need air in a tire just get me to where I could fix it. I knew they didnt have the tire I would need. But I just needed air, so I could get to my shop and change it. Because of safety they can air it up?????? So they sent me on my way(SAFETY) causing me to ruin a 200 tire on my trailer. UNTIL I COULD GET TO GOODYEAR ON CAMP BOWIE. THEY HELPED ME.What is safer putting a little air in a tire so a person cant get to where they can get it fixed. Are sending them down the road where the almost flat tire can come apart. Causing a safety issue. There are no places to pull off on Bryant Irvin to wait for a tireman to come.This is the second time I have gone to them for help. Both times totally different from each other. Theyre truly a useless place to get anything. To many rules. I guess if you are driving a BMW THEY CAN HELP YOU.Although they scratched up my wifes wheels on her QX80 INFINITY.USELESS COMPANY

I rather not get tires from here they plugged and patched my tire instead of doing a simple tire change like I had wanted using my warranty so I ended up taking it to Altamesa Discount Tire for better service.

It was ok, all I needed was my tire plugged and the person I dealt with, he was nice and pleasant and explained to me it would take a 1:45 minutes to get to me so he offered to make me a appointment for that following Thursday and he took my info and email address and I never heard from them.

They have always seemed friendly and helpful with fair.prices. I do like the drive through air pressure check.

Sales person was very helpful. I had to replace 2 tires and he was able to discount one of the tires due to having the road hazard warranty. He saved me about $150.00 I search and could not match the deal anywhere.

This Discount Tire does not offer military discount! I had excellent service by John ordering my tire and my tire came in the next day. The next day I paid the full payment Charlie informed me Discount tire does not offer military discount. I spoke to John and he informed me they did offer Military discount and had to re-do the order in order to apply the discount. I will come back to this Discount Tire only because of John and Darryl they both offer excellent customer service. Thank you John forgoing above and beyond for Discount Tire Customers!

Was about to hit the road. Had a 9 hour drive and they got me in and out in just under an hour. Didnt have my exact tires in stock but did have an equally good set hell probably better to be honest. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!

This discount tire is a good and well managed location. I have gotten numerous tires installed here and the staff is efficient and helpful. I haven’t had to bring back my vehicle for any problems either. They have a nice waiting roomwith comfortable chairs too. They even have complimentary water and coffee.

Since the car was a new purchase, and the scenario called for it, I will be taking up the replacement with the dealer due to warranty concerns. Despite this, the level of service demonstrated (he replaced my tire with the backup for free) has to be noted.I will be coming back here for all replacements or additional purchases. It had been about 6 months since I bought tires at this shop (a very satisfying experience). They offer free tire pressure checks, and since I was doing business next door, and was to be driving some distance soon, decided to have them checked. The attendant was very efficient as he checked each tire, making necessary minor adjustments to their pressure, just a pound or so each way. A great service for customers, and a way to maintain tire safety.

I needed my truck tires serviced after feeling lots of vibration in the steering wheel when I was traveling through pulling my RV. Stopped by and met with service tech Val. He was courteous and extremely helpful. Had all my tires checked and balanced when they noticed one of my tires starting to separate. I didnt buy anything since they didnt have a tire to my preference but Val looked around and recommended nearby discount stores to pick up my tire. I would definitely stop by again!

I will ALWAYS come here for my wheel and tire needs. This past week I went in with some aftermarket wheels I had ordered. There were some fitment issues, as there often is with after-market wheels, and we ended up not being able to fit the front wheels and tires on my car. But Hunter, who I was working with at the time, did everything he could to get my wheel setup to fit. We ended up ordering a new set of front wheels with a different offset to solve the problem. All in all the whole process took 2 hours, but these guys were super patient and helpful throughout the process even when some things had to be re-worked. I highly recommend bring your car to these guys, they’ll get you taken care of!

Discount Tire will always be a favorite of mine. Today is another example. I replaced the tires on my RV a week ago. Discount tire, at no fault of their own put a different load range tire on the RV than what I wanted. I should have been more specific. I called them today and asked if they could swap the tires out for the correct set and this was their answer. we dont have the set youre looking for but we have an upgraded tire in stock and well even match the price to the ones youre wanting.So not only were they willing to switch the set at no charge, they even upgraded the tire because they didnt have what i needed in stock. Great crew, great customer service and you have a customer for life!

I brought 4 brand new wheels and bought 4 new tires to have installed at Discount. They did a good job with the new wheels and tires, however they severely damaged the paint of one of the old wheels and when I showed them the damage they disputed that there was no way they could have done it. I call BS because I took pics of the old wheels and tires on my there and then took pics of the new wheels after install. When they removed the old wheels they were careless. I hand wash my cars myself and happened to have taken photos the day of the wheel and tire swap all I can say is be careful and document, because they won’t admit fault no matter your proof. It’s maddening because I hate feeling like getting them to care is asking too much.

The customer service here is by far the best around! I used Just Tires across the street and down the road previously without realizing this place was here. Had the other place try to fix a leak 3x and they patched it wrong apparently which ultimately ruined my chances of getting it repaired again- Which I never knew. A coworker told me to try Discount Tire and they really took care of me.. Felt like family- they helped work out a deal I could afford to get me on the road safely with two new tires... if I could give 10 stars I would. Lifelong customer!

Took my truck here last week and for a flat, they normally get to it fast, but it was really busy and it took them an hour and a half to get to me. I was grumpy since I hadn’t eaten or had coffee, but the guys understood and kept me informed throughout the process, even apologizing that it took so long.Of course fixing flats is free of charge so getting to me pulls them away from their other duties.The guys were entertaining though and worked hard to get this fixed. Have been a Discount Tire customer for over 20 years and this is as good of a location as i’ve found. One star off for it taking 2 hours

Ordered tires online. When they came in an appointment was make to get them mounted. Was in and out in less than an hour. Good price and good service.

I wanted a specific set of tires and they got them in the next day (good job) since its not normally kept in stock. When I went to put them on they said 1 to 1 1/2 hrs (MORE LIKE 40ish MINUTES!! 🥳🎉🎊) and always professional, clean and respectful of the current situation/social distancing/etc. Definitely will continue to be a GREAT option for tires for my family.

Went in to top off my tires and have a routine check. Andy helped me out and ended up finding a nail in one tire. He recommended getting it fixed. The next morning I was there at 8am when they opened. Along with about 12 other customers. All customers were handled promptly and professionally. Justin helped get me checked in and gave me a recommendation for a set of new tires. (Which I asked for.) I went and grabbed some food and came back to get my car. To my surprise when Marcus handed me the key. He told me there was no charge and wished me a good day. All in all you don’t find good service like this anymore. I will definitely come back to this location when I need new tires. Thanks!

One front desk guy need to pay more attention and not promise to make sure everything gets done. Then the bay staff doesnt have to ask and then dont get the spare tire mounted and put in my trunk and after returning two weeks later finding it tossed or taken home by someone. JESSIE is the best!

I am happy with the quality of service that I have received from Discount Tire, as well as the backing of the warranties for their product. I have only one issue at Discount Tire, and it is that they do not always have the products on hand that you may need for your vehicle. That said, if you can wait, they generally get your products to the store for your vehicle and a manner of a few days.
