So I was referred over to them by a co worker of mine. First thing, their diagnostics price is almost half the price of anywhere else. Also, instead of letting me over pay for each individual thing, they advised me to do a bundle package to save more money! After that, I got a call telling me that the problem was solved. In 4 hours... I was told from other shops it would be a week at the earliest.. then, since they were unable to do something that I asked them to do last minute, they gave me a discount because of the convenience!! This place will FOREVER have my business!! 100/10 recommend

Went to have our Kia Sedona van Inspected, so that we could have it registered in Texas. The wait was only 3 minutes before they were taking our van to be inspected. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. The cost was very reasonable at $25.50. The staff even told my husband and I where we could go to have our van registered for Texas. They said we would be in and out in no time.(They were right)🙂 I would definitely recommend going to DFW AUTOMOTIVE.

Extremely impressed and glad I found this shop. They honor their military, and really treated us like family. He sent me detailed updates on my car as they went, didnt charge me for anything without my approval, and really put in the effort to try to keep everything within my price range. Ive had big companies take advantage of my ignorance about cars and squeeze every dime they could out of it, but Dan was 100% transparent and is clearly more about repeat business as opposed to getting one fat check. Hell they even washed my car b4 I picked it up! I will be coming here every time!

Went in for a smog inspection. Fast, friendly and guess what? The cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a mechanics shop!

This is really a great place to have your auto repaired. The guys there are nice friendly and they have some of the best customer service that Ive experienced in years. Dan the manager really takes care of you from start to finish of your repair; with updates about the repair, how long/longer the job will be and take; and the prices were fair. The technicians are very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. I drove an hour one way to get to them, after dealing with these guys I will surely return to them for any future auto repair needs...

What more can I say about these guys? They have done so much for me and have gone out of their way to get parts in quickly so they can get started on my car as soon as they can. Definitely recommend this shop to any one who wants top notch customer service that relies heavily on taking care of the customer than just taking their money. DFW automotive service truly cares about their customers, Dan is exceptional and easy to work with. I work with a warranty company and it is easy to see shops that don’t care or overcharge customers. This shop is not one of those- highly recommended

These guys are amazing! I took my car to 3 different automotive shops and not one could tell me what was wrong with my car. The first day I take it to DFW Automotive they were able to get my car in much sooner than expected, they were very honest and up front with me about everything, and they were able to find and fix the problem very quickly and a whole lot cheaper than all the other guys. My wife’s Explorer broke down while I was on the road. Our regular shop tried to sell her things she didn’t need, but she was smart enough to get another opinion. The guys here were honest and very helpful, explaining to her what happened and why. They got her fixed up pretty quickly, and a whole lot cheaper than the other place. We will continue to bring our business here

I was driving in the area and stopped here to ask a quick “do I need to make an appointment to get my car inspected?” Both men that were working there told me they can get me taken care of right then and there! It’s my first time going through these steps for new registration and I’ll be honest I was nervous up until they helped me out with no problem.

These guys were tremendous. They worked fast, were great to work with, and they even looked at a tail light issue I had, found the problem, and then fixed it. When I asked what it would cost to fix it, they said to not worry about it. What incredible customer service. I will definitely be going back! Like this week, my van needs some work!

I were looking for a place to get my car inspected and found a treasure. They have exceptionally great prices, and fast and friendly service. I forgot to print out my insurance card so I could get my tags renewed after the inspection and they printed it for me. 😀 I came for the inspection originally but will definitely come back for all the other great services they provide.

Found this shop in a google search. Called 30 minutes to closing (5:30 p.m.) and asked if I speed down there if they had enough time before closing to take care of the inspection on my truck, they said yes we can wait on you. Made it there at 5:54 p.m. and they welcomed my wife and I right on in. They got my inspection wrapped up and paperwork done and ready to go within 23 minutes! Never have I made it in and out for a simple inspection in 23 minutes! During our wait the man behind the counter also informed us that they are a full service shop for all makes and models. The shop and office were nice and organized which usually means theyre able to keep up with what theyre doing unlike some of the other shops Iv visited where parts and tools are all scattered out everywhere and employees have no idea whats where or even whats going on for that matter. My wife and I enjoyed the short amount of time we were there and would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks DFW Automotive Service!

I was traveling from Flagstaff to New Orleans when the car started acting up. I hobbled along until I got to the nearest shop which happened to be these guys. They had just closed down for the evening, but the Manager was still around and he diagnosed the clogged injectors pretty quickly. His mechanic was already gone, so I’d have to wait. He gave me a ride to a close by motel, and called me the next day around noon to inform me the car was fixed- he then had someone come pick me up! I wish they would open a shop in flagstaff! Definitely will recommend them!

Had my vehicle in for a basic oil change and the level of expertise from the mechanic was astonishing he was very knowledgeable about my particular make and model of vehicle they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in proper working order before it was returned to me. ALL fluids were properly filled to optimal levels. i noticed it drove a little better meaning the ride was smoother, i asked what all was performed, Junior informed me that my suspension and drive components were greased and lubricated as well as my tires were properly inflated to manufacture tire pressure specs all in all im extremely pleased with the quality and care that I received @ DFW AUTOMOTIVE i will definitely be using them for all my automobiles needs in the future. in fact I just recommend my father get his truck in for A/C service with this TEXAS heat im positive they will have his air blowing cold!

I took my Mercury Sable to DFW Automotive for a probable faulty fuel pump. When it heated up the pump would quit working. When I went to drop the car off, I explained all the symptoms and all they had to do was check the ohms on the fuel pump was below 5 ohms as I did, and they would have found the same diagnostics. Instead they went to replacing all the faults the fuel pump created. $600 plus dollars and only 59 miles later I was stranded on the roadside. When I called, the owner explained we will put the towing charge on your bill. We will have to check the vehicle out at your expense basically they were not honoring the warrantee. I had the car towed at my own expense to another shop and sure enough it was a faulty fuel pump. DFW even replaced PCV valve with improper attachments that leaked air and had to be replaced. Oh the other shop only charge $400 for fuel pump and everything including a 1 year parts and labor guarantee.

Its rare these days to find a mechanic you can trust and that treats you like a friend. I was out of A/C in the Texas 100 degree heat and these guys helped! I had told them what I thought the issue was with the A/C compressor but they went ahead and diagnosed it themselves just to make sure. They dont take advantage of people and that is why I will make sure all my friends use them. They were also $100 cheaper then other shops around here and $350 cheaper then the dealer. Great customer service and explained everything in detail.
