Jason and Rob are awesome! My fan was staying on even when my car was off. I took my car to Brakes Plus Friday morning and the guys were able to have my car diagnosed and fixed by the end of the day. They were even able to change my oil and install a cabin filter for me. I will definitely go back. They made a stressful situation easy to manage.

The crew here did a great job of maintaining my 15 Subaru Impreza who is my prized vehicle. She had all four brakes replaced with premiums, rotors turned, and a brake flush. The staff was professional and courteous. I was one of the later appointments and enjoyed talking cars with the manager while I waited past their hours for my car to be ready. Once I was on the road she was handling as smooth as day one.

Ive always had a positive experience at brakes plus but what made this last visit exceptional was James Tran. He was very knowledgeable and was able to immediately identify and troubleshoot all the issues I was having. I was especially happy with how polite and straightforward he was by explaining to me exactly what was wrong and what my options were, Im definitely going to return to this location.

Don’t be fooled by the name, they do more than just brakes. I’ve brought both of my vehicles in and do not have any complaints. Had an air intake installed in my truck and lights and a new water pump installed in my car and they did a great job. These guys will take care of what you need done and if they are unable to fix the problem, they know where and who to direct you to.

I made an appointment for the same day for a much needed oil change and inspection. I was very pleased when I got there to be warmly greeted and shown the packages they offered. I opted for the $89 package because 1) my Nissan Titan is a 2006; 2) I got all the fluids topped, the brakes checked, the oil changed with all synthetic; and 3) it took my next step off my list.... I got the tires rotated! And last but not the least, I got the inspection done! The service was great and the people are friendly. I was in and out in about 1 hour! I highly recommend Brakes Plus for your one stop vehicle maintenance!

I needed new brakes, rotors, and a brake line flush. They were able to perform this request last minute on a Saturday with no appointment. They were professional and provided details and pricing prior to doing the work. There was no pressure to take the best service they provide or to change some of the parts. I was given the option to turn my rotors or replace them with a significant cost difference. I felt a sense of them being honest and not trying to take my money. I have had other work performed at this location and it was a similar experience. I will continue to use them due to quality work and them being honest and professional.

The Brakes Plus in Keller, TX on Golden Triangle has my continued service. I went in for a free brake check yesterday and these guys are straight up honest! Didnt try to sell me any additional services but was honest with my brake issues. They even offered to give me estimates on any future services I would like. I left there feeling like I was not taken advantage of and my repairs were done honestly. They could have scheduled for me to come back the next day, but instead they had two people on my car getting my brakes fixed within 30 mins. Chris, the manager is top notch!

The staff was very helpful in servicing my vehicle. Went out of the way to make me feel comfortable about the service vs. the price. This location kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Detailed what part was needed and the cost for the specific part. Very professional. I run a large construction company and will have my fleet manager look into having our company vehicles serviced there.

I have probably gone to this location about 20 times now for everything from oil changes to A/C and transmission issues. Every time I have been treated with kindness and professionalism with all my issues being fixed at a reasonable price.

The service was exceptional! I was going out of town and another mechanic informed me that my brake pads were dangerously thin but that they couldnt get to me before my road trip. Brakes Plus got me in and taken care of quickly. Their price was better too! They even topped off my freon at no charge because the dealership couldnt get to that before my road trip either. Friendly staff who kept me informed as my car was being worked on.

I’ve been here before to fix my tire alignment. They did an amazing job. Today, I came because underneath my car there was plastic hanging out and made noises whenever I would drive, but they fixed it today and they didn’t charge me at all. It was a quick and efficient service. Highly recommend people to stop by if they have a car issue. Overall, they are so nice and they are experts at their job. I will definitely come back again. Came in to check my brakes...pedal was going down to far to stop. They were honest about them didnt try to sell me brakes when I still had enough pad left on them. Ended up getting brake flush. They were on it with the how much time it would take! Update... The brake flush is what I needed ...thanks for suggesting it!

This place is amazing, I had just arrived after driving 2000 miles for my new job and my breaks went bad and was grinding. It was around 4:30pm I called them to tell them my problem and was in high rush hour traffic backed way up and finally and safely making it to them around 5:40pm and they without hesitation took my suv back and did a quick fix of my front break pads so I could be safe while driving until I hot paid. The left rear caliper on my 2017 Ford Fusion had an issue where it would not function properly when the electronic parking brake was engaged. I brought my car in soon after they opened the next day and was assisted by the Service Advisor, James. He was friendly, courteous, and promptly began assisting with the car. After diagnosing the issue, they replaced the faulty caliper and performed a brake fluid flush. I picked up the car the same day, and James was as friendly and courteous as when I first arrived. This is the second brake-related service I’ve had at this location and will continue to use them for future service needs.

Ive been seeing these guys since the first week they opened the Golden Triangle location. Chris was there to help me since week one, and also Rob more recently. Theyve always been good, and I trust them. These guys are great.

My review starts with a phone called I made to another “Brakes place” that denied seeing me today because I called late at 4:30 even though they close at 6. I call Brakes Plus and I’m told they’ll see me today because of concern after I explained my brakes situation. A man name Chris served me over the phone. I get there and a man named Rob greets me politely and automatically knows who I am. I guess they talked about a Honda Fit coming in for brake issues. So many minutes go by and I’m told of all the services they’ll do, pricing, and how long it would take. I agreed to everything and even though they close at 6 they stayed late and worked on my car. They got it all done quickly, efficiently and politely. Chris and Rob deserve recognition for seriously saving me a lot of time, money, and potentially my life. Will definitely be coming back soon for A/C repair and I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again for the amazing service!

The AC compressor on my Dodge Ram 2500 failed and needed replacement, so I got several quotes from other mechanical shops nearby and Brake Plus had the best price, for the parts and labor, and included recharging the AC system. I walk in and James was in a great mood ready to help out customers. I knew the man really cared about the service and safety. Very knowledgeable about my specific vehicle and its specific problems.

Went in to get brakes. Set an appointment still had to sit there for 3 hrs. They finally finish I leave and no more than 10-15 min later I have a flat tire. I went into the shop with 4 brand new tires. It makes no sense whatsoever. I call and the guy on the phone doesn’t care at all. He’s just saying it’s my fault I got a flat. I must’ve hit a curb or something. No concern for me being on the side of a busy highway, nothing. No explanation. Man didn’t even tell me if they even checked or added air in my tires. He was only concerned with placing the blame on me. Don’t go here. There are way better options. I learned my lesson about choosing the first option to pop up in the search. It’s not worth the time and money spent.

Brakes Plus provided exceptional service. This was my first visit. The lobby was clean, and there’s a small seating area. I got an oil change, and they also gave me a free tire rotation and applied a $10 coupon. They told me my car was getting close to needing new break pads, but I didn’t feel any pressure to get them replaced that day.

I HATE dealing with repairs on my car; I am used to getting the little lady treatment usually when I go. So I likely put off getting my brakes checked longer than I should have. But I finally caved and went to see Brakes Plus. My service advisor James made me feel right at home! I arrived earlier than my appointment time, but he had my car checked out immediately. He explained in detail what the issues were with it. I sat and waited for my car; James kept checking on me to make sure I was doing ok the whole time (their poor building was having some AC issues [that they were all over getting fixed on top of everything else!]. James and his manager Chris were both top notch in their customer service skills and attention to detail!!! I wont ever go to another place again!
