I needed a tire mounted and balanced. The lobby was clean and looked well stocked with coffee and fruit. Although, I didnt spend much time in it because dropping off and picking up the tire was quick. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for future business

I love The Tire Shoppe! As someone that knows little to nothing about cars, I have been taken advantaged of and spent thousands of dollars on repairs that did not need to be fixed.The people at this shop are HONEST and KIND!I took my car in a few months ago, because I felt something was going on with my car. They looked at it to find nothing was wrong and charged me nothing. So when my engine light came on the other day, I knew who I could trust. They looked at my car and let me know I needed a tune up. When I expressed concern about the price, they were honest with me about the cost of repairs and helped me keep the price down so that I could afford it.As I was waiting, multiple people came into the shop. All were clearly happy with their experience. One even saying, You guys are life savers.The only complaint I have is I wasnt able to see a pic of the owners three dogs. 😉

Never let these guys touch your vehicle if you take any pride in it at all. They might “get the job done”, but they are no better than your backyard mechanic that would cost you a quarter of the price. They tore a hole in my axle cap, created a makeshift brake line connection at my calipers instead of ordering the correct parts, and worst of all, tightened every bolt so tight that it was impossible to take them off the next time I had to service my brakes. They also bad mouthed other shops (shops that do better work than they do) and lied about the work that needed to be done. Just don’t subject yourself or your vehicle to the abuse.. you’ll be better off I promise.

This shop is excellent! Just before the 4th of July weekend my air compressor completely failed (on 90 plus degree days with high humidity). While other shops said its just before the holiday and couldnt get me in, I called up to this shop and they got me in and completed the repair with a fast turn around; and this all just before a holiday weekend. Staff is friendly too. Great work and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Had a nail in a 12 in trailer tire, they couldnt plug the hole, they put a patch on the inside much better than a plug, no charge I will be going back, great service nice people I give them a 5 rating

I try to give my business to independent, neighborhood shops whenever possible. I stopped at The Tire Shoppe because it was on my way home and I needed to get a steady leak in my trucks left front tire repaired before work tomorrow. It was getting late in the day, about 5:45 p.m., and I pulled into the lot to ask if they could do it. Within five minutes, Ivan had my truck up on the hoist, the wheel off and the repair made. I was there less than 15 minutes and that includes thanking Jesse for the best price in town on the repair. I highly recommend this business for their accommodating service, and for also being good Ferndale neighbors.

This is the number one place to go if your around the metro area. And your about to find out why with my experience and many others. #1 i came in because i had a constant flat tire. I went to other shops repeatedly buying new tires ive probably bought atleast 3 new tires not knowing what the problem was thinking they were all deflated. Then i decided to go here 2 not only did they listen to my story they checked it out when i said i wanted a new tire instead they actually found the problem. It was the valve can you believe it Ivan was heller nice and so were the rest of the staff. Come here first they save you money and time.

Nice people but went to have a repair EstimateI had to walk out. Stale cigarette smoke was awful and I couldn’t handle it. Unfortunately I had to find another place. They were very helpful with my tires.

My tire had a leak and I stopped at Tire Shoppe to see if they could get me in. They fixed my tire without even having to get out of the car! Great service.

I came here on May 5 to replace a tire that was leaking. Unprompted they gave me extra information about the condition of my tires and brakes. Obviously they want the business, but the way the guy up front (I think it was Lance) talked to me about what condition they were in, told me what my options were, without sugar-coating anything or pushing me, was so down to earth that I ended up doing more than I had planned, but was glad I did so, and the price was good.I came back today, and got brakes done. I called while I was out and they said they could take me for brakes immediately if I could get there within the half hour. It took me slightly longer to get here, but they still squeezed me in and provided great customer service. Recommended and will return!

Jesse was an absolute delight. I think I called him nervously 8 times for updates, and again, being a nervous nelly, but he answered each call super friendly each time. Will be my new mechanic spot :)

Noticed I was losing air out of one my rear tires faster than normal. Brought it in early in the morning and they had it fixed later that day. Was punctured by an object. Everyone was very professional and I was happy with how quickly they repaired the tire.

This guy is like know other. He has heart. A hose broke in the windshield wiper box and thats what the other oil guy said but they dont do. Machinal work on cars. I had my car at three different places that day and sO was so exhausted that I was ready for A melt down.He was so considerate that I will always go to this guy first.Honesty is hard to find.It was the best place in this town.

I pulled in just before they were about to close with a leak in the tire and they fixed the flat and didnt leave me sitting in front with a flat the guys are cool and what they did shows me they care. I noticed they do almost all types of car service too. Im gonna bring my other car in for them to check it out soon cause they seem to me like genuine people that put care into what they do.

Visited twice within a week. First visit was to have a tail light replaced and order a new tire. Efficient and friendly. The second was to have the new ordered tire put on. The tire ordered was the wrong size but they quickly went and grabbed the proper tire and had it installed. The guys, Lance and Bruce, were professional and wonderful. Before going here I had always used the dealership where my car was purchased from and it was always a hassle and inefficient to do business with. So grateful to have found a new place where my car will be taken care of.

These guys are great! They took care of exactly what I needed at a 3rd of the price of a competitor. Great experience and will go back!

The staff are great, that saw my vehicle in a timely manner, they charged me almost $300 for a battery.

So I went in to get my engine light diagnosed and figure out why my car is misfiring on Monday and they tell me it was the mass airflow sensor being dirty so they charged me 95$ for that. I leave the shop and not even a mile down the road the light comes back on and starts misfiring so I brought it back on tuesday and they had my car from 11 o’clock till 5 and I get a phone call saying it could be the 02 sensors and they can’t do it until Wednesday. So I wake up early Wednesday morning and head straight to their shop when it opens and they replace the 02 sensors then one of the mechanics took my car for a test drive and my control arm snapped and they charged me 475$ for 2 oxygen sensors and a control arm fix. It still didn’t fix my misfiring and my car engine light came on again. I don’t recommend this place to anybody big waste of money and time. All together I spent 570$ and they didn’t even fix my issue. Worst shop I’ve ever been too.

I woke up to a flat tire today with roads being under construction everywhere! Luckily I came into The Tire Shop and a gentleman named Lance helped me very professional and polite they were able to fix my tires while I waited in the lobby! Won’t be giving my business to anyone else!
