Since I did not receive my usual email to complete my Dealership Satisfaction Survey, I will leave my thoughts here... This was my 4th time coming to this dealer for an oil change/tire rotation. I lease my vehicle through Suburban GMC of Ferndale and cannot wait for these next 18 months to fly by. After my last visit on 4/14, I no longer want to step foot into this dealership. I went in for a regular routine oil change and left with a smile on my face... except after driving home and smelling nothing but oil, I opened my hood to find oil all over the entire left side of my engine and the oil cap missing along with a lovely steady of oil dripping onto my driveway... I called and set up an appointment for the next morning in horror that I do not feel comfortable driving my vehicle. I had no idea how much oil had spilled out and not to mention, I live in Macomb and service in Ferndale... I allowed the team at Suburban GMC Ferndale to come get my vehicle and not tow it. They filled it with enough oil to drive it back.. I did mention to my advisor that I had just filled my gas tank (it was a full tank), and he assured me that I would have a full tank on my vehicles return... I never received a call stating my vehicle made it to the dealer.. I had to call... no one called me to give me an update.. I had to call... When it was finally returned, the oil was cleaned up on the engine but my vehicle was not at a full tank. I have now left 2 messages with the dealer, one with the advisor and one with the service manager... I am still waiting... I am dissatisfied, and have zero trust in anything that these individuals do or say. I would very much like a call back and to speak to someone that might actually hold up to what they say and will do.

Fantastic service from my service advisor Dan, whom I will be dealing with from now on, to the porter who pulled up my car. Everyone made this a pain free experience! I will bring all my car needs to this service department!

Its easy to book an apportment online. They follow up with an email confirmation and a phone call within 24 hrs of your appointment to verify it. When you arrive your paperwork is processed and they give you an estimated time of completion. My services are usually completed before the estimated time.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change today and made an appointment. I was waiting for a little over an hour when the person with whom I checked in came out to say it shouldnt be much longer. Overall I was at the dealership for about two and a half hours before my car was finally ready. I paid $139 for the service special that they are advertising, for three visits with a tire rotation, oil change, and car wash with each. I wasnt able to get a car wash today as they said the department is closed for poor weather--its below freezing, so thats understandable. I am just very frustrated that it took so long for what was supposed to have been just an oil change.

My second visit there was terrible. They did not put my sticker on my vehicle to let me know when my next oil change. My check engine light was on and no one told me about. They lost my key. I was standing up at the check out for 20 minutes waiting on them to find my keys.I will never go back!

Asked person over the phone to speak with Chris, she said he would call me back in like 5 minutes, I asked if she was sure she then stated I’m not sure he’s with another customer, I then asked them why would you promise a time if you weren’t sure she never answered and I then stated I would just call back in five minutes she said ok and then hung up the phone, NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO VALUE IN CUSTOMERS
