Good Customer service. Good products. They promote the 3 product levels, good, better, and best. It is a corporate run business, which I feel has become passe. The only area lacking was the timeliness of service 1 hour for 2 tires. They recommended an alignment which is good and the tires show no alignment wear. Recommending an alignment is part of showing corporate they are doing their job.

My car dealership in Bellingham could not fix my tire after I waited 2 hr. So I went to Les Schwab in Ferndale.Unbelieveable experience. Had an appointment to get my tire repair that had picked up a small piece of metal. They had the tire fixed and had me out in 40 minutes. Very professional staff that explained what they did to fix the tire. Would highly recommend them for any new tires or service to existing tires. BIG THANKS.

My Moms car tire indicator went off so we stopped by. They checked all four tires, made sure all had air, and gave us advice on next steps. Professional, efficient and didnt charge for the inspection. Great place!

Incredible service. Twice in the past three weeks, theyve spent an hour looking at my tire for a nail, and patched it up--at no cost to me. Next time I need new tires, or any service where I can actually pay them, Im going there. All the staff are professional, kind, efficient, skilled, and honest about what your vehicle needs. You dont feel like youre being pressured to buy something; quite the opposite. You can just drive up, and someone offers to help you before you can get out of the car to ask. You leave wanting to pay them for awesome service (they dont accept tips, unfortunately.)

Well, sometimes the guys can take longer than the job should take. But, its a good place for tires.

Very quick and efficient with great customer service! They quickly fixed the tires on one of our cars for free so I brought in another car for new tires the next day. Both services were completed much quicker than I expected.

The techs there are terrific. They go above and beyond what they need to do, including putting solid stems in when you forget to ask for them just because it looks better. They didnt try to sell me the most expensive tires in the shop and were very friendly.

4pm on a Saturday afternoon, at a campground outside of Blaine, WA, we got a low tire pressure alert on our Jeep. Nail in the tire. We drove to the closest Les Schwab in Ferndale (they close at 5pm). They are awesome! Took the car right in, fixed us up, we were out the door in less than 20 minutes— no charge! We’ll definitely be back!

I had to get brand new tires....it was almost their closing time and they patiently helped me with all my service and payment options. Explained everything so there was no misunderstanding. They were very easy to talk to. By the time they were done it was waaaay past their closing time...highly recommend you get some type of service from them at least 1 time!

They go the extra mile with good products and great service. They look at your whole car when you come in and if they find something they give you a written estimate on the spot. They used to give you coffee and popcorn but vivid you know.

Had a screw in tire (theres a joke in there) repaired at no charge. Tires were purchased 92000 mi ago, warranted 70000 mi. Tread at 3/32 so representative wrote an estimate on new set. Quote good 30 days, well see.

Great place. I was about to head to Oregon with my wife so I stopped in for a free trip safety check on my car. A guy named Kyle was super helpful and very nice. Told me i needed to fix my CV axle before i went on a road trip.

Easy, fast service. Went in for tire rotation Which I usually do myself but I had been noticing a shimmy when braking so I asked them to check that out. He let me take a look at the rotors and brake pads while the tires were off and luckily we were able to turn the rotors which he did and 20 minutes later it was all done. He also checked all the fluids and made sure there were no other major problems (minor gasket leak but thats normal at the mileage). Super friendly and helpful and did not at all feel taken advantage of or sell me things I dont need which some other places are known to do. Definitely recommend!

Great guys felt like I was in good hands.

What a wonderful group of people. We were on our way home to Canada and when filling up with gas noticed a bolt stuck in our left rear tire. Stopped at Les Schwab in Ferndale for a repair. Even though they were busy with lots of walk ins like us, they had us on the road again in just over an hour. And the repair was no charge! I cannot say enough good things about their customer service. Highly recommend!

I have been meaning to write for months. I am Canadian and my car battery died just after we crossed the border. We were on the way to my sons first Seahawks game. We managed to get a jump and get to Les Shwab. Despite being very busy, these guy got us completely sorted in an hour or so. We made the game and were on time. These guys deserve all the credit. Really amazing!! Thank you!!

Even tho they were super busy they were able to get me in quickly and showed me what was causing my tire to leak on the rim. And then promptly fixed my leak and had me back on the road.

I have been taking our company trucks here for a while now and the work is always hit or miss. But this last time was just kinda the final straw. A couple weeks ago I took one of our trucks in and asked for a quick inspection of the brakes while other work was being done. I was told that they were good and still had plenty of life left, which was hard for me to believe because I drive that truck on a daily basis and they didnt feel fine to me. Unfortunately some other problems occurred under my front end and took it to a mechanic shop, and the quote I got from them, word for word, says, Found front caliper slides froze up and coming apart. and over the phone he said the brakes were basically non existent. Thanks for the tires, but youre not touching anything but tires ever again.

Bit of a wait but got my tire fixed up!

The check in was very good, but I was told they would be able to get to my car before I had to get to work. I had to leave before they were able to look at my car. I thought being there before 11, it would be quicker. Other than that, I like their services.

Ive been to locations all over the northwest and have never been let down. I usually go to the ferndale location and I have never been let down and usually they will fix a leaky tire for free.

My experiences with this company have been very positive, for the most part. They have been very accommodating and the receptionist even gave me a ride to my job once while my brakes were being worked on, which was way above and beyond her normal job duties! ☺ I would have given a 5 star review (just on the receptionist ALONE!) but I dislike the first come first serve policy, and that you cant make an appointment, so you never really know how long your wait will actually be.

Best place to go for tires. Even though they quote you at the most expensive for everything. Atleast they warranty their product

We can’t give these guys a higher rating. We were on a road trip from Vancouver to Portland and ran into a flat tire on our way down. We were on a tight schedule to attend a game in Portland and these guys patched the tire in record time. Best part, we weren’t charged a single cent for the repair. These guys are the best! 2/3 they meet me at my car when I park and ask what they can help me with. Fixed my tire for free once and super friendly. I had 2 nails in a tire 2 different times and fixed it fast and quick. I dropped my car off to get it aligned and done in an hour.

I have been loyal to another Les Schwab center for many years but recently I had a flat so I didnt want to drive very far with the donut. They took care of me as best they could for a very short handed day. They fixed my tire no charge. My loyalties ae now torn.

Placed a work order for 2 1/2 hours. Got there in time and was told it would be an hour wait. Waited the hour and my car still wasnt taken in. Another 20 minutes later the car was finally taken in. When it was finished, they never let me know. I was waiting there. Finally I looked in the bays and didnt see my car. Went to the counter and found out they called my home to let me know it was finished. Not very happy.

Justin flatly refused at any price to mount & balance 2 new tires I bought elsewhere. but he said theyre willing to mount & balance used tires... I can only assume there would be more danger & liability in doing this with used tires. but I guess Im no expert.so I went to Beacon in Custer. $10 ea. screamin deal.

I just recently took my car in for an alignment at the Ferndale Les Schwab. The tech had said he was having an issue with getting the steering wheel straight and aligning my rear wheels. I drove away, the first time, and the steering wheel was off 30 degrees. I took it back and asked if they could check it again, they fixed it no problem. I wasnt sure why he had a problem with the rear wheels so when I got home I looked at my recently replaced control arms, the locking nut on it was completely rounded off. I took it back again to ask them to fix it and the manager was immediately defensive saying thats what happens when you loosen and tighten nuts like that or maybe the wrench slipped. If they knew what they were doing that wouldnt have been an issue. I replied, well I expect my car to return in the same manner it was brought in. The manager said alright. At first he refused to do anything about it and said he didnt even know where to begin to get parts and that he also wouldnt install anything. I said I would order them and put them in myself, bring my car back and then have him align it again. He said alright sure but Im never touching this car again. I replied alright, Im never bringing it back here again.

Given ETA 1hr.... 3 hrs later. My car still untouched... No sense of time or honesty. Slow AF.

Over the last 10 years I have had nothing but excellent service from this business.The customer service is top notch and the products they provide are equally as good. As a retail business owner I know what it takes to make a great retail business and they have what it takes.

They lied to me and told me I had a bent driveline. Held my truck up for 3 days. I contacted the corporate office about it. Now their telling corporate office it never had a bent driveline. I dont trust the Ferndale store.I have spent a lot of money at the Les Schwab stores over the years. I wont ever again and I certainly wont recommend them I even overrated them at 1 mark.

These guys have always been great. Theyve fixed tires for me that were not their brand. They gave me a discount the second time I needed my front end aligned after an accident (the first time was just before the accident). Their tires have never let me down, and Ive spent a lot of time in the back country and off road.These other reviews arent fair because there is a lot of missing information.

I was stuck on the Custer Rest Stop when I was heading towards the border. After getting it towed to this Les Scwab location, the manager (Les) and various crew members helped me out with my car and even helped me find alternatives in getting home. Im satisfied that they fixed my car to the best of their abilities and I got home safely.

Its disappointing that this branch doesnt prioritize commercial truck customers as other branches do. Perhaps Ive been spoiled by the exceptional service Ive received elsewhere, particularly in Puyallup, as they understand were on the clock.

Nice friendly service, however, youll need to check their work yourself!! Our tie-rod came loose, the bolt came right off at 70 MPH. I dont trust their work at this location! Nice crew there though.

We were on a trip from Vancouver to Bellingham for a reunion of college friends. On the way the car we rented got a flat tire. It was after hours and the shop was closed. The manager was there and he opened it anyway and put on a spare. Charged us nothing and was incredibly helpful. Great service. You dont experience things like that very often.
