One of the best car experiences Ive had to date. I was met with extreme focus, and professionalism. They checked our car very carefully and could point out more damages than what the insurance estimated, and take care the whole process with the insurance for us. They are very friendly and professional. Turn out that our car was total loss, which is good for us as it is not safe to drive on the car with frame damage. If I take my car to the another bodyshop, maybe the outcome will not the same. I feel so happy that i found and work with them, especially Lance. Thank you very much for your great service, Lance. OMGOODNESS Where do I start! I was led to this place. I called spoke with Tony in the a.m. I came in to show him my car a few hours later, My car is a brand NEW 2022 KIA SOUL, and someone had bumped my bumper and took off! Ive only had it 5 days at that time!!! I was so hurt. Tony, understood my dilemma and frustration, let me describe this Angel of a man to you, soft spoken, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, caring and patient. He looked up the part I needed, gave me a quote and said it could be ordered, and can be repaired in a few hours once it arrives! You can wait here no loaner would be needed. I was so excited!!! But, unfortunately, I didnt have the monies right then, it would take at least a few weeks just to get the deposit. Mind you, I just put a healthy down payment and had to purchase car insurance 6 days ago on this KIA. So, I asked Tony could he please try to bump it out(bumper) he did just that! He pulled out this thingy, applied heat and those magical hands performed a MIRACLE!!! RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES!!! I dont need a new bumper at ALL. I offered him a tip, he refused, just said and I quote. Highly recommended. Called for an estimate for my insurance, was able to get a same day appointment. They were kind enough to buff out all the scratches for free. They easily could have charged me and I could have been reimbursed by the insurance company but they saved me a lot of time and hassle and just did it for free. This was my first time there and Im very happy that I decided to choose this place instead of getting ripped off or wasting my time somewhere else.

Been giving them my business for about 4 years now and I couldn’t be happier. They do the work in a very timely manner. In 4 years, I’ve had to fix my truck 6 times and every single time I took it to them they completed the work within a week- 3 weeks the most. My Mercedes Benz G63 was involved in a wreck, I called a few shops to see what is the best way to handle it. They explained the entire process which other shops did not. I called my insurance company and told them this is the shop that is going to repair my vehicle. The insurance company tried to tell me to use one of there direct repair shops, I did that in the past and it was a horrible experience, a lot of things were not fixed right. I felt like since it was there own recommended shop, they went cheap on my entire car, during that time I did not know it was my choice by law on who I want to work on my car. I didn’t think the insurance company had my best interest in mind, Lance at the shop made sure that nothing was missed when my car was being repaired.The good experience began, I dropped my vehicle off, then the adjuster came out from Statefarm and Tony did a walk around with him and pointed every scratch and every damaged piece that needed to be replaced. There were some things the insurance adjuster did not want to fix, but did when he was shown how it was part of the accident. The shop made sure everything was fixed. When I got my car back, it was cleaned and it looked like nothing ever happened. These guys kept there word and made sure I received exceptional service. Thank you

He told me I would have to wait a week for the windsheild to come in and then they will put it on as soon as possible. Lance was great. He kept me up to date on my vehicle progress, when parts came in, when the car would be done & if parts were on back order and how long they would take to come in. The day my car was done I didn’t have a ride to come pick it up so he came to Clinton Twp to come pick me up which was very great. He worked well with me with the dealership that was delivering my parts and what not. Also, when I took my car there it was super messy, when I got my car back it was spotless basically! They cleaned up and vacuumed my car out. The techs are awesome & polite also! Overall, I would recommend this place if you need to take your car to a collision shop!

My car, a 2017 Chevrolet Volt, was involved in a fender-bender and needed some extensive front end repair. Tony looked it over and gave me what I felt to be a fair estimate for the repairs. The job involved about a week for ordering parts and about 4 days for the repair itself. The crew did a fantastic job on the restoration which included some skillful repair and painting work on the aluminum hood! The car looks brand new again! They also detailed the car and repainted the mirror (which had been damaged earlier) at no extra charge. Additionally, the repair was finished earlier than was originally estimated. The owner of The Collision Repair Shop Lance and his staff were very helpful informing me what parts needed to be replaced and what expectations on when this job would get completed.Lance worked with my insurance company to get the proper approvals so he can order the correct parts in a timely fashion. Since I reside in Chicago, IL; Lance and his staff provided me with status updates on my car during this time.Once my car was completed with all of the repairs; my cars rear end looked brand new and there was no showing of an accident. Ok, so I hit the wall on 696 a few months back and couldn’t open my hood. My car likes to burn oil and I was stressed about getting to and from work without being to check or add oil. They have the most expensive prices in town. Just be aware that they will allow your car to sit up there without reaching out to the insurance companies in an attempt to rack up storage fees. Your repairs will likely be more than insurance will pay and YOU will be paying out of pocket for the remaining balance. Save yourself the troubles and go elsewhere.

I brought our 2007 Lexus here to have the door hinges replaced. The hinges were rusty and preventing the door from opening and closing freely. The car is our extra car. It has more than 200,000 miles and quite a few scratches in the paint. How about when I picked the car up from getting the hinges fixed - they had buffed out the scratches on the car too - WITHOUT CHARGING ME!! I was so impressed that they did this as a complimentary service. Tony had the car looking brand new!!! Now I want to take it back to them to have all the other little details fixed. I was rear ended by someone on the freeway and the insurance company wanted to refer me to their in network shops but the places had awful reviews. After a quick google search I found The Collision Repair Shop and read thru the reviews saw the pictures and figured I would go with them. Let me say I can see why the shop has excellent reviews! I must commend Lance who is not only incredibly sweet but he knocked some money off my deductible! Lastly, the work was impeccable I mean my vehicle looked as pristine from the moment I bought it! I also want to say this was my first accident in decades and the fact that I found this shop on a whim basically and everything turned out awesome if you are looking please just go here you won’t regret it!!

This Collision Shop is awesome! The location is easy to find and They’re professional & timely. I was quoted approximately 14 days for my repair and they delivered! They kept me informed and up to date on the progress of my car which I’ve never experienced before, other collision shops just let you wait until they’re ready so to speak. The environment is quaint and the staff was great. I’d highly recommend taking your vehicle here for mechanical or collision repairs. Update:My car was returned 11 September 2019 they do awesome work. The workman/craftmanship is above national standards. They have some kinks to work out regarding reliability of message to customer & doing better job of dust removal from the vehicle post paint, time projection to customer and insurance.Suggestion:Turn the persons car on if you keep it longer than 10 days.original review was a 1.In a moment of transparency Mr. Lance (site manager) personally called to ask if I was satisfied. He noted the mitigation of the insurance carrier. THEY WORK WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES TO GET YOU THE BEST RESULTS.This small step bumps them up 3 points.Original post:They have had my car for a month been paid in full and are not returning my car and not giving a reason as to why?
