I was referred by a friend of mine to check them out for my G63 AMG. I understand from a consumer perspective, it is difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust. You are always skeptical in bringing your high-end vehicle to an independent shop compared to a dealer. These guys are very detail oriented, they looked through my vehicle and was very transparent with every single detail. I waited at the shop for my big maintenance job. I had the oil changed, replaced spark plugs, transmission and differential fluids changed, while they were working on the car, they grabbed me to check out the old oil, and the old spark plugs. So instead of just handing me a piece of paper stating this and this needed to be replaced, they actually showed me and pulled it out in front of me. This kind of personal touch, you wont find in most mechanic shops. This is why I highly recommend you guys to at least give them a try. I trust Warren and Jon with my G Wagon.

Vic always will go the extra mile to follow up with you after your service is complete to ensure your vehicle is doing good and is open to feedback. This place repairs just about any vehicle whether is foreign or domestic. I highly recommend this place if you are in search for a mechanic. The prices are reasonable and they will not overcharge like most dealership service. I had my own car parts and they installed them. This is officially my new go-to mechanic, and I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends. As a woman with relatively no knowledge of cars, I am sometimes hesitant to get duped into expensive unnecessary repairs or extras…but at Mosaic I’m never concerned about that! Vic and John are excellent at their jobs and always helpful and kind. On a busy day they were able to quickly help me out of a jam (sunroof leak) and were super gracious about it. They’re the best.

I was on my way to DCA and got a flat tire when driving on 95, some piece of metal got in my tire and rapidly let the air out. I pulled into the gas station, had no idea where I was and the mechanic wouldn’t help me because they closed at (6 pm) and it was 6:15pm. Thank goodness for the guys at mosaic! They brought their tools over and changed my tire within 5 minutes and checked my spare to ensure the tire pressure was okay to drive. When I tried to give them money for their help, they refused to accept anything. This place really restored my hope in humanity and would definitely recommend them!!!

This was the first time i had been to this shop. I was looking for a good shop in the fairfax area that did quality work. This shop was recommended by a friend, i am pretty picky when it comes to who i take my AMG to but i have to say my experience was great. The customer service was great. They won’t try to beat you over the head with pricing and will actually try and fix just the problem and not add a bunch of other stuff that “needs” to be changed. I have recommended this shop to all my car guys and will be back if i need to have anything else fixed.

This location is great! They are very friendly and explain every issue going on with your car. They even will call and give you updates while they are working on the car. Also this shop does not try to get you to buy extra things, they simply recommend what the car needs to get done soon but they aren’t like other shops where you feel pressured to fix up your car. They take care of what’s needed and they are proud of their craft. Their specialities are Acura’s and Honda’s but I’d recommend coming to them for any car because they set you up.
