Disabled, use a wheelchair and bought a used and abused 2010 Toyota Sienna side ramp van. The employees were wonderful and very happy first time customer. My van drives much better and safer now! Dealership is good, they will hook you up with buying a new car but the service advisors are just horrible they dont done how to speak to a customer and forces work that you dont need to be done.. and they dont care if you are a returning customer.. I was there recently for a oil change and the way the sales person talked to was horrible and I been a customer with th for almost 7yrs now but never going back again.

Me and my husband bought a RAV4 Hybrid. From the moment we step in at the dealership we were greeted politely by their Salesman Ben! He was outstanding and accomodating. Initially, we only wanted to look around and know more about the model we wanted. Ben walked us through the car, showed us every button and technology of Hybrid (first time to own a hybrid). We visited another delearship before them and no one showed us as detailed as Ben did! We highly recommend him! My husband’s 13yrs old car was traded in for a good price and we ended up with a brandnew RAV4! Best decision ever! My husband loves the car!

Lousy Customer Service! I called Bill Page Toyota regarding a specific vehicle I was looking to buy. I spoke to one representative on the phone and and while he did not have the vehicle I was looking for, he offered the upgraded version. I explained that the MSRP in the upgrade was out of my price point and he was incredulous that I did not feel I could afford it. I considered giving the upgrade a chance and went to Bill Page. When I arrived, the receptionist could not be bothered to look up from her phone and greet customers. The same representative I spoke with called me to his desk and I am still not sure the receptionist even knew I was there. When discussing the vehicle I told him that I thought the car was more than I could afford. He tried to assure me it was worth the extra cost. When discussing financing, he told me that my car had been in multiple accidents. The Car Fax shows only one. He did not even offer to show us the report he referenced. Rather than opening a negotiation, he sat down with a final financing offer claiming I would not do better elsewhere. The sales rep did not listen to my wants or needs, or even bother to ask what they were. He was more concerned with selling me any vehicle (starting with the most expensive) than he was helping me purchase the right vehicle (one comparable to what I wanted or best met my needs). He did not ask about customer needs or wants. He tried to ply me with the idea that luxury/more features justify a higher price point than I can afford. This was the worst of four dealership experiences I had that day. Either Bill Pages employees dont need the sales or their staff needs better training. In contrast, I finished my day at Priority Springfield and a sales rep with admittedly two weeks on the job spent more time trying to figure out my needs and work with me on financing (which came to a far better offer). I know where I will be going next time I need a vehicle.
Solid place. Got my tires rotated here but they forgot to screw the tire valve caps on… I noticed when I stoped for gas later that day and one had already fallen off somewhere. 4 stars because the customer service was great and the valve stems aren’t a huge issue… but attention to detail is concerning.
Had a very unhappy experience with Page Toyota service. Arrived when notified regular service was complete to be told there was a safety issue. Received no plan for repair, no description of safety implications, and told the vehicle should be taken elsewhere. Was unable to make contact with the service manager despite email and voicemail attempts. Will have to take the vehicle to another dealer.
It was super easy to get maintenance on my car. Made the appointment on my Toyota app and dropped it off. Two hours and they were done! Great customer service.

Bill Page Toyota and Tu Tran always provide excellent service. Tu is friendly, knowledgeable, and does a good job explaining diagnoses and what needs to be done.
This was an initial service for a new car purchased out of state. The service was done on time. The car was inspected out of state, and so, did not have a Virginia inspection sticker. Virginia recognizes out of state inspections on new cars. The service writer likely did not know this, so I dont fault him for suggesting I needed a Virginia inspection sticker. What surprised me was that Bill Page Toyota would charge $20 for the inspection. This is the first dealership Ive been to in 30 years that didnt provide this to their customers as a courtesy. Seriously, I have a pre-paid service plan that runs several years, and I was looking for a long-term service department - I dont think nickel and diming a potential long-term customer over an inspection fee is the way to keep that customer coming back. Every time you bring the car in, they do an inspection to find something that needs fixing, so why not win customer loyalty by adding an inspection sticker to the deal?

Poor customer service and excessively long wait for a very simple service (with an appointment). Was waiting there and promised it would take no more than 1 hr 45 min. At 2 hours, I checked and was told the car is done, but still not brought back down to the pick up area. Told to wait 10 more min. Waited 30 more min, nothing. Went to check again and the car was sitting there. Had to push for the paperwork so I could get out and get to work. Not a good experience.

I walked in to this dealership ready to trade in for a newer model car. I sat down with Marcello and he immediately started working with me to get my old car appraised and got a test drive for a new car that I had seen on their website. He was professional and polite and pointed out all the features of the new car in great detail. After the test drive, he worked with me to achieve the prices that I wanted.I ended up leaving the dealership in the new car, completely satisfied with the experience. I would absolutely try to work with Marcello if I ever want to trade up again.
Everyone was super nice. I didn’t like how long it took. I’ve gone to other Toyota dealers at 9:30 and been out by 10:30-11 at the latest. This was like 11:30-11:45. I took an early appt thinking I’d get out early but this is NOVA so things take longer I guess. SO, if you want to get out quick, be there when then open, I guess.
I went in during my lunch break, did wait a little over an hour, it was quite busy that day, but the staff was polite & friendly. I had a flat tire and they were able to fix it up nicely.
This is the second time to come to Bill Page Toyota to purchase vehicles. Both times, a sales man, Dawit impressed me by his unique ability of listening to my need & quickly resolving it by enhancing my choice with better alternative than I even visualized. Surprisingly, I went there to look around for some cars, but because of him I end up purchasing great vehicles I ever imagined! WHAT A SALES MAN…! Thank you Dawit & keep it up!
I will not give this place a star, and I will recommend everyone to stay away. I had a deal done with a salesman named Mustapha. I put some money down on the sale and waited for two months for the car to arrive. After the two month, a sales manager named Diego called me saying that the car will not be built, but at the time of the deal, I choose a car that was already made. They put the car on sale at a higher price than what I had on my deal. I will never use them on any future car buying. They, to me are dishonest and unethical where all they care about is selling cars at a higher price.!!STAY AWAY!!

The front staff was courteous, however, I was very unsatisfied with the service. I paid over $2000 for new brakes and rotors and when I picked it up, it was apparent that they did not clean the rust out from old wear with old discs. This caused a horrible scraping noise when the vehicle was pulled into the service area for me to pick up. I started to drive away, but stopped and turned the vehicle back in. The mechanic who serviced the vehicle originally did not pay attention to detail and did not remove rust before attaching new brake system. Unacceptable and should have been caught before leaving the service garage. The service manager apologized profusely and gave me a loaner vehicle to use - but the damage had been done. You pay much more at a dealer to fix your vehicle as the expectation is that they will do a great job. Not the case. I was quoted an exorbitant price to fix front struts. I took it somewhere where they replaced the struts AND front and rear shock absorbers for $600 less with a lifetime guarantee on parts and 12 months labor. Never again will I have my Sequoia serviced at Bill Page.
Very disappointing experience today here at Bill page Toyota in Falls Church Va. I scheduled for oil change at 3:30 I was at the dealership @3:10pm and it’s almost 5:30 pm and I’m still waiting. Also no too impressed with the customer service. I will definitely take my business somewhere else in the future.
Had to go in on short notice with a Corolla battery that was finished. Service staff at Bill Page, while very busy, still was able to get a new battery installed in less than two hours from my arrival, even with at least eight customers sitting in the wait area. We went home, and came back to the finished battery install

They are way too busy and their reservation system doesnt seem to work well. Drops appointments. Its chaotic and uncomfortable there. Everyone is doing their best but its a mess.
I was disappointed. I had 4 cars sent to my email. I drove the forty minutes later to see them. None there. In fact when I presented a copy of the cars I was expecting to see, the salesman acted like he had never seen the cars. He showed us the closest he had but, it missed the mark. I was disappointed. If I show up to look at a car that you specifically sent me, knowing if the car sold or not shouldnt be too difficult I would think.... So its a toss-up, might be worth it, but I wouldnt do it again....

For a first timer at this location, very disappointing. I was checked in quickly, which earned them one star. Overall service experience could have been better but it was barely mediocre at best. Brought it in for an oil change, took almost two hours to complete the oil change which is odd. The technician also did not do a good job. I saw a lot of hand grease prints all over the vehicle after I picked up the keys. This is annoying, especially for those who keeps their vehicles detailed and clean, and it is even more insulting considering my vehicle is over 40k with Blizzard Pearl paint and they think it’s normal to leave behind hand grease prints as if we wouldn’t see them after they finished the work. I am unsure if I will come back to this location. If you’re someone with a light based color and keep it clean, I would ask the adviser to remind technician not to leave dirty grease prints all over the body.
The dealership was incredibly friendly. They provided me a ride home so I would not miss work hours and I was able to make a meeting. The driver wore a mask, made sure there was ventilation (window rolled down slightly), & followed social distancing guidelines. I really appreciated their consideration & excellent service. The ride home & conversation was fun as well. I felt like a friend versus a customer & my car is running well too.
Good dealership. Good car. However, charged me 3k for the pleasure of buying there. Otherwise responsive to my financial needs. Quick and less painful financing than most. Dont know how to Bluetooth wo USB. Will just go to the dealer. Salesman was fine. He let me take a long test drive.
As a young woman who knows next to nothing about car repair, I was kind of nervous about taking the Prius to get serviced after a minor fender bender. I had Patrick Ngo help me out – he was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. More than that, he explained to me everything that might be in need of service. He also explained which damage was due to the accident vs damage due to regular wear and tear. He was great at explaining everything and was never condescending or overly-complicated about it. Patrick was very patient even though I had a million questions. He wasnt pushy about getting me to spend $ for repairs, and was very honest about what might and might not be worth spending money on. Such a great experience! Cannot say enough great things about Patrick.
Bought a car in record speed with significant discounts and a staff that was flexible to my request. They helped explain all my financial questions and were very transparent on the process.
The experience was poor starting off with the phone call before heading to the dealership. We called ahead to ask if they had certain models in their inventory that were within our price range. The sales rep on the line said they only had the nicer models and actually asked on the phone You cant afford (dollar amount that was at least $6K above our threshold)? Questioning our ability to pay was quite frankly insulting.We finally go to the dealership and we go to the front desk. The woman at the front is on her phone and we stand there for several seconds waiting for her to direct us to a sales rep. Finally the same sales rep we talked to over the phone comes to us himself. The woman never left her seat and I still dont know if she looked up at all.We told the sales rep our threshold and what we were looking for. Rather than listen to us, he kept trying to up sell even with firm No, we cant afford this. He kept deflecting and not answering our questions. For example, I asked what features the luxury models had that really made them worth the price point compared to the more basic models we were looking for. His response was Because they are luxury and have more features. Thats not a convincing argument to spend $10-20K more than what we can actually afford. He fit the stereotype of a car salesman trying to make the highest sale possible with no regard with his clients limitations or what they wanted/needed.The final straw was when he came back with the supposed Carfax info he downloaded on the car we wanted to trade in; he straight up lied to us and said that the car has been in a few accidents, like 3 or 4. Well, 1) which is it? 3 or 4 accidents? and 2) we had the carfax already and our vehicle was in exactly 1 accident. The third Toyota dealership we went to actually printed out the Carfax for us and it showed exactly ONE accident, not 3 or 4.With that it was a no brainer to leave. We let the rep know that we need to discuss things and we are going to keep looking for more affordable models. The sales rep gave one last parting shot to us by saying we wont find the desired models for less and we wont get better financing.Im not sure how Bill Page Toyota has gotten such good reviews. Maybe the sales rep we had is new, but this was by far the worst experience of the day. We had a great experience with Priority Toyota in Springfield and a good experience with Ourisman Toyota in Fairfax. Id urge you to consider those dealerships before Bill Page Toyota in Falls Church.

Salesman and Manager were responsive upon inquiry and expedient in showing me the car. The car had been through an apparently thorough inspection and they showed me the service paperwork where they had invested $2k in getting the vehicle in good order (brakes, fluids, etc.). Finance/checkout was as promised in terms of fees, warranty, etc. Would recommend Bill Page.

Bill Page Toyota was the absolute best we could find! They were not pushy, they listened to all of our needs and concerns, and they gave us an unbeatable deal! I normally dont like interacting with any car dealership sales staff, but Bill Pages sales staff made our purchase a true pleasure!
The sales experience with Junior was fast and efficient. I brought him my loan information and he was able to match my very low APR. The turn-in allowance was okay, considering my previous cars dings and dirt. However, I wish there had been more time, demonstration and discussion about technology; Toyota is always modifying navigation and audio apps. I also wish there had been more sales-support conversation about the how/when/why of the Environmental Insurance coverage ($1500), which I paid for, and could have actually used for damage on the turned-in car.Toyota keeps trying to trim the cost of vehicles with annoying modifications, such as only the passenger seat has a back pocket, and, you can no longer listen to an audio book and see the navigation map at the same time. If I change brands, it will be because Im frustrated with Toyota, not Bill Page,.

I had a service with Donny, and this guy had no idea what to do. I told him “My car was kinda shaking when go over 70mph but I just got new tires…” as soon as I said that he jumped in “then we dont have to check it again.” Really? What a lazy attitude. Then I ask if they can put some missing plastic clips for the bumper. The guy said nothing. After 3hours he called said the car is ready. I came and see that the only thing they got done in 3HOURS is oil change. I’m a paid customer, Im not asking for help. Then I ask if I can have 4 plastic clips so I can put it in myself. The guy pointed to parts and said go buy them. I left because I didnt want to spent a minute there. Im so disappointed and somewhat surprised. They did not care and it showed.Ps/ it’s funny how you buy a 40k car and they cant put in some 50c clips

Very professional customer service. I got my car in for routine maintenance with Sami. We were taken care of by Tu Tran. Were told it would take 2hr roughly. Got dropped off and picked up from home by one of the employees to save us time waiting at the dealership. After 1.5hr the service was completed!

Shady service center. Brought my car in for my appointment for an oil change and inspection and brought light bulbs for my brake light I knew was out. I also knew that bulbs should best be changed in pairs. I was given a price ahead of time. I confirmed it was the same when I arrived, gave them the bulbs, signed the paperwork with the price on it, and off I went to wait. I had expired registration due to COVID extensions and Id let them know I had purchased a renewal online for one year that very day, and that I did not need emissions testing because Id purchased the car used only one year ago.I was approached much later and told I needed emissions testing for another fee of around $30, and that they only change one bulb but that I could pay an additional $30 in labor for the second one to be changed. I said no thanks, Ill do it myself. Then I was told my air and cabin air filters needed changing and that that would be $160 in parts and labor. I said no Id do it myself and then he paused and asked if I was sure, that if I did it on my own then each filter would be around $60 each. A quick search told me that was a lie, that filters are instead approximately $5-$8 each. The audacity to lie to me because Im a woman. The tale as old as time. Dont go here unless you want your intelligence insulted.
