I highly recommend you visit this place if youre in need of a radiator or anything that has to do with it. The level of customer service I received here was over the top and probably the best Ive ever experienced.

Gave me the wrong radiator. Claimed it could still work if I cut parts off. Said I was waisting his and my time. This was the owner agree about half the store got through complaining about me. For all their experience, it took them 5 minutes after saying I had lied about the model to realize they were holding the OEM radiator upside down.Edit: They wouldnt take it back because it was damaged. They lied and said I had put wrench marks on it from when they misunderstood my problem. and they claimed it was banged up despite me basically not touching it at all . It literally came from the box with little defects and none of us removed it from the box to begin with until we saw it wouldnt fit into the car. Terrible.

Very disappointed in the website. It only gives a number to call...

I was misquoted a price on the phone and repeated the price given when dropping off car to get service and was charged an extra $140 when came to pick up my car. Then when i go to leave my car wont drive (cuts off as soon I put it in drive). I drove the car there fine with just a leaking radiator now I cant drive my car. After 30 mins of trying to find the problem they tell me just drive with one foot on gas and the other on the brake.

Sold me a radiator that was probably damaged during shipping. The top where the radiator cap goes is chipped so I have to top off every couple of days. Only offered to sell me another radiator for 20 dollars less because they checked the radiator before it was sold even though the box was sealed.
