I needed minor body work from an insurance claim and also wanted a scratch and a ding fixed that I was going to pay for. I took my truck in 1 week before dropping it off so they could assess the damage and have all parts ready when I dropped it off the next Monday when my vacation started. I wanted to avoid having to rent a car. When I dropped it off the next Monday, I told them I really needed it done by Friday. It wasnt done Friday because they found more damage and couldnt get the part for almost 2 weeks, even though they are a dealership! Ridiculous! I had to get a rental. They never called to say it wouldnt be done the following Friday, but the following Monday they called to tell me they wrecked my truck pulling it into the shop! 😡 They said theyd fix it. This took another week! So I had to drive a stinky, clunky rental for 3 weeks before they called to say it was done. When I finally got a call and went to pick it up, they had never fixed the ding and scratch that I had asked them to fix, even though they had it over 3 weeks! 😡 Ridiculous! The manager did give me a discount but now I have to go all winter before I can get more vacation time to get it fixed and not have to drive a rental. 😡 Then, a few days later my drivers side mirror starts rattling and shaking like its about to fall off. I had to go back again to get that fixed! Why couldnt it all have just been done right the first time?!
