My GTI needed an alignment after some recent suspension work and having had some bad experiences with the usuals suspects (NTB, Firestone, dealership, etc.) I decided to find an independent shop to do the work. Oddly enough, I actually found Felix Auto Service through a review of another shop that takes their cars there for alignment work.I was able to make an appointment for the next day and they started working right when I dropped the car off at the scheduled time. I was out in just over an hour and the price was very reasonable, actually cheaper than I expected for an independent shop. The alignment was done well; everything that could be adjusted was brought to factory specs and the steering wheel was actually straight (youd be surprised how often that isnt the case).Everyone was very friendly, no drama or hassles, all in all a great experience.

I just moved up to the area and needed to get my oil changed. I went to Felix based on all of the good reviews and all of the reviews were so right. They were very polite and professional, good price and quick service. I forgot to ask them to put some air into my tires because my low tire pressure light was on but they went ahead and did it anyway! Definitely will be going back, very pleased with the service.

Felix Auto Service is a family-owned shop that takes pride in doing what they do, and doing it well. Frank breaks down every aspect of the costs associated with the service (parts, labor and taxes) and is very communicative. Both he and Felix are kind, friendly and full of information. They also made me aware of work that I may want to consider having done in the up and coming months or miles, based on my make/model /mileage/wear and tear, but did in no way pressured me into having any additional work done before I returned to pick up my car. I took my car for a check engine light. Said they changed two sensors. Asked for the old parts they said they didnt have it. My engine light turned on not even a mile after picking it up. I tool it back and they dont want to warranty the sensors or work even tho its the same code. The sensors look the say to me I dont think they ever replaced them.

I have had two experiences here and was well treated. The services were done in a timely and professional manner.

This is the place I would like to recommend to other people. I have full time job and couldnt get time to visit auto service center as I am working 6 days in a week. The store closed at six, but they waited for me until after 6. I really appreciated that. Also, He has always given me accurate advice on what I need to service or not. Highly recommend.

Felix Auto Service came highly recommended from a neighboring towing business that picked up my disabled Ford Escape. Diagnosed the problem BEFORE GETTING IT ON THE LIFT, put it up on the lift and confirmed the problem. The part needed was delivered in less than an hour and I was driving again in no time. Pricing was easy to understand and fair. Highly recommend this professional and courteous service.

I waited in line for 30-40 mins for a safety inspection in Ballston before I called my boyfriend and he recommended this spot. I came to Felixs in a rush today to get two lights replaced and a safety inspection with a 16 week old puppy who I could hear crying on the webcam at home. Felix got everything done in the amount of time I waited in line at the other shop and never got close to service. THANK YOU FELIX.

Came in to get a used car I was thinking of buying inspected. Staff was helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Inspection was priced competitively in comparison with other places I called.

Finally- an honest mechanic! I bought a used car- and the engine had a vibration, so I took it to Felix. Felix opens the hood- and in 10 seconds figured it out- one of the engine mounts was broken. I thought it was misfiring or something complicated. Felix tells me he can probably get the part and fix same day (a Saturday) - and he did, or a reasonable price.

Felix and his shop have worked on my Chevy Cruze a few times and have always provided great service and done honest, quality work! I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Ive known Felix for about 26 years and in those 26 years all Ive had to do is the usual services and one time a heater problem hes really knows his stuff

Took my car for a repair after an issue with my car. The issue diagnosis was wrong and they charged me $1000 to perform fixes. Got the car back in the same state as before. You will be blamed for not describing the issue and the owner doesnt take any responsibility. He didnt even read the engine codes correctly.
