I drove 400 miles to buy my used Kia from Beyer, would do it again and encourage others to make the trip. I tried to work with dealerships that were more convenient to my location but they all lacked the quick, friendly and honest communication that lead me to Beyer. When I arrived my car was spotless clean and ready for the drive home. I give the staff my highest praises and honors for making this long distance transaction so smooth.

Literally can’t recommend this dealership enough! My wife and I just bought our first car together thanks to our salesman Mike Crisafi 💙👏🏼 We were connecting with him for a few weeks as we awaited our car to come in and he was friendly and honest throughout the entire experience. We didn’t get pressured at all, we were just met with patience and guidance and upfront pricing. Please request him if you’re on the hunt for some new wheels! I just relocated to Alexandria Virginia, and needed to have a once over performed on my vehicle; tires, battery, etc. I had a scheduled appt., with Oliver. Omar will take care of you.Ive been to many, many dealerships in my life and Ive never met someone as good at his job as Omar. He figured out exactly what we needed and was so knowledgeable about the three models we were looking at. He was also very honest about must haves and associated trim levels.Yes, Kia makes great cars now, but a lot of people are hesitant because theyve heard stories about the dealerships not being at that level yet. You dont need to worry about that here; theyll make sure you get what you need.

This place is legit. Shoutout Mike Crisafi and the rest of the Sales Team that got out of the dealership, and physically pushed my broken down car up a hill with me and helped to arrange a tow with my old car. Went in looking for a affordable car, and left satisfied with a 2015 Chevy Malibu at an extremely fair and reasonable price. Great service, extremely professional friendly and helpful!

With that said... the level of service provided by Oliver is above and beyond! My first impression... if he sound nice and friendly over the phone, he is nice and friendly in person!! Im so glad I took the risk to take my car back to the dealer to get it service. Plus ... he is honest! He makes sure that Im aware of the pricing and services before they start working on my car. He kept me posted on little things that my car needed (no need to remind him about the car wash!) and he makes sure that Im okay with it. I had the best experience with Kamiran purchasing my 2022 Kia Seltos. I live several hours from the dealership. I saw the exact model and color I wanted in stock on line. Kamiran was kind and courteous in taking all the pictures I wanted, answering all my questions and providing me with all information I requested. He went out his way to make sure everything was ready when I arrived to purchase my new vehicle. The entire purchase process from my online inquiry to driving away was excellent, upfront, honest and smooth . The level of professional care at this dealership has exceeded my expectations. The finance manager was equally courteous and extremely informative and helpful. It was worth my drive to purchase here.

I had a great experience with Bryan. There was a snafu with my appointment scheduling and it was accidentally cancelled. I called him and he told me to just come in anyway and then took great care of me as soon as I arrived. He asked me when I needed my car back and was sure to have the work done in less than 2 hours. I also had a great experience buying the car - its been truly wonderful. There was a defective part but someone from Beyer Kia took an uber to my house (which was 35 minutes away!) and drove the car themselves back to the shop, returning it in a similar fashion. When the defective part was replaced, it cost me nothing as it was under warranty and they paid for my rental car for four days while it was in the shop!

The Sales are Great! But Terrible Rating to the finance People! Make sure you check the numbers when you sign! We were cheated by their finance People! They didn’t gave us the rebate to the final numbers and they even forgot to remove my downpayment to estimated monthly payment! Total disaster! They are the most dishonest finance people.

The service that I received at Beyer KIA in Falls Church was exceptional. I had a 90k service done on my 2011 KIA Soul, had the battery replaced, and the horn repaired. My service representative Oliver did an excellent job in keeping me informed about progress as I waited for the work to be completed. I enjoyed the extra little touches at Beyer KIA including the snacks and coffee in the waiting area and the washing and vacuuming of my car before it was returned to me. As someone who bought my car at Beyer KIA (in Alexandria), I was also able to benefit from Beyers policy of doing my Virginia state and emission inspections for free. This was my first experience at this Beyer location and it was a very positive one.

Wonderful experience. This was my first time at Beyer and I felt like I was finally at an honest service center. They made recommendations but were incredibly transparent in regards to what was necessary and what could wait, and when I told them I was in a hurry they were incredibly accommodating and got me out super fast! My battery died, and I brought my car in without an appointment for emergency service - on a holiday weekend, no less! - and Bryan was able to accommodate my emergency. He had me back on the road in under an hour and a half! Beyer Kia has always done a great job with my scheduled maintenance, but Bryan truly went above and beyond to take care of a customer that was in a difficult situation. Hes a true professional!

My experience trying to buy a car from Beyer Kia was unpleasant. The salesperson that I worked with was unfortunately deceitful.When I first went to Beyer Kia about three months ago, that salesperson tried to maneuver me to put in a deposit by stating that he had found the specific car I was looking for and that it would arrive in the next couple of days. Turned out, the car was at another dealership hundreds of miles away and the salesperson had not even talked to that dealership to procure that car in the first place. Bobby, the manager, caught and corrected him on the spot for this. I appreciated Bobby stepping in and decided to give the salesperson the benefit of the doubt and a second chance.Earlier this week, that salesperson texted me a picture of that specific car and stated that he had it ready for me in his lot. I took time off from work to go buy it that day, only to later find out from the manager after my test drive that the car was already reserved for sale to another buyer well beforehand. The salesperson knowingly called me in so that he could make the case to his manager that because I “showed up” in person, I should get to buy it ahead of the rightful buyer who lived several hours away and could not be there in person that day.I understand car sales is a competitive field. However, knowingly misleading and deceiving customers in an effort to snatch a sale is just distasteful.

The service at Don Beyer Kia was amazing start to finish! At the time I was looking for a car, I had a time constraint and needed a car ASAP. I called over and spoke to Omar Pinto and told him when I needed to come in, and he was able to line up the cars I wanted to see and get me in for an appointment without any issue.When I arrived to the dealership, I was greeted out front by Mr. Pinto and he walked me in and collected the necessary paperwork, got some keys for the cars we had discussed on the phone and introduced me to his manager Bobby Wallace. Then Mr. Wallace gave Mr. Pinto and myself a ride to the auxiliary lot where we went to go look at a few vehicles they had set aside for me. I was impressed. They had picked out cars that fit my specifications exactly, as well as showed me a few others that they thought I would like. The cars were beautiful, clean, and had obviously been taken care of while awaiting their new owners. After test driving, I picked the car I wanted and the color I wanted, and they promptly took it to be washed and made ready for me.We then went into the office area and the space was clean, comfortable, had free snacks, and it was well organized. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Omar offered me some water and we went over the numbers. I told him what I thought was fair and he agreed, and then found out I qualified for a special promotion as well and immediately offered it.Mr. Pinto wrote up the contract we signed and I went to finance. The finance person was very friendly. When I told him I had a time constraint and needed to leave quickly, he said he understood and got all of the financing done in what seemed like no more than 15minutes.I said thank you and goodbye to the staff and found Mr. Pinto outside, he then put on metal license plates (they don’t do paper plates, so no dmv visit!) on my brand new car and wished me well!I can’t overemphasize how easy the process was and how professionals the staff presented themselves. It’s been a few months since I got the car and I have to say I really love it!10/10 would recommend! Go get a Kia, and make sure you ask for Omar!

In March, I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle at Beyer Kia, and just a couple weeks ago, it wasnt working. I got the car to Beyer Kia service department, where they successfully addressed the issue. The part needed for the repair was not covered by the warranty, but they only charged me for half, which was great. I appreciate the professional and friendly manner that the sales and service managers teamed up to get me back on the road.

As a Beyer Kia buyer the annual maintenance was free for me, caveat, and it was all quick and easy on the Niro EV - that said I’ll say the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and ready to include everything the car needed plus a light vacuum out and a nice car wash. Ready after about an hour just as they said it would be, just did a few errands around the shopping center with baby while we were there. (Mmm tropical smoothie) Proud to be a customer!

We were able to get a last minute appointment before an unexpected trip and the Chris, the Service Manager, got us a loaner car because our KIA was going to stay in the shop overnight. There was routine maintenance and the checking of all systems in addition to a recall.All work was done to perfection and we were pleased that some steering part was replaced due to a recall we were not aware of. That replacement made the steering tighter and more stable.As usual the car came back very clean, the interior that is, because the car wash was not operating in freezing weather.If you own a KIA and want good service, bring tour car to Beyer KIA in Falls Church VA.

Great and friendly service team especially from service advisor David Chang at Beyer Kia. He was able to address all my questions and was a great customer advocate with other departments at Beyer Kia. Car was done in record time and then were in constant communication with me during the whole process. Love the extras Beyer offers its customers, such as a complementary shuttle to work or near by metro, a car wash and even free WiFi to keep you working if you are waiting while you wait on your car. Please take your car here for service next time it needs some maintenance!

After multiple chaotic unprofessional depressing experiences at KIA Fairfax I decided to try Beyer KIA in Falls Church. I did not even make an appointment. I arrived around 8:30 am on Monday, January 13 and was warmly greeted by Chris. He was professional, upbeat, and friendly. He quickly and efficiently filled out my paperwork. Then invited me to have coffee and snacks while directing me to their comfortable clean waiting room. While waiting I received a welcome text from Rachel.Less than 20 minutes later Rachel met with me in-person. She was friendly and professional. She explained the work that my 2018 KIA Soul required. I was shocked because less than 2 weeks earlier I had the vehicle serviced at KIA Fairfax. Inexplicably, they had not recommended the work that very obviously needed to be done (hello? break light was on! Brake fluid was very dark!).I felt very confident that the team at Beyer KIA would expertly repair my Soul :-) and they did. I have been to many dealerships in the past and this one was by far, the worse experience my husband and I have had to-date. We walked in interested in one of their vehicles and when we do, a lady greeted us at the door and then another gentleman asked us did we have an appointment. Umm, last I checked, an appointment was never necessary when visiting any dealerships. Anyway, getting past that, we told him what we were interested in and he asked if we wanted to see the vehicle. Hands us the keys and we go outside. No one follows us to explain the features of the vehicle to us and were out there on our own. To make matters worse, one of the seats in the middle row was broken and he did not alert us of that beforehand (BTW, this was a brand new vehicle 2022 model). So after being out there for about 7 minutes, we get annoyed and start to head back inside to give back the key and leave. He then asked if we wanted to test drive the vehicle. I asked about the broken seat and we decided to just bite the bullet and test drive the vehicle while we were there. After we got back, we went back inside, he had another couple sitting at his desk, we give back the key, and he asked did we have any questions. He did not ask how he could be of further assistance, nor did he take down our information. Pretty much acted as if he was not interested in selling the vehicle. I will not drop any names for privacy purposes but he did give us his card. For what? I dont know because he was less than helpful about anything. We walked out of there faster than lightening, completely dissatisfied. As we walked out, I looked up at the lady who greeted us when we first got there (if I had to guess she was either another sales rep or some sort of manager) who also said nothing to us but watched us walk out. My husband and I were genuinely interested in the vehicle so we decided to visit the Kia dealership in Fairfax instead. MUCH BETTER experience there! And the Fairfax location was exactly what we were used to and expected from a dealership. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we were interested in that they had in stock over there. Do yourself a favor and go there instead if youre interested in a Kia. Even the guys over at the Kia dealership in Woodbridge were nice as well and our interaction with them was just over the phone. Dont waste your time coming here.

Having my car taken to this shop has been the worst experience I have ever had. About a month ago my Kia Optima randomly shut off and died while I was on the highway. While waiting for a tow I called my local Kia shop is Woodbridge and asked what could have been the issue. After talking with a service tech there and explaining the issue, they thought I would be the engine issue that has a recall warranty out on it, specifically for my year and model. Due to my insurance policy, I couldn’t have it towed to Woodbridge Kia, I had to have it towed to the closest shop which was unfortunately Beyer Kia.Once it was towed there, I mentioned the engine issue and they said they would look at it. A couple days later they call me back and say it was NOT the engine issue but actually a couple oil control valves that weren’t operating as designed. This would cost $600 to fix. I explained again to the service tech to confirm it wasn’t the engine issue, he assured me it wasn’t. I pay the $600 and have them do the repairs.I was at the beach during the repairs, and during that time I spoke to a co worker of mine who was a mechanic for 30 years and also had a Kia Optima that had the engine seize and replace by the warranty. He mentioned that I most likely would be the engine issue and that could cause the oil valves to not operate properly. I get back from the beach and go to pick up my “fixed” vehicle. Before I leave I speak with another service tech and confirm that my engine is fine and what would happen if later on it turns out to be the engine issues. He states that regardless if that happens, my repairs that I just had fixed aren’t related and they wouldn’t reimburse for any past repairs.Sure enough I drive my car 2 DAYS, and it shuts down randomly on me again on the highway, just like the time before. Rightfully so, I am upset. I call and speak with Chris the service manager. I explain the past situation and how its unbelievable I am stuck on the highway after they claimed my car was fixed. He understood my frustration and said that if they need to take care of my towing costs or reimbursement for repairs they would try because they aren’t is the business of just taking peoples money. That sounded good and I trusted him. I had it towed back to Beyer Kia which cost $300 and within a couple hours they KNEW it was the engine issues. But a week ago they said it wasn’t and my car was good to drive. Luckily, all repairs were covered and they issued me a loaner car while the repairs and new engine was put in. I am still out $900 from their past repairs and the towing but I was confident they would reimburse for some of that if not all.They did not. Not only did they claim they would reimburse previous repairs because the issues wasn’t related, Chris now said he doesn’t handle towing reimbursement and that I have to call Kia Corporate and go through them. Even if the issues wasn’t related, which other mechanics say it could be, they should of at least been able to diagnose my other engine issue. There no way its just a coincidence that my car breaks down 2 days after they look at it, and it’s the issue that I stated multiple times before.Then the icing on the cake, while transferring stuff back from my loaner car to my own car once I picked it up. I noticed the engine cover was in my trunk. Not on the engine like it should be. Had I not opened that trunk I would be riding around with no engine cover.

Despite my KIA having a worse case scenario power steering proble, only grad problem in 12 years I have been in Beyer service with Chris P. as contact.. despite there only being 8 of these parts on the planet. they got one in a day,.. despite the freak storm power outage that kept lifts from lifting and took service bullpen to 91 degrees before they took a knee.. I got my 2008 KIA back the next day. CHRIS PREVATT and the team prevailed and My Rosebud hums along. THANK YOU ALL..

I love going to this particular dealership to getting all my car maintenance done. They are fair, fast, and explains everything to me in a way I can understand. Customer service is amazing here and that is hard to find recently with retail places. Shawn always helps me and provides the attention and responses and I deserve and every paying customer deserves. Location is far from my home but worth the drive. Plenty of places to eat,shop, and walk to while you wait for your car. I will stay coming back here and when ready to buy again will buy from the location directly.FIVE STAR SERVICE 🌟!

I typically rate the experience of buying a car with a trip to the dentist: necessary but painful. But in this case, Don Beyer Kia was great! A very welcoming staff, no pressure, and an opportunity to test drive without the salesman. The exact vehicle I wanted wasn’t on the lot, so they ordered it from the factory for me. My financing was pre-approved from my credit union, but they beat that interest rate. Omar Pinto was my salesman and I can’t say enough good things about him. If you are looking at a Kia, you should definitely visit Don Beyer Kia.

My 2016 Kia Sorento Passenger Door is not able to be opened from outside. the Door handle is not unlock the door at all. Also the airbag warning light is on. Due to Covid19 I have not been able to bring the car to Kia for service on June 5 (see attached pic show I had appt on June 5), had to reschedule to June 26.On June 26, I drove the Kia to this service dept, dropped off the car, went home with UBER that was provided by Beyer Kia service dept which is very nice.However, the service manager Shwan informed me that the Kia is out of warranty which the 5 years warranty expired on June 22, 2020. Which mean those issues ( door latch and airbag light) will not be covered.Really? it is only 4 days passed the warranty expired date. I asked Shwan the service manager to try to help us out since we were not able to get the car in service due to COVID-19.The service manager Shwan said he will trying to call Kia customer relation to get Goodwill to cover the cost of repair.Later, he contacted me said that the airbag light issue will be covered ( it is the faulty clock spring part of the steering wheel) however not able to cover the door unlock issue ( it is the door latch) and said that look like ti was worked on it somewhere else, some parts are broken and screws are damaged. and that door latch replacement will cost $548 plus tax!!!! WOW!Well, I bought this 2016 used Kia Sorento directly from Hendrick Kia dealership in Cary, NC last November 2019... and I called them to ask why there is damaged parts. they checked and said this door latch was repaired in 2016 in another Kia dealership service dept. And told me that I can ask Beyer Kia to call Kia company to get GoodWill to cover the cost of repair.I called Kia customer relation and filed claim to ask for cover the cost of repair. Ms. Melissa (the case manager) said they will contact Beyer Kia and Kia to work it out.on Tuesday 30th of June, Ms Melissa called me and said that due to the damages on the door latch ( which was done by another Kia dealership that was not our fault, I bought this car used in 2019), they are not able to cover the door latch repair.This experience is really bad and nothing is out fault, it were other Kia dealership service dept s fault and COVID-19 caused us not able to service the car before warranty expired.I researched online and realized that Kia Sorento have known common issue on the door latch not working. You can google Kia Sorento Door Handle not working you will got a lot of bad review from customers.I will not buy KIA again in the future. I owned Hyundai Elantra since 2009 and traded in with newer 2013 Hyundai Elantra, also I own 2013 Toyota Sienna and 2016 Honda Odyssey and they never give me any issue other than regular maintaining ( oil change, rotate tires etc )!! before I buy this 2016 Kia Sorento, I was on fence between Lexus RX300/350, Toyota RAV4 and Honda CR-V, but decided to get Kia due to lower mileage ( only 19K mileage on this Kia Sorento), but now I regret it already !!!!!!!!So, my friends, if you are thinking about buying Kia cars, dont buy Kia! Go with different brand cars, Hyundai or Honda, Toyota, you will not regret if you listen to me. Period!

Great experience with Chris and Shawn. They were incredibly efficient and professional, with a nice dash of pleasant and enjoyable to interact with. Never fun to have to bring your car in for service, but I must say I’ve never had as great of an experience as this one. They have a nice e-lounge and coffee, so if you bring your laptop it’s like being at work. For my first ever Kia (Telluride - wold gray w/ nightfall package) I must say I had no idea what I was missing. Three months in and couldn’t be happier all around! Thank you!

I went in for a scheduled oil change and issue with my Apple CarPlay. When I called to schedule the service they gave me the designated time to drop it off in order for me to have a loaner. Dropped it off and they gave me the loaner with ease. My car was fixed the next day, service manager called explained what was wrong and what they fixed. At pickup I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. In total the whole service experience (phone call, drop off and pick up) took a total of 10-15 minutes (most of the time was spent explaining what was wrong).

Ive been taking my 2020 Telluride here for service even though I purchased it at a different dealership. The service center has been excellent - courteous, communicative, and professional. My past several appointments Ive worked with the service advisor David Chang who I highly recommend. He was able to deliver my car to me much sooner than expected, and with a lovely car wash! He is great at communicating, and is always friendly and professional. The prices here are reasonable and they have a 10% military discount. They offer shuttle service, water/coffee/snacks, and have a comfortable waiting area (although I typically go for a walk along the nearby trail).

Purchased a used 2017 Kia and expected to pay $150 to have it expected and fixed but turned out my original factory warranty and the fixed a couple problems for me completely free of charge!
