I was in such a dyer need for a new vehicle and the day I walked into M&L Imports i left the lot with the exact car I wanted. My experience dealing with M&L importsI was a little skeptical when purchasing a new car because of previous experiences I’ve had in the past dealing with shady dealerships... I looked online and found a 2006 Chevy Monte Carlo which I fell in love with by the looks of the pictures. I put in an application expecting that I more than likely would get denied due to my poor credit history. Marcos reached out to me and assured me that he would work with me and get me in the car I wanted. I Came to the dealership two days later and they still had the car I wanted. I test drove it... did my minor inspections on the car and I didn’t see any signs of mechanical neglect. Under the hood was clean and i purchased my own car fax which matched the car report they gave me for free. Marcos got me approved for my car and also got me a warranty which covered 48,000 miles with a low car note, even less that what I told him I was willing to pay. I have had the car for about 4 months now and til this day NO PROBLEMS... i just got hired at a new job which I will be raking in some good money and I will be coming right back to Marcos to get my next car. Get down to M&L and see Marcos you WILL NOT be disappointed...

Bought a BMW X5 from M&L Imports 3 Fridays ago for the wife. Jordon and Gino were just GREAT. These two guys are the BEST salesmen Ive ever dealt with. Worked with us until both parties were satisfied with the numbers. I was so impressed that a week later I went back and bought a BMW 328i Hardtop convertible for my self. Though that was a little more complicated THEY put me in it. I would recommend this dealer and ask for Jordan or Gino. This TEAM is the BEST. Just brought my son here today (Tuesday) and he bought 2015 Chrysler 200 with all the bells and whistles. I spoke with my guy Gino and he got the ball rolling. Mathew did his salesman thing (great) and of course Ryan the man, got the financial portion done. All in 2 hours. These guys (Gino, Ryan, and Mathew) are THE BOMB. As I said and will continue to say I recommend this place all day everyday.

Bought a 2007 Jeep Commander last month. I wasnt exactly in the market but I liked the vehicle so decided to purchase. They definitely use shady and deceptive sales tactics here. They will tell you pretty much anything you want to hear to get you in the dealership. The dealership itself is a bit nasty inside with the floors covered in oil stains and the walls and cubicles beat up pretty good. After purchasing and realizing the horrible deal they gave me I definitely had/having second thoughts. I guess this is a mistake I will be paying for 3 years. The Jeep I bought has had problems but fortunately the dealership did offer to pay for those. Despite the fact I am getting bent over with the payments I am hoping that I have good luck with this vehicle and it lasts for a while without major issues.2 MONTH UPDATE- The vehicle continues to have issues. I have pumped over $1000 in replacement parts. The starter and engine fan has failed. The oil looked like it hasnt been changed in 25,000 miles so I had to change that along with a plug that went bad. Also found out that 1 of the TPMS sensor stem was broke so I had to replace all 4 sensors which costs $70 a piece. Not having very good luck so far. I still owe the dealership a portion of the down payment however I am refusing to pay until this thing stops breaking down.

Please do not waste your time at this place. I did a application online and was told that i was approved. I told them what i had for a down payment and they said they could work with that. I told them the exact car i wanted and they told me no problem to come and get it. When i got there the whole tune of the situation changed. They told me that i was approved by one bank and that they would allow me to choose from 2 cars, the one i wanted and then some rundown car i hated. So i stated i wanted the car i wanted then, their demeanor changed a bit more, telling me that the other car was a better fit because it is a gas save. Well i never asked for a gas saver. Then they said it only has a few thousand miles on it. At that point i knew something was off about what they were telling me. The guy finally slipped up and said that the car i wanted had too many miles on it that the financing company refuse to finance it. A total waste of time. Then they had the nerves to try and sell me some other rundown truck that had more mileage on it than the truck i wanted. I said to the guy, I thought they wouldnt finance a car with that many miles on it. On my way leaving, i ran into a lady who also was looking at the same car and she said they refused to sell it to her as well. Dont waste your time people.

Brought I used 2005 Grand Prix in March of 2011. And is still using the car as of January 2019. I can literally say over all these years I’ve only had to put 2,000 back into it. I would not give this place a star if there was an option for that, I got an email from Steven Ferreyra telling me I was approved for a car loan, but I wanted to make sure so I told him to make sure that I was really approved and in his word he tells me yes you are approved and we can get you riding out in your new car today, so I was excited and I went in there imagine I live 45 min from the stupid dealership and he comes first and start acting like he was talking to someone stupid and then go to his manager and picture this me and Steven had agreed on a down payment already and he tells me oh you are approved but we cant do it because you dont have enough money down, like did I miss the email you sent me telling me that the down payment I had was great or did I missed the email About you telling me I was approved even when I tried to make sure that this was accurate before wasting my gas and time coming here but DO NOT GO HERE....this is place is bullshit and they are liars they just want you to come in there and waste your time since they have nothing better to do beside sitting there allDay....and Steven make sure you give accurate information next time please and thank you, if anyone would like to see the email between Steven and I, I will be more than happy to forward it to you

Applied for a loan. Got a call back the very next day saying I was approved. I went in just to get car options and pricing. The salesman said they could put me in a car for $0 down. I shouldve known then it was too good to be true. They said I got approved for $16,000 but could only show me 3 of the nearly 200 cars on the lot. I settled on one of them. Signed all the contracts and terms. The car was legally mine, fully covered as well. The very next day I came in to make the payment we agreed on and they ended up taking my car away and tried to put me in a older car with VERY high miles and a bigger monthly payment. They told me that the bank in fact did not approve my loan. Why would they say I was approved, let me drive away with a car if I was not actually approved? This place is VERY shady. If you want to take your chances, listen to every word the salesman says, wait about an hour and ask him to recap the potential sale. It wont be what you initially heard the first time. I was under the impression that I was talking to the sales manager of 20 years. He assured me that his word was final. His words meant nothing. This place will say whatever they want to get money in their pocket. The first impression is that they are very nice and friendly and genuinely trying to help you get in a quality car. When they said the bank didnt approve my loan and I turned down the other offer for a piece of junk car, their attitude changed very fast! Dont expect a bargain or a fair opportunity from this place what so ever!

Good people and staff. Theres quite a wait time for a small place. One thing I did not like is that they advertise accepting people of all credit, yet I know a few people who have bad credit and were not accepted solely because of that. The same people with bad credit got accepted into other dealerships/banks.

I would not shop for a car here ever again. Bought the car and with in 6 months had to do a full ac replacement and then the transmission went costing me more then the car was worth and the insurance they offer and I paid for was useless. Didnt cover any part of the repairs.

I went to the dealership on January 2nd to put my down payment down. Me and my mother were both buying Kia’s. They took are payments and we were ready to drive off the lot. My aunt tried to drive my car home and the lights wouldn’t stay on. My backup camera didn’t work. My mom brought the vehicle back. After a couple of days the salesman mike Kelley told my mom the bank wouldn’t finance because I didn’t have my license. That I couldn’t take the car off the lot without it. It’s been hard for me to get one working two jobs. I managed to get my permit and the finance company told me we were good to go. My mom got voicemails from Linda whose very rude. Also from Robert and Ryan to pick the car up. I drive all the way there Saturday and it’s close no one there. They took 400 off my card that Friday without my permission. I go back Monday to try to get my keys they tell me there closed for business. That I might have to come back Wednesday. When I’m actuality there closed for good. My mother traded in her 2010 hyuandi Gensis and they never paid off the finance company. While we were there we watched the remove cars off the lot. Now my mom’s credit my suffer and we have to try to get money back for down payment and insurance on a car I never took of the lot.

I bought a Cadillac SRX from here and as soon as I got on the highway home the check engine light came on. I went back and they said it’s 2 sensors and that they would pay to get it fixed. After a month it’s still not fixed and they are making me jump through hoops to even talk to anyone...buy the way the sensor controls the trunk and the auto start so I’ve never been able to open the trunk and the auto start has only worked 1 time. Now my temp plate has expired and they said that they would overnight me the real one but that was a week ago and every time I call I get transferred from person to person until eventually no one picks up. Long story short..only come here if u have exhausted all other options and u are in desperate need.

Buyers beware!! Worst car lot Ive ever been too. They all lie from the second you walk through the door. Take your money and business elsewhere!! So happy I walked away from their bs offers. Couldnt imagine having to deal with them on regular basis for a loan.

Submitted a online app went back and forth with salesman saying it was approved and he was just trying to get the best loan term and payment the next day he told me he had the approval for $15,000 with $250 down and - payment of $350 a month and to come in and sign the paperwork and pick up the truck drove almost two hours to go do it all and waited forever he kept saying he would be right with us over a hour and a half later another salesmen says he is gonna get us done and on our way just to find out that Jason the original salesman walked out and quit in the middle of working with us then the new salesmen resent all of our paperwork out again running out credit multiple times again and said they were waiting for the final word but the bank had closed and we would have to come back in the morning and that he would call us at 930 am only for me to have to attempt to get ahold of him multiple time the following day and then be told they couldn’t do anything ! I’d give it zero stars but Facebook won’t let me ! I don’t recommend this place at all guaranteed credit my butt and all of the “we got it done and your good to come get your car “ communications were over text so if anyone wants to see them I will gladly send them to you just message me TWO DAYS I TOOK OFF WORK AND WASTED DRIVES FOR NOTHING

This is this worst dealership that I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I would never even suggest my worst enemy to go here. Got a vehicle from them and the vehicle has more than $5,000 worth of work that is needed done to it and they are refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Worst dealership ever !!! If your looking for a vehicle continue looking do not purchase one from here this place is a nightmare !!!

Do not buy a car here, bought a Honda that was 8995.00 when I left the Dealership, notice that they changed the price to 10,995.00, drove the car a whole month, then they called to come back in to sign some paperwork, when I got there they tried to take the car back, and told me in order to leave with the car I would have to give them $400 more dollars, and the $1000 more dollars in 30 days, seriously for a 2006 Honda Accord with 85,000 miles on it. Making it a total down payment of $2800. Beware of this Dealer!

Never buy a car from here! Or you can find out and regret it later. The downpayments go to the dealer and not the finance company. They sit around and have “boy band” meetings about how much money they can get out of you. You will not be happy with your car. It will break down and then they will give you the hassle of making you come back because the mechanic only works certain days thru the week. You will spend over 8 hrs trying to buy a car.

I went there interested in buying a car because the sign said finance any one but when I said I want this car they said they wouldnt be abled to finance me because the car was a 1999Very disappointing

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a car from here a little while ago. Gave the dealer the down payment, signed the financing papers, etc. Did it all in one night and I was told I was all set to go and that nothing else was needed. Following the next week, Im getting friend requests on Facebook from the employees working there. I couldnt make this up... the salesman that sold me the car randomly shows up at my work saying that he was just shopping (I worked 55 miles away) and that I needed to come back to the dealership to sign another form that they missed. The salesman says hes been trying to call me but I never received any calls. He repeats the number hes been calling and it was entirely wrong. Strange, he had the correct number calling me back to set up a test drive and my phone number was correct on the finance papers. I was weirded out but whatever. I head to the dealer the next day. The second I walk in, Im ambushed and surrounded by 4 or 5 salesman/employees. Literally in a circle around us. It was like something you would see in The Godfather. My buddy and I had no idea what was going on at all. Honestly, I thought they were about to drag us out back and rough us up. This manager then comes out of nowhere like Houdini and tells me that the financing didnt go thru and that I needed a cosigner in order to keep the car. Oh & by the way my trade in was nowhere to be found on the lot! So they basically forced me into finding a cosigner or take the bus home. This place is extremely shady!!! Do yourself a favor and just skip past this place!! To top it off, the salesman gives me another business card (as if this deal went smoothly)... yeah right. While leaving the owner/manager had the guts to say dont forget to tell your friends to come in and buy some cars! So with that said my friends... DO NOT FOR ANY REASON BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE...PERIOD. Their cars are junk and their professionalism/services are WAYYY worse. Theres a good chance that this scenario will probably happen to you. If for some crazy reason you do decide to do business with these people, I pray that you atleast have a cosigner. If you dont, Im 99% sure they WILL be dragging you out back!!!

Do NOT go here. I came here for a certain car and PAUL kept suggesting other cars so I went with a 2011 fusion and he said I got approved and I findout a month later of driving the car I was never approved for the loan! They kept $500 of my $1500 down payment and would NOT GIVE IT BACK. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. AVOID

I walked in with bad credit thinking theres no way im getting a car, and not only was i treated like family but they got me financed and i now have a beautiful 2015. Thank you so much M&L Gino, Rick, Max you guys are the best

The wait was not long Nor did they string me around like other Dealers! You know Lie to get you in with the PRE-APPROVED GIMMICKS . Gave me Total facts about my purchase Options on My finance company and went the whole 9 yards. Marcos from the Dominican Republic is THEE VERY BEST. Seems a little bit pushy in The beginning, but ALL in ALL he is the MAN you wanna See when COMING.
