Nicholas Moore customer service was AWESOME. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained my cars current service rendered and required maintenance needs clearly.

Buyers beware...... they now have a $5,000 market adjustment added to the price of their trucks that they do not tell you about until after you sit down. The online price does not say anything about this added $5,000. They say its because of supply and demand which means covid added fees for no reason other than people will pay it. In addition to that $5k addition they also have something they dont show in the price. Another $3,495 for floor mats, door guards, and ceramic coating on the paint. That also is not shown online or mentioned on the phone.Whats really wild is all dealers are different. We went to 3 dealers and Piemonte was the only one who had a total of $8,495 added fees they dont disclose until you are there and sit down. Please understand these added costs are on TOP of the full sticker MSRP.Good news is NOT all dealers have this. Make sure to call and ask dealers if they have something called market adjustment or additional add ons to the price. We found that dealers not in a wealthy community dont have these added fees. Now looking to buy from a dealer in Joliet because they have no added fake fees.Piemonte.... want me to remove this brutally honest review? You can sell me the truck at full sticker price with none of your added fees that are not even legitimate. I have emailed GM Motors to see if this bait and switch is even allowed

Amazing service department! Recently had an engine issue with our new GMC Yukon. I called around to other places and even took it to a different dealer first. The other dealers wanted nothing to do with it and couldn’t commit to a timeline. I decided to look a little further out from my house and found Al Piemonte Buick GMC in Elmhurst. I gave them a call and Nicolas and team took care of me immediately. They assessed quickly and Nicolas communicated a timeline the team delivered on. Everything was covered under my warranty but I was most impressed with the communication, friendliness and speed of Nicolas and the great Al Piemonte team. We always call ahead to schedule service for our 2015 Yukon XL and we always ask to speak with Todd. He’s been our go to service consultant for years. We are greeted warmly, he reviews mileage and recommended service with us and the car is always ready on time. The service techs must be some of the best in the business.

It was an average overall experience. Weve had to take our brand new car to get serviced twice in the first two days we owned it due to service lights that needed to be reset. Also, we didnt know there was an above MSRP price increase that totaled $8,400. Seemed shady and bait and switch. If youre going to advertise the car on the internet, include that price adjustment so the consumer isnt blindsided. Worst time to buy a car right now.

This was hands down the most upfront car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many). There were no hidden fees, or any other shenanigans. They stuck to their word and didn’t try to take us for a ride (pun intended). David in finance was also great and helped us out a lot. Super group of employees working there. I will be going back there for my next vehicle and for my kids vehicles in the near future, you have a customer for life.

I bought a 2018 Audi A4 here about a week ago. Traded in my 2011 A3. The entire process was fantastic. I worked primarily with Steve, whoI cannot recommend enough! I ended up having a bit of work done to the car before taking it home, and Steve offered to get me a rental and actually drove the 2 hours to my town to bring it to me when it was finished.Everyone there had a smile on their face and it was honestly the best car buying experience Ive had. But Steve was the man who made me a proud owner of a 2021 GMC Terrain elevation edition! Horrible place to shop for a car. Stopped by the dealer to purchase a new vehicle. The salesman was extremely pushy and unprofessional. He came back with a price tag of over $100,000 with fees he didn’t know what they are for. He did not follow any COVID safety rules, no mask and put out his hand. Since he did not introduce himself I couldn’t catch his name. Young short Latino with a desk all the way at the end. Totally unqualified for this position. Management should have identified that such salesperson is only a loss for a dealer. First and last time there.

Im extremely disappointed that I was lied to. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY CREDIT WAS/IS NOT GOOD, however Ive demonstrated for close to 3 years that I can pay ON TIME and therefore I should be approved to trade the vehicle in.. Ive not been late or missed a payment since Ive had the vehicle. Your salespeople keep telling me just pay on time another 6 months and we can get you into something else. BALONEY. I wanted to be a repeat customer because I liked the way I was treated when I first got my vehicle. But since then Ive racked up more than 50,000 miles and on time payments and STILL they keep saying NO.

Made an appointment well in advance so i could get a loaner. was promised one but did not get it when i came to drop off the vehicle. they ordered a part and said they would call me when the part was in 2-3 days. its been over 2 weeks and no phone call.

I feel the safest here! first time I was 18 and I got a beautiful Buick. came back for a second car I been to 4 dealerships and I felt as if other dealerships just wanted to sell me anything because of my credit how ever here they worked with me helped me got me approved to something I really loved . now im leaving with a beautiful car once again. service is always so on point very friendly they actually care about you. not to mention my dad and my uncle got their trucks here too! very much recommend and my boyfriend is next! *EDIT: They have resolved my issue and issued a full refund.*I recently purchased a vehicle from Al Piemonte GMC in Elmhurst. My wife wanted a particular GMC Acadia and I was able to find that particular model at this dealership which was approximately 6 hours from our house. I was initially in contact with Stephanie and Shannon in their online sales department. We stated our intention to purchase the vehicle, are preapproved through our credit union, and would be driving down on Wednesday, August 25th. Stephanie emailed and said its a fast process, we will take the vehicle that day, and that they work with our CU directly.On Wednesday either Stephanie or Shannon actually called my wife to ensure that we would still be arriving that day, my wife told her we would. We arrived at the dealership around 3 PM and asked for Shannon or Stephanie by name, they were not there. We were then sat down with George who seemed to be new. He then told us that the Acadia we drove six hours to get was no longer on the lot and then showed us a screen with four other Acadias we could choose from. We told George that Stephanie told us it was available that day, he looked into the situation and found it. Great first impression! He said it was being detailed which for them means putting shiny stuff on the tires.I explained to three different people no less than 12 times that we had our own financing and only needed the wire info. We were then given an invoice quoting around $38k which was much more than it should have been. They added a $2,450 appearance and security fee which Oscar described as a coating that they apply to all of their vehicles. Why does their website state an internet price if they add ridiculous fees to each sale?On Wednesday, August 25th at 11:53 AM, Stephanie had emailed me that the out-the-door price would be $31,988 plus the $303.60 doc fee and a $326 license and transfer fee and now were being quoted thousands of dollars more.After going through two more salesmen Oscar finally sat down at our table and said he would email me an out-the-door price. By that time we had already wasted over four hours of our time and were going back to Gurnee empty-handed. Later that night, Oscar did in fact email me a new invoice (attached) although the sales tax was miscalculated for 7% instead of the Michigan sales tax of 6%. He had also reduced the appearance fee to $995 and the government fee to $25. According to my calculation the final price, with corrected taxes, shouldve been $35,305.On Thursday, August 28th, I arrived at 10:30 am, I only needed wire transfer info and to sign the documents. When I arrived I asked for Oscar, he wasnt there. I then asked for George, he also wasnt there. In fact, I never once dealt with the same person over the course of the transaction. My new salesperson was Samantha, we sat down at her desk, re-explained the situation, and expected a quick and painless transaction, apparently this concept is seemingly lost at Al Piemonte.Samantha asked me to email the quote from Oscar, which I did. After about 45 minutes I was then given my third and final invoice which added a $357 title and license fee!? We were told that the finance manager Frank was in a meeting so we had to wait to get the wire info. After waiting for 2 hours listening to Samantha take her workplace harassment training on her computer, she gave me the wire info, my CU sent the wire and Samantha said Frank was now on the phone. As an added bonus, she said that if the wire doesnt clear that day, we wont be taking the vehicle but could sign a secondary contract (they mentioned this about 15 times) which requires another credit check etc. No thanks. After more waiting, we sat down with Frank who said they received the money but I still owe $254 because they miscalculated!? I paid it so I could get out of there. The vehicle also had 1,800 more miles on it than quoted! They couldnt waive the $254 for their negligence and false representation of mileage?

This has hands down been the best car shopping experience. David was both reasonable and attentive. No pressure felt throughout the process, just good people. If you’re in a toss up between dealerships, you know you’ll get great service here.

I had a great experience working with Mariana and the whole team to lease a new Buick Encore GX. My husband and I came in to test drive one but didn’t expect them to have what we needed in a car. They listened to what we were looking for and went above and beyond to quickly find exactly we wanted within our budget. Plus everyone was super friendly and fun to work with that they made the entire process so easy. I’m sure we’ll be back to work with them again next time we’re looking!

Unlike other dealerships I worked with in my area, Al Piemonte was the only dealership I feel like put any effort in (and far more than the bare minimum). I had a genuinely good experience here. They are great at communicating, and the place feels very lively. I will definitely come back in the future for my next vehicle. I worked with Jaime and Michael (the sales manager) and both were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
