Bought an used Audi 10 days back. Very poor buying experience, even though the sales guy was good looks to be very unsupported by the dealership. They promised to get some work done in next few days after the purchase which I was ok with, had repeated follow up with Devin (sales guy) did not get neither a proper answer nor an appointment for a later date to get it done. Last minute they came up with one key. Extremely poor professionalism. I am not sure how they have so many good reviews.

I called the dealership on Monday about a pre-owned vehicle they had for sale. I asked about a better price and was told that they do not deal on vehicles, they could not go any lower. I said thank you and ended the call. Today I got an e-mail telling me the price had been reduced $1000. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They did not even want to talk to me yesterday and now they come down? Too bad for them that I found a different car and bought it. I know they have to try to make as much as they can on each vehicle, but they didnt even want to talk to me. CRAZY! I probably would have bought it if they had talked to me and come down a little.

Good experience. There did not seem to be any sales pressure when declining various offers for car protection, extended warranties, etc. Overall process for buying a car was relatively straightforward, but no matter what, it always takes longer than anticipated. BUYER BEWARE! The sales team is decent, but service department at this dealership is a complete SCAM. they seem to find reasons to charge you extra in service, which is where they make their money. I recently had to have my car brought in for service, and was given a loaner. I returned the loaner car in 4 days, having driven it twice (under .5 miles each time) and they found a bubble on a tire. there was no visible damage to the tire, but I was held responsible and had to pay $385 for a new tire for them. Ive dealt with this dealership previously when I leased a vehicle from them and it was always the same story - their service team looks to gouge customers by any means

He continues to work with us after the sale to finish out minor items such as the purchase of all weather floor Mats. In addition to Joe, Sam Herrera also stayed 3 hours after close and walked us through the set up of the car to make sure we understood the details. This was our first time working with BMW Elmhurst. We picked up our new BMW this week and couldnt be happier with the whole experience at this dealership from start to finish. We had never even stepped foot in the dealership until we picked up the car, everything was done online or through phone/zoom calls. Our sales person Michal Banach did a fantastic job with finding us the right selections and finishes for our X5. He made great suggestions for some changes (but was never pushy), for example regarding the tires and interior trim which definitely made the car look better without overall spending more money. Michal was also able to get us a very good deal.Overall, a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend BMW Elmhurst and Michal Banach.

Eugene was very prompt with responses and friendly-we were driving 2+ hours to look at a car and valued his honesty. Car was as advertised. Very good service. Purchase process was about as painless as a car buying experience could be. Washed the car before we arrived to look at it, and again during the purchase process. Financing was quick and easy, and a point better than my local credit union. Highly recommend.

I purchased an X5 from Joe and had a wonderful experience. He treated me with respect, which sometimes is lacking as a female car purchaser. He was personable, just as my husband said he was after he purchased an x7 from Joe last April.I also want to give a shout out to the BMW “Genius,” Sam, who took all the time I needed to make sure I knew how to use all of the bells and whistles on the vehicle. Such a nice guy and obviously knowledgeable, given his title 😉

My service advisor,Joel Albright, is freaking awesome. It is very clear that he loves what he does. My experience from start to finish was outstanding. He took time explain the repair process when I dropped car off, called me with update and took time to review everything that was done when I arrived to pick up my car. Any questions I had, he took time to make sure he understood what I was asking so he could give me thorough answer. I didn’t feel rushed when he spoke to me. When it came to cost of everything and estimates for future work, he didn’t try to upsell me anything and only zeroed in on things that were absolutely important and gave timeline for things that could be worked on in the future.

On Friday, June 18th 2021, I purchased a used 2018 Audi A3 from this dealership. The transaction went smoothly. There were a few items on the car that we agreed to do an I owe you from the dealership. I took the car into an Audi dealership to fix these issues. The Audi dealership let me know that there was a recall for the passenger air bag for this vehicle. The recall does not have a repair for it at this time. This recall information was not disclosed to me during my buying process, in fact the auto report sent to me did not include any recall information. When I called the dealership voicing my concern they said there was nothing that they could do for me, and that I will have to take this up with Audi. I asked that they provide me a refund on the vehicle (two days after the sale) since this information was undisclosed and I was no longer able to use this car for ride sharing which was my intention. They refused and said the best thing they were able to do was offer me a buy back for $5,000 less than I bought it for two days prior.

Josh and Joe were great helping me find my next car. Since i was from out of state Joe was able to pick me up from the airport. They were both great at communicating over the phone and responded to questions quickly. Easy making this deal on a cpo 640i GT. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Elmhurst BMW. Everyone there has been a pleasure! I inquired about a mini- cooper, which they did not have. The salesman Josh (who didn’t act like your typical salesman, it felt like he was more there to help me rather than push me) called me about a week or two later and said they found one in an auction, and asked if I’d like for them to order, which they did. He made the process so easy! It was shipped to the store and I had it within a week of that. Jack in finance was super personable and friendly as well. Abby in parts was a pleasure to talk to, too! Everyone at Elmhurst BMW has been fantastic, and I couldn’t say enough good things about them.

We had a very good experience with Michal Banach. He was very helpful with the test drive and processing our purchase. While we waited for the paperwork several staff asked if we needed anything and directed us to a very nice coffee bar with refreshments. Overall a great experience and I would recommend contacting Michal if you are shopping for a vehicle.
