It’s hard to find a car these days and even harder to find a good deal. I felt I got a fair deal at Roesch and I was very happy with my experience. Buying a car is not the same as it used to be, but the staff at Roesch made it a very smooth process. Louie and Josh worked with me on my trade in based on what I thought it was worth and we were able to make a deal. I would work with them again.

I bought a suv here a few years ago in the evening and til this day I totally regret buying it from them. They worked on my monthly payment to where we both agreed on and when it came to do the paper work thats where they got me with a super high interest rate of over 8%. I shouldve walked away but since I was in the middle of signing paper work I didnt know if I can turn back. I have good credit and even added a co-signer with outstanding credit to see if that will help lower lower monthly payments it did but not by much. Save yourself and run away while you can from this dealership.

We drove over 100 miles to get our new to us truck. After searching online for weeks, this dealership had the one with all of the features we needed. We used the website chat feature to be sure the truck hadnt been sold. We got a quick response and set an appointment to see it. We were greeted by Joe Peterson. I am glad most people had great experience with them. I did not. I spoke with a salesman named Joshua about a vehicle they had for sale for $4k above value. I gave an offer 2k above value (because of this crazy market were in) and he said he was going to run it by his sales manager. he called me back and said they would not drop it a single penny because the market. i stated that i wanted to buy it Friday so let me know if anything changes. Then i had a couple questions about the vehicle after words because i was interested and he still has not replied. i go online today and they dropped the price! Joshua didnt want to deal with me but then drops the price almost immediately? Why didnt he make the deal with me? Why wasnt my money good enough for Joshua? They lost this guaranteed sale from me. do not tell someone you are not going to deal then drop the price greatly.

Best car salesman we have experienced by far, Joe Peterson was great help from day one. He helped us purchase our Grand Cherokee. He made us feel comfortable, no pressure, he just made everything go smoothly. We had some issues with the radio after we bought the vehicle and he helped us out as best as he could. Have life time extended warranty and every time I bring in car for warranty work I have to argue about what is cover and I know its covered. They also act put out because I have warranty on a 2008 vehicle and they have to fix. Last time I brought it in had an airbag light on and right before I dropped off engine light came on, well you have to run scan for both but only one time they tried to charge me $80 on top of my deductible for 1/2 labor to scan. I would not pay until they proved it takes half hour to do.I own a scan tool and it takes 5 minutes and they had to run scan already for airbag light which is a covered warranty expense.I AM DONE BRINGING ANY BUSINESS TO THEM AND WOULD ADVISE NO ONE ELSE SHOULD, JUST TIRED OF ALWAYS ARGUING WITH THEM

Purchased a new 2020 vehicle from here. Was my first experience purchasing a new car/from a dealer.The entire sales and financing experience was great with no pressure. I was offered the high end of what I was hoping for trade in value. Both the salesman (Jaime) and the finance person (I believe Frank) were very helpful, respectful, and not abrasive/pushy.There were some minor imperfections/damage to the paint on the new vehicle that was noticed before leaving the lot. The dealer told me come back the following week to get a loaner and get the paint fixed.The loaner I received was rather dirty (small amount of garbage, food in the seats, sticky residue on some of the controls). After waiting for the loaner car to be cleaned it was better but still dirty and sticky in spots. At the end of the day slightly disappointing, but it was just a loaner and it got me where I needed reliably.After my family being burned and mistreated by other Chrysler dealers, I was extremely relieved when I got my vehicle back. The estimated wait was anywhere from 3 days to a week. I had my vehicle back in less than 48 hours with all issues fixes. The service department went out of their way to get me taken care of because I had just bought my vehicle.I trust fully that if any further issues arise I will be taken care of properly.

He explained how to use CarPlay, function the stereo screen, use the buttons on the steering wheel, change settings, arrange lighting, open the trunk, open the gas cap, YOU NAME IT. Some things I obviously knew but a few things i didn’t t know, he taught me. I honestly couldn’t have been happier. I’m glad i met Collin! and I’m happy and blessed with the vehicle i walked out with.

Called in and talked to someone at the front desk. I said I wanted to look at a specific car and she said no problem you’re booked for a 3pm appointment. I get there 10 minutes early to find out at the front desk that they had already sold it no call to cancel my appointment or anything. Very disappointed. I drove 30 minutes to meet with them. Don’t go here unless expecting the car you inquire about (which was just a few hours beforehand). This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I came to the dealership equipped with a stock number of the only vehicle I was interested in. Emilio located the vehicle and we took it for a drive. We were shopping without our kids (and live over an hour away) so we needed some time to bring them back to ensure they were comfortable in it. Emilio let me leave a deposit and held the vehicle for 2 says. Finance was easy and straightforward. They did their job trying to sell extended service but did not push too hard. The price was right, the terms were right . My ONLY reason for not leaving 5 stars is because I made it clear we were purchasing the vehicle for my wife, but the dealership directed all communication to me rather than her. It is important to ensure that she is happy too!

He keeps his station 100% sanitized. Joe sold me a 2020 Jeep Gladiator with little to no problems and related to me that he supports me and my work profession. I thought it was a smooth sailing. I bought used $42,000 gladiator here, so i test drove the truck and I liked it but the truck was dirty so i told Joseph sanchez to detail the inside and the engine bay, cause it was dusty. I mean, thats a 42k vehicle it should be clean before they sell it. But he never did. When i went home amd go through the contract frank the finance guy charged me bumper to bumper and the GAP which we disagreed. So I went back there an hour drive for them to fix it .guess what?!! Joseph sanchez gave me a worth $3 car wash considering its an hour drive. LOL to this dealer!!

Louie was straightforward and helpful through the entire buying and trade process. After less than stellar experiences at 2 other local Jeep dealers in the area, I was exhausted by the time I arrived at Larry Roesch and Louies service and honesty was refreshing. I work in sales and customer service and I would definitely come back to buy another car from him and this dealership. Louie even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly when I had to run out early on the first day I visited.

To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. If your into old school car sales of bait and switch, this is your dealership. Advertise one price, oh that one just sold or its a fleet vehicle. These are old tactics to lure you into the dealership and sell you on something you dont need. Im just glad I didnt purchase anything from them. I consider myself lucky.
