Went to Ed Napleton Acura the previous night to help my brother-in-law buy a 2021 Acura TLX. Our sales associate Danny was most helpful. Danny spent time with us to answer all our questions about the vehicle.With a thunderstorm it was pouring rain so he brought the car into the service garage so we could inspect and enter the vehicle for the test drive the car without getting wet.The sales price of the Acura was reasonable and Danny assisted with all the paperwork to complete the purchase. Like many of the 1-star reviews, I had a similar experience my first visit to this dealership. Beware of hidden fees above and beyond the advertised prices. Honestly though, they really made it up to me on my second visit. Connor is an incredibly level, kind, and nice person and they have a great group of staff. Just go in prepared to negotiate and walk away if you have to. The experience I had today was so far from the first time I stepped in there that I’m giving them 5 stars. Connor and Sebastian took care of me. Dave and Mike gave me their warranty and finance spiel, but I had fun! They were both informative and what I expected from a dealership. It may have taken me 2 hrs to buy a car, but I walked out happy and with the car of my dreams. Like any dealership, do your homework before you go so that you’re making informed decisions about the services you do and don’t need. I’ve been looking for a new Acura MDX for several weeks and the task has proven difficult with the limited supply. How pleasantly surprised I was to see that Ed Napleton had just the vehicle I was looking for on their website. Knowing that the website my not be updated, I called to verify the vehicle was available, and sure enough, was told it was and scheduled an appointment. This dealership is an hour drive for me, so wanted to make sure. Cannot even explain how upset I was when I arrived to be notified that I was lied to, and the car was not available, but that there were others. Since I made the drive, as upset as I was, I was willing to look. This was only to come to discover that because of the shortage, Ed Napleton is deciding to charge well over sticker price and well over the other quotes that I had received from any other Acura dealership. When I asked why such a discrepancy, I was told because they have stock and other dealerships don’t. Acura is a wonderful car, but if you are going to buy a luxury car, find another dealership. Shady is my best description.

My family had a terrible experience with this dealership on July18, 2021. My daughter viewed a vehicle on their website which both her and her husband thought the advertised price would be worth the 2 and half hour drive to get there. They called ahead and confirmed the vehicle was available. After meeting with sales person, test driving, and the sales manager agreeing to fix a problem with the vehicle, they came back with a price $3,000 more than was advertised. My daughter was accused of finding that price on some shady site. She stated it was “their” advertised price. The sales manager then proceeded to say that the inflated price was the price any dealer charges to prep and secure the vehicle. After numerous “discussions “ my daughter and son-in-law said they would not pay a penny over the advertised price with the work completed that the manager had previously agreed to. We left without making a purchase. This dealership is pretty comfortable advertising a price and then trying to inflate it once they get you in the door. Clearly are proficient in running a scam. In hindsight I am glad this happened because they found a brand new model of the same car for the same price this dealership was trying to sell a used model for. Beware consumers since talking about this with friends this is not a new practice to this dealership. Will never buy from or recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was held for hours. They werent able to work with me and I asked for my key several times and they wouldnt give it to me. They persistently tried to sell me services I didnt want. And then afterwards told me that they sold the car to another dealer, and wouldnt work with me on the price I saw the car for online after 4 hours of talking. I actually asked for my keys in the first 30 minutes of negotiations because they werent selling the car for the price online. If the aim is customer satisfaction, it was missed horribly.

I was having problems with my new Acura 2022 MDX Aspec navigation running very slowly and taking forever to draw maps for destinations and rerouting. I had brought my vehicle into Napleton service numerous times, but the technicians believed the problem to be a necessary computer update that never happened. I was able to finally contact Nick Henry, the GM, who intervened for me. In one day he was able to have the navigation up and running perfectly. I cannot thank him enough for all he was able to do for me, taking the time to constantly keeping me informed of the progress! This is one great Acura dealership which I highly recommend!

Just to call and to speak with a service technician is very difficult called 2 days and multiple times each day waited to try to speak with one for longer than 5 min. Morning and afternoon. I called another Acura Dealership to speak with their service dept. Easy no problem. They lost my business.

Worst, most disrespectful car buying experience of my life. Went looking to purchase a vehicle advertised online. To our shock, they quoted us at12k over advertising, after requesting to see the vehicles purchase price without any of their added services a 4k discrepancy remained. The salesman went to bring his manager over to us, typical move when purchasing, only to have him come back alone and say, sorry we couldnt make anything work. The manager obviously dismissed us and did not deem us worthy of his time. We drove over an hour out of our way to purchase their vehicle and it felt like we were kicked out for asking clarifying questions.

Where’s my car, was it stolen?We purchase a used, very expensive car From Sebastian on July 12, 2021.The car had some service issues and they we’re going to paint a couple of chrome parts black. We dropped it off two days later which was a Thursday and it was promised to have back 4 days later that next Monday. We been asking where’s are car for two weeks. We asked for progress photos of are car being workedon for days, got ok. Got nothing. Was are car stolen, was it damaged in a accident, don’t know. They always have a new excuse why our car is not ready. We went to the dealership tonight because they said they would have our car. Guess what no car. The manager said he will look into it.Buy from a dealer who you can trust!!!
