I had a great experience the staff was nice and answered all questions I even went back cause I had an issue with my wipers and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of immediately the gentleman outside took my car popped the hood identified the problem got it done. Would recommend 10/10 service keep up the great work and team work folks appreciate it.

Went in on August 4th to get an oil change a week later my check engine light came on so I took it to my local Chevy dealer to get it checked out. They determined it was due to the wrong oil filter installed. After I picked up my vehicle from the dealer I immediately drove to your shop and spoke with the assistant manager he told me the manager would contact me the next day It has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not heard from anyone I called the national customer service and have written 4 emails with no response
Zulma, one of the managers, was yelling at an employee after the man asked for help and didnt get it. I overheard her saying he wasnt doing his job right and since he was new, she could just fire him and get someone else the next day. I was already shocked by this, and then I heard her tell him that he should tell someone else not to come in as well. I can only assume the man had a friend they were trying to help get a job. I cannot believe Zulma fired a guy without giving him a proper chance and would ruin another persons chance at a job when they werent even involved in this fight. I will NEVER be returning here because that is just one of the worst managers Ive witnessed in a long time
When I arrived the shop was very busy. The service tech came out right away and listened to what I needed and took my Jeep right in. Linda came out and introduced herself and spoke about the details such as the estimate of how long it would take. I know she was busy but she treated me like I was the only customer there! She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She took the time to smile and laugh with me! When my vehicle was finished she even escorted me to it. Thank you Linda for making this a wonderful experience!

Offered to top off my coolant for 7 dollars and when I agreed he stated I already did it, couple of days later my car is over heating and my coolant is complete empty. I put some in but now my car wont go more than 5 minutes before over heating.I have to constantly pull over to let it cool down before continuing. Of course I dont drive it now, but Im highly upset
Had a low tire and they said they filled it. Got car back and low pressure light was still on. They said drive it around and the light will go off. Got home and filled the tire and it was 13lbs low. No sticker in window, and tried to call them and they hung up the phone and left it off the hook.

I had work done on oil change, tires, coolant, battery, wipers all performed by a team, not just 1 mechanic. All courteous and professional and fast! Ive been going to this location for years and never had a negative experience. Finding trustworthy auto maintenance is like finding gold and Im grateful theyre in my neighborhood.

I took my car in for a oil change and they never changed the oil and added oil. MY CAR STOP WORKING!!! I had it took to a service dealer and my car had 15 quarts of oil and spill over into the crank case ventilation system which case major damage to my Mercedes. I knew something was not right, I asked for my tires to be checks as well and paid for the tire rotation and filters which I paid over $200 for service. They told me I had no leak in my tire and turns out I do. Filters were not changed and car over flowed with oil. I have pictures and will be getting an attorney being that no one can seem to help in this matter!!! Icing on the cake they gave me a sticker with incorrect mileage and when I told them it was wrong he came out to the car looked and ask me what the mileage and proceeds to write the mileage with a sharpie mark and handed it to me!!. WOW WOW WOW
The complete lack of attention. I ask for an oil change and was given absolutely no information to anything. I sat there waiting to be asked even the most basic thing or at least told when my car would be ready. I had to ask where my car went after i didnt see it in the service bay. They told me they asked multiple time which is complete lie since I was sitting drexclty across from the desk. I was greeted by check engine light that I wasnt even informed came on.I didnt expect much but this was just sad work.

Usually no issues which is why I drive by another to go to this one. An hour and a half turn around today. Only one guy certified for under car and 1 to drink coffee. Id skip today if youre out or find another location.

I waited an hour for a basic oil change with cabin filter replacement. I was the only customer in the store and had to have them cancel the filter replacement due to how long it was taking. Techs do not seem to have a good understanding of what they are doing (they claimed my filter was hard to access, but this has never been brought up before) + there is no accountability (lots of people standing around doing nothing).

Had oil changed here once previously. Went back because of convenient location close to work. I will never return.I stopped in at 11am during a particularly busy point in their day (probably 5 vehicles ahead of me, 2 in the bays, 3 waiting). I asked how long until I could receive an oil change. I was told 30 minutes. I asked if i could submit my name/vehicle into a waiting queue, and I was told there was no need, she would hold my place in line. I returned to my vehicle and made some phone calls for work.After 30 minutes, I returned to the waiting room/reception desk for my place in line, only to be informed it would be another 30 minutes, as there were 2 new vehicles in the bays and 3 more behind them. I reminded her of her promise to hold my place, and she apologized and said she would get me in as soon as possible. I then watched every vehicle get serviced before mine in direct violation of her second promise to me.I dont mind waiting my turn in line. But being lied to twice and having 90 minutes of my work day wasted by those lies is simply unforgiveable. This never should have happened, and could have been avoided by some simple honesty (there is no waiting/reservation line, we service vehicles as they arrive, etc). As a result, Ill never trust this location with another dollar, and I strongly suggest that you dont either. If theyre willing to lie about their waiting line, why would you trust them with your vehicle?
I came here and as a young female it’s intimidating because a lot of places take advantage of you, but this place was super nice, friendly, & not pushy. I got an oil change and it was $20 cheaper than I usual pay & was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!!

EDIT: My experience has improved greatly the past 2 times Ive been in here. Quick, friendly, everything explained well. Great job!Has to be one of the worst locations Ive ever experienced. Last year when changing a headlight, they used a screwdriver to pry the assembly out, damaging my frame and breaking a seal. The worker claimed it was like that. Fortunately the franchisee (SE Midwest) covered the $500 it cost at a body shop to fix.They changed management, so I thought I would give them another try. I went in at 9am when they opened for an oil change and rotation. It took well over an hour. Not a single other person (also there at 9 and had their cars in the bay right at 9) had their cars finished either.Everyone was pleasant and friendly, but I dont know if its incompetence or being understaffed, but it is inexcusable for Jiffy Lube to take longer than it would at an independent garage. Not to mention, I have absolute no confidence that anything is done correctly.
The best Jiffy Lube Ive ever been to! They were all so nice. Especially the cashier. I wish I got her name but I was there on Feb 11 around 1 oclock. She was so helpful and explained the services and prices so well. Plus she went that extra mile and escorted me to my car!! Just moved in the area and this will be the only place I take my car for oil changes and other services I might need!
Service horrific. We paid for our car to have an oil change and work done- to find out a few weeks later that no oil was ever changed and the tires were never rotated. Absolutely disgraceful service, we are so disappointed. Have been going there for years, never again.

Was told to wear a mask when I got out of the car. Went inside and I am the only one wearing a mask. Why werent all the Hispanic customers or staff wearing masks, but the caucasian was told to wear his? Tried selling me stuff not needed. Looked at me like I was stupid when the answer was no. Doubt seriously I will be back to be crapped on again.

Service is horrible the worst Jiffy Lube ever. Took my car for an oil change had no check engine lights on at all. My car was driving perfect until after the oil change. When my car was giving back my check engine light and a picture of a red pan with something dripping was on. I made it to York then my car started hesitating like it wanted to turn off. I took it back and they redid the oil change and on my receipt wrote a free oil change for my next visit. My lights never went off so I decided to give them a second chance. This time my experience was much horrible than the first time. A new manager was there and I explained what happened and his words was thats why that manager is no longer here and that something was wrong with my sensors. No apology no accountability what so ever. I took my car to a dealer ship to find out that Jiffy Lube put the wrong filter on my car and because I drove with it like this for so long now my car is damage. I will never go there again management and staff need to be re-trained.
Brought my car in for a routine oil change, they broke my dipstick and didnt tell me. That caused 800 dollars worth of damage to my car. I showed them a quote to have my car fixed and asked them to help me with repairs since it was their fault. They refused to help and accused me of lying saying that they documented the dipstick was broken. They never brought the dipstick to my attention, it appears that they were trying to hide that they broke it by documenting it and not bringing it to my attention the documentation was buried in a confusing receipt for the oil change. Ricardo, the store manager, was not helpful. I would not recommend their services.

DO NOT THINK TO DO SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!Very bad experience at this location. Have been here 2 times, first they added too much oil ( they gave 15$ off next visit)2nd time was to do differentials oil change on my pick up truck. Was lucky that I went outside and saw what technician was doing, he unplugged the small cap from differential, put in a hose and filled up with oil, then plunged back. They brought my car in front and I asked what he did because i know he has to pump oil around 5 quarts and to put new one. He asked: Did you saw what I did? I said yes, and he said : yes you right, and took key and put my car back on bay. He unplugged, drained some oil and was looking and looking, then i told that looks like he doesn’t know how to change it, also told him to get a pump and to remove all oil from differential, again said “ you right “. At this time they brought a can with pump and did it in right way. He didn’t even said sorry, I asked for manager and was told that he is manager or manager associate ( Omar i guess is his name) .In case differentials break it will cost me around 4000$, and everything because off this kind of people and service. They gave me only 20$ off +15$ I had from first visit. This in unacceptable service and attitude. Stay away from them because they pretend to do some service, while you stay inside and waiting, but they don’t.This is a big SCAM and they should be reported somewhere for this. Shame on you !!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and battery. They suggested a tire rotation and filter change too. I knew I was due for them so I agreed. I drove off and instantly felt the motor struggling. Then the engine light began to flash. The ride got rougher and I couldn’t go above 40 without it feeling like the car was shaking far too hard. I brought it back the next morning and they said it was all the cylinders suddenly misfiring and suggested ordering spark plugs. Told me to come back a day later after they arrived. I am here now and they are changing the story to continued misfiring PLUS O2 sensor. The problem isn’t resolved....it’s worse. The car was running decently up to the moment I brought it in to Jiffy Lube. Now time, money, plans, and my vehicle have all been negatively effected by what should have been simple improvement. You know....the thing you’re supposed to experience after having your vehicle serviced. Instead....Jiffy Lube has rendered my vehicle to a condition where it cannot safely be driven. The staff all seem to flounder and be just guessing. They have one sound skill and that’s trying to dodge responsibility for screwing my car and in turn...my life up. How does a simple new battery, new filter, tire roatation, and oil change trigger this growing list of issues and leave me pretty stranded with a nearly useless unsafe car? Jiffy Lube on York in Elmhurst Illinois apparently knows how because that is PRECISELY what they did. I’m sitting here waiting for them to make it right and the ineptitude I’m seeing leads me to believe that I am going to remain screwed by this chain. I should have known better than to trust this pit. Under new management....not a step up apparently. You want your car messed up? Visit this location! They failed to deliver simple proper repair but they seem to have no problem messing a car up and then have the audacity to say it was coincidence that the new issues happened within an hour of leaving their location. Yes!! That’s the answer I just got! It was a coincidence that the car went bad after they worked on it. Dodging their foul up AND charging me for the failed attempt to fix THEIR terrible work. They should be responsible for whatever cost they just passed on to me when I’m forced to hobble the car that used to work properly to a competent tech.

Got my oil changed. They did not vacuum my car or check the air pressure on my tires. Yet they checked off that both were done. One of my tires was damaged prior to getting my oil change. This is why I knew they did not check them. You figure paying $50 dollars for an oil change that they would do the things that they are charging you for.

Got an oil change today and checked my brakes. Had a bag with 4 extra tire bolts in it and a tire key in my glove compartment. They took it out because they needed the tire key. When i checked my glove compartment after they only put the tire key back in there and the bag with the extra bolts was missing. So i went back and explained to one of the guys that was helping me whats going on. After that he went into the garage and started asking his coworkers, they all left the garage and went behind the parked car in the back to talk (fishy) . After that the guy came back and told me that they didnt see no bag with extra bolts and if i want i can come next day to talk to the manager... hows that gonna resolve anything the day after?
Got upsold yesterday. Came back today with my other vehicle and they accidentally showed me a dirty filter they had tucked away. My clean one was under the clipboard. I thought ok honest mistake. The woman behind was given the slip as well with the same bogus filter. 2 other gentlemen witnessed this hoax as well. This is immoral and probably criminal. Beware!

I just started working in another area and needed a local Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I looked up the reviews for 4 Jiffy Lubes in my current area ( Not Elmhurst ) and all the reviews were horrible! I know I always had a great experience at this one ( York Rd )so I just compared reviews to see if it was an indicator I should follow. This one outshines them all and always has for me. Im trusting the reviews and will avoid taking the chance of using one in my current location. Headed back to Elmhurst!

DONT EVER GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE OR ANY JIFFY LUBE. Had a simple oil change and they never put new oil in my car ! I paid for nothing on top of car problems on car peoblems because I thought I had oil in my for a year. Learned the hard way that Jiffy Lubes really are as bad as they say.

Dont come here. They stripped a lug nut when doing a rotation. My car isnt really safe until all the nuts are on. Very disappointed. Still charged me for their mis handling and Im stuck paying the dealership for a new stud. Thats near 5 times the price of a rotation and half a day of my time gone. Will try to contact management.

Came here for an oil change and all the other services involved with it. Usually stick to smaller maintenance myself(filters, etc). After my visit, decided to change out my airfilter and noticed that two of the screws holding down the air filter housing are missing, and the air filter inside was crushed and bent as if it was forced into my car. I said no when they asked me if I wanted it replaced in shop and it wasnt bent at all,really questionable service.

First of all I was asked to open the hood REALLY then she just stood there waiting for the hood to fly open I released the hood twice then told her it’s open she looks at it then goes and tries to open it and says oh ok really very unprofessional I was waiting for her to ask me to change my oil too RIDICULOUS!!
Nothing abnormal in service. Only one but. After oil change on my acura start getting noise like a mexican sportcar - they offered to change air filter but i didnt want to. They just put it back without locking. I wonder if my oil filter secured same way?
